The main object of this paper is to analyze the recent results obtained on the Neumann realization of the Schrödinger operator in the case of dimension 3 by Lu and Pan. After presenting a short treatment of their spectral analysis of keymodels, we show briefly how to implement the techniques of Helffer-Morame in order to give some localization of the ground state. This leaves open the question of the localization by curvature effect which was solved in the case of dimension 2 in our previous work and will be analysed in the case of dimension 3 in a future paper.  相似文献

We study the integrated density of states of random Anderson-type additive and multiplicative perturbations of deterministic background operators for which the single-site potential does not have a fixed sign. Our main result states that, under a suitable assumption on the regularity of the random variables, the integrated density of states of such random operators is locally Hölder continuous at energies below the bottom of the essential spectrum of the background operator for any nonzero disorder, and at energies in the unperturbed spectral gaps, provided the randomness is sufficiently small. The result is based on a proof of a Wegner estimate with the correct volume dependence. The proof relies upon the Lp-theory of the spectral shift function for p?1 (Comm. Math. Phys.218 (2001), 113-130), and the vector field methods of Klopp (Comm. Math. Phys.167 (1995), 553-569). We discuss the application of this result to Schrödinger operators with random magnetic fields and to band-edge localization.  相似文献

In this paper, we study an L 2 version of the semiclassical approximation of magnetic Schrödinger operators with invariant Morse type potentials on covering spaces of compact manifolds. In particular, we are able to establish the existence of an arbitrary large number of gaps in the spectrum of these operators, in the semiclassical limit as the coupling constant goes to zero.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to investigate some relations between the kernel of a Weyl pseudo-differential operator and the Wigner transform on Poincaré disk defined in our previous paper [11]. The composition formula for the class of the operators defined in [11] has not been proved yet. However, some properties and relations, which are analogous to the Euclidean case, between the Weyl pseudo-differential operator and the Wigner transform have been investigated in [11]. In the present paper, an asymptotic formula for the Wigner transform of the kernel of a Weyl pseudo-differential operator as 0 is given. We also introduce a space of functions on the cotangent bundle T * D whose definition is based on the notion of the Schwartz space on the Poincaré disk. For an S 1-invariant symbol in that space, we obtain a formula to reproduce the symbol from the kernel of the Weyl pseudo-differential operator.  相似文献

We study a stochastic model of an economy with locally interacting agents. The basis of the study is a deterministic model of dynamic economic equilibrium proposed by Polterovich. We generalize Polterovich's theory, in particular, in two respects. We introduce stochastics and consider a version of the model with local interactions between the agents. The structure of the interactions is described in terms of random fields on a directed graph. Equilibrium states of the system are solutions to certain variational inequalities in spaces of random vectors. By analyzing these inequalities, we establish an existence theorem for equilibrium, which generalizes and refines a number of previous results.  相似文献
