This work was undertaken in order to increase the understanding of the mechanism responsible for fiber/matrix interaction in carbon fiber/thermoplastic composite. From results of previous study on carbon fiber/PEEK composite, which suggested that the formation of the fiber/ matrix interaction was primarily related to a chemisorption mechanism, a study was done of the conditions required to obtain efficient fiber/matrix interaction in PA-12 and PP/carbon fiber composites. The interest in studying carbon fiber composite based on PP and PA-12 was that these two matrices are very different in terms of reactivity, polyamide having many more reactive groups than polypropylene. As expected, due to the non-reactive chemical structure of the polypropylene, fiber/matrix interaction in carbon fiber/PP composite occurred only when the matrix was thermally degraded, i.e. when the composite was molded at high temperature or under long residence time at the melt temperature. For the carbon fiber/PA-12 composite, strong fiber/matrix interaction occurred readily at relatively low molding temperature, i.e. well before thermal degradation of the matrix. It was also found that the short beam shear strength in these composites seems to evolve with molding temperature, and a maximum interfacial strength was observed at a molding temperature corresponding to the thermal degradation of the matrix. This indicates that although matrix degradation often results in strong reduction in the composite performance, some matrix degradation can be beneficial in terms of interfacial mechanical properties. Finally, this work demonstrated that while the formation of fiber/matrix interaction seems to be primarily related to a chemisorption mechanism, the contribution of interphase crystallinity to the interfacial strength is not negligible. In fact, interfacial crystallinity was found to be essential to ensure optimum interfacial strength.  相似文献

The aim of study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a new facility for recycling of plastics from granular waste electrical and electronic equipment. The installation consists of two sections, the products of a first tribo-aero-electrostatic separator being subsequently treated in two free-fall electrostatic separators. The tests were performed on a mixture of polycarbonate (PC) and polyamide (PA). Analysis of the purity of the products obtained was performed using a program of image processing in MATLAB. Products of very high purity (roughly 95% for both PC and PA) were obtained at a recovery rate higher than 70%.  相似文献

Abstract: Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS), as a noninvasive spectroscopic method, permits high-resolution, high-sensitivity, fast, in situ absorption measurements of atomic and molecular species and narrow spectral features in gaseous, solid, and liquid phases. Advances in new diode laser sources and laser spectroscopic techniques generally have triggered an increasing application of TDLAS in various disciplines (for example, atmospheric environmental monitoring, chemical analysis, industrial process control, medical diagnostics and combustion monitoring, etc.) over the last four decades. This article reviews some important developments in TDLAS, from its basic principles as a spectroscopic tool to the demonstration of gas absorption measurements, emphasizing signal enhancement and noise reduction techniques developed for improving current TDLAS performance.  相似文献

Abstract

This article explores the potential of Moiré deflectometry for measuring the temperature field in quasi-two-dimensional small scale flows. The research shows that digital Moiré deflectometry combined with two-dimensional Fourier transform for phase map extraction constitutes a useful diagnostic tool for acquiring the fluid temperature with sufficient sensibility and spatial resolution in small two-dimensional or axisymmetric arrangements with negligible pressure variations. The results obtained in the thermal boundary layer of a flat plate are in good agreement with both thermocouple measurements and numerical results.  相似文献

