彩超联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素β诊断早期宫外孕的研究

本文探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声、人绒毛膜促性腺激素β(β-hCG)在早期异位妊娠诊断中的价值。选取异位妊娠患者78例作为观察组,根据超声影像特征,其中环状征型、混合包块型和典型孕囊型分别为15例、24例和39例;选取正常妊娠者140例作为对照组。两组均行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,采用电化学发光法检查血清β-hCG水平。结果显示,与对照组比较,观察组子宫内膜厚度和血清β-hCG水平降低(P<0.05);环状征型、典型孕囊型和混合包块型患者血清β-hCG水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清β-hCG水平联合子宫内膜厚度预测异位妊娠的ROC曲线下面积为0.901(P<0.05)。经阴道彩色多普勒超声联合β-hCG在异位妊娠诊断中有较好的效果,同时异位妊娠患者β-hCG水平与彩超影像特征有一定关系。     

The Dempster–Shafer calculus for statisticians

The Dempster–Shafer (DS) theory of probabilistic reasoning is presented in terms of a semantics whereby every meaningful formal assertion is associated with a triple (p, q, r) where p is the probability “for” the assertion, q is the probability “against” the assertion, and r is the probability of “don’t know”. Arguments are presented for the necessity of “don’t know”. Elements of the calculus are sketched, including the extension of a DS model from a margin to a full state space, and DS combination of independent DS uncertainty assessments on the full space. The methodology is applied to inference and prediction from Poisson counts, including an introduction to the use of join-tree model structure to simplify and shorten computation. The relation of DS theory to statistical significance testing is elaborated, introducing along the way the new concept of “dull” null hypothesis.

用r×s列连表的Pearson x~2检验法,讨论通脑活络针刺法、溶栓剂法与常规法在各救治时间窗对脑梗死患者BI评分的影响,并得到结论,通脑活络针刺法在各救治时间窗的"治愈率"及较好的康复程度方面显示了显著疗效.

The biological significance of ω-oxidation of fatty acids

The author focuses on the biological significance of ω-oxidation of fatty acids. Early studies revealed that there is a subsidiary pathway for β-oxidation of fatty acids when β-oxidation is blocked. Many studies demonstrated that the ω-oxidation serves to provide succinyl-CoA for the citric acid cycle and for gluconeogenesis under conditions of starvation and diabetes. Acylglucosylceramides which are composed of linoleic acid, long chain ω-hydroxy fatty acids, eicosasphingenine (or trihydroxyeicosasphingenine) and glucose, are responsible for normal epidermal permeability function in the skin. It is observed that ω- and (ω-1)-oxidation of fatty acids are related to energy metabolism in some laboratory animals such as musk shrews and Mongolian gerbils. Studies confirmed that ω- and (ω-1)-oxidation of fatty acids play crucial roles in the production of insect pheromones of honeybees and in the formation of biopolyesters of higher plants. In addition, the biological significance of ω-oxidation of prostaglandins and leukotrienes is described.     

基于显著性加权的Mean Shift跟踪方法

复杂背景下运动目标跟踪一直是计算机视觉的重要研究方向之一。针对这类问题,提出了一种基于显著性加权的Mean Shift跟踪算法。首先根据目标上不同区域和背景的差别大小,给目标每个区域赋予不同的权值。然后将权值与Mean Shift算法结合起来对目标进行跟踪。实验表明,在复杂背景下,新算法仍然可以有效、准确地跟踪运动目标。     

关于信号的统计显著性

基于实验测量的p值和正态函数积分概率之间的对应关系, 提出了实验测量中信号统计显著性的定义, 它对于“计数”实验和连续检验统计量这两种情形都适用, 并给出了计算信号显著性的相应公式.

??This paper investigates the test of significance for the binary choice model with stochastic trend process. The results show that when the true parameter vector is zero, the limiting distribution of the t statistic follows standard normal distribution. The joint significance test statistics Wald, LM and LR are asymptotically equivalent and have a Chi-square limiting distribution.     

我国各地区城乡居民人均收入的对应分析

利用SAS软件 ,对我国 1999年度的城乡居民人均收入的统计资料进行了对应分析 ,又对城乡、东西部地区居民的收入进行了均值差异检验 ,得到了许多有意义的结果。
