Optical homodyne receivers based on modified balanced optical phase-locked loop is analyzed taking into account loop propagation delay. This modified loop contains all the components of a standard BOPLL in conjunction of an additional phase modulator. This modified loop offers a much improved tracking performance and also shows good improvements in the reduction performance over previously reported methods, like, relaxed line-width requirement and improved lock-in range. This study for the first time shows the imperfect-phase-recovery-induced power penalty as a function of laser line-width with the optimum phase deviations in the presence of non-negligible loop propagation delay. It is found that in order to maintain a 10−10 BER system performance with ξ = 1, R = 1 A/W, PR = −53 dBm, Δυ = 1 MHz, phase modulator sensitivity KPM = 10 rad/V and 10° phase deviation between the two transmitted bits, the loop delay must be kept below 3 ns. Further, the required line-width with the non-negligible loop delay time is evaluated and found to be (2.1 × 10−3)/τ, where τ (s) is the loop delay. This number corresponds to BER = 10−10, imperfect phase recovery power penalty of 1 dB and phase modulator sensitivity KPM = 20 rad/V. 相似文献

In this paper we study the atom dissipation effect in a laser cavity. The cavity field mode is described by the Fox- Li quasimode due to the leakiness of the cavity. Our results show that the atom decay rate versus the decay rate of the quasimode is a Lorentz type. Effects of the atom-cavity detuning as well as cavity size are also discussed. 相似文献

压电喷墨打印是制备印刷电子器件的主要手段之一,其墨滴喷射状态直接受压电波形的影响,因而压电波形对于器件打印具有重要意义。本文主要研究了压电波形对薄膜晶体管(TFT)电极打印效果的影响,实验通过改变压电波形的加压速率和脉冲持续时间,打印得到了一系列的电极样品,并对其图形效果及表面粗糙度进行了测量。实验表明,随着加压速率和脉冲持续时间的增大,墨滴喷出动能增大,最终打印的图形效果先改善后恶化,表面粗糙度则随之增大。在加压速率取值为0.08~1.65 V/μs、脉冲持续时间取值为1.216~2.688μs的区间内得到了失真程度较小的电极图形,在加压速率及脉冲持续时间分别为0.25 V/μs、2.688μs及0.65 V/μs、1.600μs时,电极图形化效果较好,表面粗糙度分别为59.04 nm和59.27 nm。通过对压电波形参数的合理设置,能够实现对打印图形效果的优化。 相似文献

A concept of mean last passage time at the saddle point is proposed in order to compute both the lifetime and the escape rate of a particle in a metastable potential, where the backstreaming across the saddle point is taken into account. It is shown that the mean oscillating time around the saddle point is the longest one among all the time scales at high temperatures and the inverse of the mean last passage time at the saddle point is more close to the steady escape rate. 相似文献

Temperature effects on deposition rate of silicon nitride films were characterized by building a neural network prediction model. The silicon nitride films were deposited by using a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition system and process parameter effects were systematically characterized by 26−1 fractional factorial experiment. The process parameters involved include a radio frequency power, pressure, temperature, SiH4, N2, and NH3 flow rates. The prediction performance of generalized regression neural network was drastically improved by optimizing multi-valued training factors using a genetic algorithm. Several 3D plots were generated to investigate parameter effects at various temperatures. Predicted variations were experimentally validated. The temperature effect on the deposition rate was a complex function of parameters but N2 flow rate. Larger decreases in the deposition rate with the temperature were only noticed at lower SiH4 (or higher NH3) flow rates. Typical effects of SiH4 or NH3 flow rate were only observed at higher or lower temperatures. A comparison with the refractive index model facilitated a selective choice of either SiH4 or NH3 for process optimization. 相似文献

本文基于分子温度与压强的关系,计算在不同压强下基态和最低三态硝基甲烷的分子温度,对应计算其沿着CN键裂解反应的热化学和动力学参数.发现基态的硝基甲烷沿着CN键的分解反应是吸热反应,不具自发性,反应转换温度为1550.2 K,平衡常数在80-1202 K温度范围内很低.最低三态的硝基甲烷沿着CN键的裂解是放热反应,反应的Gibbs自由能在80-2558.5 K范围内为负,有好的自发性,且反应较为彻底.298.15-2558.5 K温度范围内反应活化能随着温度的升高而改变,使反应速率随着温度的升高而急剧增大.对应硝基甲烷爆压15 GPa,其分子温度为4617.6 K,该温度下三态分子分解反应的反应速率为1.088×10~8cm~3·mol~(-1)·s~(-1).推算硝基甲烷沿着CN键分解反应混合物的终态温度,当混合物为硝基、甲基和基态的硝基甲烷分子时,反应的终温为1611.37 K,等效能为1676.47 cm~(-1).当混合物为硝基、甲基、基态和最低三态的硝基甲烷分子时,反应的终温为1184.79 K,等效能为1232.65 cm~(-1).两种情况下终态等效能都足以维持硝基甲烷分子沿C-N键裂解反应的发生.这个能量也足以导致混合物中的NO_2分解为NO和O,这与实验检测的结论相一致. 相似文献

The elastic analysis of a mode II Griffith crack penetrating through a decagonal quasi-crystal along the periodic axis is made within the context of the continuum theory. By using a general solution obtained previously, the problem in the case of uniform shear stress at infinity is solved, and the analytical expressions for the entire stress field disturbed by an internal crack are derived in an explicit form. The asymptotic fields of the displacement and stress around a crack tip in both phonon and phason fields indicate that the stresses near a crack tip exhibit the square-root singularity. The formula for evaluating the energy release rate is also given. If imposing that the phason field is absent, the well-known results of a mode II crack in a conventional material are recovered from the present results. 相似文献