Least squares estimations have been used extensively in many applications, e.g. system identification and signal prediction. When the stochastic process is stationary, the least squares estimators can be found by solving a Toeplitz or near-Toeplitz matrix system depending on the knowledge of the data statistics. In this paper, we employ the preconditioned conjugate gradient method with circulant preconditioners to solve such systems. Our proposed circulant preconditioners are derived from the spectral property of the given stationary process. In the case where the spectral density functions() of the process is known, we prove that ifs() is a positive continuous function, then the spectrum of the preconditioned system will be clustered around 1 and the method converges superlinearly. However, if the statistics of the process is unknown, then we prove that with probability 1, the spectrum of the preconditioned system is still clustered around 1 provided that large data samples are taken. For finite impulse response (FIR) system identification problems, our numerical results show that annth order least squares estimator can usually be obtained inO(n logn) operations whenO(n) data samples are used. Finally, we remark that our algorithm can be modified to suit the applications of recursive least squares computations with the proper use of sliding window method arising in signal processing applications.Research supported in part by HKRGC grant no. 221600070, ONR contract no. 针对我国氧碘化学激光器输出能量不断提高的情况下,主要限制光束质量的因素之一是出光过程中的光腔失调,提出了一种基于图像处理的光学谐振腔自准直研究方法。该研究方法利用氦氖穿腔光通过凹腔镜中心孔,并在凸腔镜后方放置工业相机,在屏幕上方形成一个干涉同心圆环。通过借助OpenCV库中二值化、霍夫圆检测等图像处理的方法,获得干涉同心圆环的圆心坐标,再通过以圆心为中心将图像分成上下左右四个部分,通过判断这四部分亮点像素的数量差值来预估干涉同心圆环的偏移状态,进而获得空腔条件下光学谐振腔发生变化的理论判据。实验结果表明,该方法可以获得相当精准的光学谐振腔失调判据,其失调判据选取左右亮点像素差值30 000,上下亮点像素差值45 000,为今后失调判据与步进电机自动调腔的结合做好充足的准备。

介绍了一种条带束流位置监测器(BPM)的设计与仿真方法。在国家同步辐射实验室“太赫兹近场高通量材料物性测试系统”工程项目中,针对波荡器出口处真空室非正交对称性的问题,设计了矩形真空室和跑道形真空室下的两种非正交对称性条带BPM,并与传统的圆形真空室下条带BPM进行对比。基于边界元法,利用MATLAB软件分别对三种真空室下的条带BPM进行建模和仿真。仿真结果表明:相对于传统的圆形真空室下条带BPM,矩形和跑道形真空室下条带BPM灵敏度提高了30%,阻抗匹配误差相对降低了20%,束流位置拟合误差降低了80%。考虑加工精度,矩形真空室下的条带BPM更适用于该工程。  相似文献

为实时恢复天文或空间目标的湍流退化成像,提出一种适应大气湍流动态变化的多通道自适应光学图像恢复方法.以自适应光学校正后不同时刻的目标成像作为多个通道,建立求解系统点扩散函数的线性方程,根据解出的点扩散函数利用超拉普拉斯算法,求解待观测目标的估计值.结果表明:不同时刻的点扩散函数之间存在互质关系,满足多通道盲识别的理论要求.利用建立的线性方程求解出的点扩散函数与原点扩散函数的均方误差在10^-30~10^-27量级,采用超拉普拉斯算法恢复出的目标成像与原始目标之间的均方误差在10^-5~10^-4量级.本文研究为湍流退化图像的实时恢复提供了理论基础.  相似文献

星载激光雷达是实现海洋垂直剖面探测的有效工具,也是目前迫切需求的海洋光学遥感手段。对星载海洋激光雷达的波长参数进行评估对保证探测有效性具有重要意义。本文从探测深度和信噪比两方面分析了星载海洋激光雷达探测全球海洋的最佳波长。利用MODIS 10个波段的水体光学特性数据,估算全球海水探测深度及相应的最优波长;并根据太阳夫琅禾费暗线特性,对信号信噪比进行优化。结果表明:在探测深度方面,最优探测波长在488 nm波段的海洋占全球海洋面积的70%左右,并且全球95%以上的海域在488 nm波段的探测深度优于0.8倍的真光层深度;在信噪比方面,相对于488 nm波段,486.134 nm夫琅禾费暗线处采用0.1 nm带宽的滤光片可以将背景光强度降低70%,相应地回波信噪比整体提升了约5.0%。就全球海洋探测来说,使用486.134 nm作为探测波长可以提高探测深度,有效抑制太阳背景光,提高信噪比,因此,486.134 nm是星载海洋激光雷达的最佳工作波长。  相似文献
