Dimensional Properties of Fractional Brownian Motion

Let B^α = {B^α（t）,t E R^N} be an （N,d）-fractional Brownian motion with Hurst index α∈ （0, 1）. By applying the strong local nondeterminism of B^α, we prove certain forms of uniform Hausdorff dimension results for the images of B^α when N 〉 αd. Our results extend those of Kaufman for one-dimensional Brownian motion.

Sodium anion photodetachment up to the 4s threshold. AK-matrixL 2 basis calculation

Summary AK-matrix method implemented with anL ² basis has been utilized to investigate the¹ P ⁰ continuum of the sodium anion below the 4s threshold. The results include the ground-state electron binding energy, the static dipole polarizability, the partial and total photodetachment cross-sections and the asymmetry parameter β. The authors of this paper have agreed to not receive the proofs for correction.     

Regularity of minima: An invitation to the dark side of the calculus of variations

I am presenting a survey of regularity results for both minima of variational integrals, and solutions to non-linear elliptic, and sometimes parabolic, systems of partial differential equations. I will try to take the reader to the Dark Side... Partial regularity results up to the boundary for harmonic maps into a Finsler manifold

We study the energy functional for maps from a Riemannian m-manifold M   into a Finsler space N=(Rn,F)$N=({\mathbb{R}}^n,F)$. Under the restriction 2?m?4$2?m?4$, we prove the full Hölder regularity of weakly harmonic maps (i.e., weak solutions of its Euler–Lagrange equation) from M to N   in the case that the Finsler structure F(u,X)$F(u,X)$ depends only on vectors X, and a partial Hölder regularity of energy minimizing maps in general cases.

烷烃加和型性质的拓扑同系递变规律研究

用分子中原子的平衡电负性对分子图进行着色, 在距离矩阵的基础上结合分子中各原子的支化度构建一组拓扑指数ND, 它对分子结构实现唯一性表征, 具有优良的结构选择性, 用ND指数对链烷烃的加和型性质及同系递变规律进行研究, 结果表明烷烃加和型性质P可用下式来定量描述: P＝aND₁＋bND₂＋cND₃＋d, 其中a, b, c, d为常数. 用该式对85种链烷烃的标准生成焓Δ_fH^ө_m, 标准熵Δ_fS^ө_m, 标准生成吉布斯自由能Δ_fG^ө_m及67种链烷烃的摩尔体积V_m, 摩尔折射度R_m进行预测, 预测值与实验值吻合良好.
