激光沉积超导薄膜过程中出射粒子速度的飞行时间谱分析

采用飞行时间谱技术,测量了准分子激光烧蚀沉积高温超导薄膜过程中,由靶面出射粒子的飞行速度。研究了粒子速度与充氧压及其激光能量密度的关系。讨论了高能粒子在薄膜原位低温外延生长中的作用。     

一种实现光源与光纤耦合的方法

本文介绍了一种用显微镜筒与透镜构成的光学系统来实现光源与光纤耦合的方法。该方法具有光路系统小巧方便、耐用、耦合效率高等优点。     

Mechanism of the thermal decomposition of nitrates from graphite furnace mass spectrometry studies

A basically new mechanism of the thermal decomposition of solids is proposed to explain the mass spectral observations of gaseous molecules of CoO, CuO, Cu₂O, NiO, PbO and Mg(OH)₂ during the low-temperature decomposition of the anhydrous and hydrated nitrates of these metals. The mechanism consists of two stages: congruent gasification of all reaction products irrespective of their saturated vapor pressure and subsequent condensation of the low-volatility species (oxides and hydroxides). The partial pressures of these species at the appearance temperatures calculated from this theory for the first stage of the process (1–50 mPa) are in agreement with the detection limits of the quadrupole mass spectrometers used in these experiments. The proposed mechanism is supported by other available data obtained by thermal analysis.     

十四烷基三甲基溴化铵对膨润土改性合成及其表征

用阳离子表面活性剂十四烷基三甲基溴化铵(C17H38NBr)对膨润土进行插层改性制备.配制浓度为2.35%十四烷基三甲基溴化铵溶液备用.在碘量瓶中称取3.04g膨润土,加入30mL超纯水、10mL十四烷基三甲基溴化铵溶液,制成土浆,放入微波炉中反应1min.产物经抽滤、洗涤、烘干、研磨,做FT-IR和DSC-TG分析.DSC曲线在500℃时有一明显的放热峰;TG曲线显示改性土的失重率有明显的增大.有机改性膨润土中确实含有大量有机物,改性成功.     

在对称群Sm中解循环方程组

本文研究了在对称群S_m中解循环方程组:x_mX_(m+1)…x_(ω+k-1)σ_m,其中σ_m∈S_m,ω=1,2,…,s,确定了这个循环方程组有解的充分必要条件和解的个数,而且给出了求解过程。     

用二维复式晶格有限集团模型计算聚乙炔的电子结构

以二维复式晶格作为有限系统的集团模型,在紧束缚近似下,计算了π电子在最近邻及次近邻跳跃集团的态密度.讨论了不同结构参数对态密度及带宽的影响.     

Chemical imaging in biology and medicine using ion microscopy

The ability to quantitatively map the distribution of elements on the micrometer scale and smaller with high sensitivity and isotopic discrimination is unique to ion microscopy. The information contained in ion images can be crucial to the study of the solid state, where chemical heterogeneity is often directly related to observed behavior. The tools of digital image processing allow the extraction of quantitative information from the image data. These techniques coupled with improved instrumentation for the detection of ion images drastically increase the problem solving capabilities of the ion microscope. The use of such methods and instrumentation in the ion microscopic analyses of cell cultures and tissues of biological and biomedical relevance will be discussed.     

A method for determining optical constants, dimensions, and concentrations of “soft” absorbing particles in the brightening band region

We investigate the possibilities of creating a method for estimating the optical constants, dimensions, and concentrations of “soft” absorbing particles by applying a theoretical analysis of the angular dependence of the intergrated indicatrix, overall characteristics of light scattering, and absorption on the phase shift and diffraction parameter of particles in the brightening band region. We show that using the investigated optical characteristics, it is possible to determine the unknown parameters of a suspension from experimental data. Gas-liquid chromatography of perfluorocarboxylic thioesters

Perfluorocarboxylic thioesters R_FC(O)SR (R_F=CF₃(CF₂)_j, R=CH₃(CH₂)_i, i andj=0–5) were studied for the first time by GLC on packed columns using SE-30, SKTFT-50X, and XE-60 as the stationary phase. The values of thermodynamics functions of sorption were calculated. The correlations between these functions and the molecular structures as well as the conditions of analysis were established. The insertion of the S atom into the molecules of derivatives of perfluorocarboxylic acids causes a decrease in the contribution of the orientation interaction and an increase in the dispersion interaction of thioesters with the stationary phases compared to esters and amides of perfluorocarboxylic acids studied previously. Rational approximation in the complex plane using a τ-method and computer algebra

Numerous versions of the Lanczos τ-methods have been extensively used to produce polynomial approximations for functions verifying a linear differential equation with polynomial coefficients. In the case of an initial-value problem, an adapted τ-method based on Chebyshev series and the use of symbolic computation lead to a rational approximation of the solution on a region of the complex plane. Numerical examples show that the simplicity of the method does not prevent a high accuracy of results. This revised version was published online in June 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.
