Hg2准分子远紫外发射谱带研究

报道在高压汞弧灯中首次观测到Ｈｇ２准分子在２２５－２３５ｎｍ谱区、峰值位于２３０ｎｍ左右的连续发射谱带。实验研究了此发射带随温度的变化，与理论计算的辐射谱相比较，两者十分相符。     

Blocking Effect and Moments of Inertia of K = 1/2 Rotational Band in 171Yb

The K = 1/2 rotational band in 171yb is investigated using the particle number conserving (PNC) method for treating the cranked shell model with monopole and quadrupole pairing interactions. The experimental moments of inertia of 171 Yb [521]1/2 (signature α = 1/2) are reproduced well by the PNC calculation, in which no free parameter is involved. The difference in the contribution to the moment of inertia between protons and neutrons is mainly due to the blocking effect of neutron normal orbitals. The ω variation of the occupation probability of each cranked orbital and the contribution to the moment of inertia from each major shell and from each cranked orbital are investigated.     

InGaAs(S)/InP应变量子阱能带计算和有源区材料的选择

本文利用K·P能带理论和形变势模型计算了应变对量子阱结构能带及能级的影响,提出了在压缩应变情况下,当固定发射波长时,利用InGaAsP做阱材料可对应变大小和阱宽进行独立控制,克服了应变较大时InGaAs阱材料阱宽较窄的困难。在伸张应变情况下,利用InGaAs做有源区较为合适。     

Cuprite, paramelaconite and tenorite films deposited by reactive magnetron sputtering

Copper oxides films (Cu₂O, Cu₄O₃ and CuO) have been deposited by magnetron sputtering of a copper target in various Ar–O₂ reactive mixtures. The films are characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, four-point probe method and UV-Vis spectrometry. The three defined compounds in the Cu---O binary system can be deposited by varying the oxygen flow rate introduced into the reactor. All the films are crystallized with a mean crystal size ranging from 10 to about 35 nm. They are highly resistive and present a direct optical band gap higher than 2 eV. The application of a bias voltage during the deposition phase modifies the texture of the Cu₂O films and also induces a preferential resputtering of oxygen from the Cu₄O₃ ones. This resputtering phenomenon leads firstly to the occurrence of the cuprite phase mixed with the paramelaconite one and secondly to the amorphisation of the films. Finally, the thermal stability in air of cuprite, paramelaconite and tenorite films has been investigated. The results show that the stability of Cu₂O and Cu₄O₃ films in air is influenced by the thickness and/or the texture of the films. Tenorite films with a low optical band gap (1.71 eV) can be formed after air annealing at 350 °C of an unbiased cuprite film.

Matrix summability and uniform convergence of series

Some classical results about uniform convergence of unconditionally convergent series are generalized to weakly unconditionally Cauchy series by means of the matrix summability method for regular matrices.

     

Exact analytical expressions for the dispersion relation of one-dimensional chiral photonic crystals

We consider one-dimensional photonic crystals made of alternating layers of two kinds of isotropic chiral media. The two layers are characterized by the dielectric permittivities ε₁ and ε₂, the magnetic permeabilities μ₁ and μ₂, the chirality parameters γ₁ and γ₂ and the thicknesses d₁ and d₂. By diagonalizing an 8 × 8 matrix derived from the two coupled wave equations satisfied by our system, we obtain exact analytical expressions for the dispersion relation for plane electromagnetic waves propagating at an arbitrary angle with respect to the layers. We present a detailed analysis of our dispersion relation and explore the evolution of the photonic band structure as the frequency, the chirality parameter and the incident angle vary, with a special emphasis on the generation of the cross- and co-polarization bandgaps.

Weak normality properties and factorizations of normality

Summary Variants of δ-normality and δ-normal separation called weakly (functionally) δ-normal spaces are introduced and studied. This yields new factorizations of normality and δ-normality. A Urysohn type lemma and a Tietze type extension theorem for (weakly) functionally δ-normal spaces are obtained.
