针对双模态红外图像在融合时异类差异特征两两合成出现信息冗余导致所选择的融合算法相互冲突,造成融合效果差甚至失效的问题,提出了一种基于可能性信息质量合成的双模态红外图像融合算法选取方法。首先计算双模态红外图像多融合算法下不同差异特征的融合有效度,利用可能性框架得到对应的可能性分布向量子集;其次计算向量子集的信息量和可信度,并对多个向量子集进行加权合成;然后构建基于信息质量的排序函数,得到每种融合算法下的非支配子集;最后构建多融合算法得分函数的联合分布对多种融合算法优化选择。实验结果表明,将基于质量来整合多个差异特征的方法运用于双模态红外图像融合算法选取中,所选出的融合算法在加权综合指标上高于其他算法均值55%以上,证明了本文方法的有效性和合理性;由多组实验算得本文方法平均耗时10.083 s,在时间效率上也符合实时图像融合应用的工程需求。  相似文献

The quality of eighteen honey samples collected from the Western district of Saudi Arabia was assessed according to the International Honey regulatory standards using modern analytical methods. A number of quality criteria were measured to determine the botanical and geographical origin of honey. Hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) as an adulteration marker was analyzed and detected quantitatively via high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The moisture content was assessed by Karl Fisher coulometric method using an automatic potentiometric titrator. While, mineral content and toxic heavy metal ions were determined using an inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) technique after microwave digestion. All the investigated honey samples were of good quality. The elements with the highest frequency were K, Se, and Cd. High content of Cd and Se were found in samples (7 and 9). The maximum residues limit of the most dangerous metal for the human health lead was below European Standards.  相似文献

Abstract

Azithromycin (AZT), an antibiotic belonging to the family of macrolides, can be analyzed by a new spectrophotometric method based on the formation of an ion pair between this drug and an inorganic complex of (Mo(V)–thiocyanate) followed by its extraction with dichloroethane. This ion‐association complex shows an orange color and exhibits a maximum absorbance at 469 nm. The experimental conditions of the reaction were studied and optimized. The calibration graph was linear (r=0.9996) over the range 10?6 M–10?5 M of AZT. This simple and validated method has been successfully applied to the determination of azithromycin in pharmaceutical formulations with a mean relative standard deviation of 1.07% and mean recovery of 99.66%. The common excipients present in azithromycin formulations did not interfere in its determination. This new spectophotometric method has been applied successfully to illustrate the dissolution profiles of original tablets and generic compounds; hence, it could be employed in routine quality control of azithromycin in pharmaceutical dosage forms.  相似文献

Abstract

A liquid chromatographic differential refractive index detector (RI) and an ultraviolet absorption (at 195 nm) detector (UV) were studied for detection of triglyceride (TG) and phospholipid (PL) molecular species. It was found that the log UV/RI detector response ratio was linearly related to the log of the number of conjugated double bonds (degree of unsaturation) of the lipid in a predictable fashion, indicating the usefulness of the combination of both detectors in TG and PL analysis. The detection limit of the RI detector for TG and PL was found to be 5 × 10 ?7 M or as sensitive as the UV detector for saturated TG and PL.  相似文献

RNA-based applications requiring high-quality, non-degraded RNA are a foundational element of many research studies. As such, it is paramount that the integrity of experimental RNA is validated prior to cDNA synthesis or other downstream applications. In the absence of expensive equipment such as microfluidic electrophoretic devices, and as an alternative to the costly and time-consuming standard formaldehyde gel, RNA quality can be quickly analyzed by adding small amounts of commercial bleach to TAE buffer-based agarose gels prior to electrophoresis. In the presence of low concentrations of bleach, the secondary structure of RNA is denatured and potential contaminating RNases are destroyed. Because of this, the 'bleach gel' is a functional approach that addresses the need for an inexpensive and safe way to evaluate RNA integrity and will improve the ability of researchers to rapidly analyze RNA quality.  相似文献

Abstract

The aim of this work is to develop and validate the derivative spectrophotometric method for determination of the proton pump inhibitor rabeprazole sodium in pharmaceutical formulations. The technique was applied using water (pH 10.0) as diluent. The first‐order derivative spectra were obtained at N=5, Δλ=4.0 nm, and determinations were made at 304 nm. The method showed high specificity in the presence of formulation excipients and good linearity in the concentration range of 6.0 to 18.0 µg/mL?1. The intra‐ and interday precision data demonstrated the method has good reproducibility [Relative Standard Deviation ((RSD)=1.0 interdays)]. Accuracy was also evaluated and results were satisfactory (mean recovery of 99.15%). The detection and quantitation limits were 0.055 and 0.17 µg/mL?1, respectively. The method was demonstrated to be adequate for routine analysis in quality control.  相似文献

Abstract

Recently, the fingerprinting approach using chromatography has become one of the most potent tools for quality assessment of herbal medicine. Due to the complexity of the chromatographic fingerprint and the irreproducibility of chromatographic instruments and experimental conditions, several chemometric approaches such as variance analysis, peak alignment, correlation analysis, and pattern recognition were employed to deal with the chromatographic fingerprint in this work. To facilitate the data preprocessing, a software named Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation (CASE) was also developed. All programs of chemometric algorithms for CASE were coded in MATLAB5.3 based on Windows. Data loading, removing, cutting, smoothing, compressing, background and retention time shift correction, normalization, peak identification and matching, variation determination of common peaks/regions, similarity comparison, sample classification, and other data processes associated with the chromatographic fingerprint were investigated in this software. The case study of high pressure liquid chromatographic HPLC fingerprints of 50 Rhizoma chuanxiong samples from different sources demonstrated that the chemometric approaches investigated in this work were reliable and user friendly for data preprocessing of chromatographic fingerprints of herbal medicines for quality assessment.  相似文献

Abstract

A simple, reproducible, accurate, and effective spectrophotometric method was developed and validated for the quantitation of the antihistamine fexofenadine in capsules and coated tablets. Ethanol was used as solvent and the absorbance at the wavelength of 220 nm was employed to the quantitation of the drug. The method validation was fulfilled through the evaluation of the analytical parameters of linearity, precision, accuracy, limits of detection, and quantitation and specificity. The method was linear (r=0.9999) at concentrations ranging from 8.0 to 20.0 µg ml?1, precise (RSD intra‐day=0.29; 0.18; 0.39; RSD inter‐day=0.12 for capsules and RSD intra‐day=0.13; 0.16; 0.13; RSD inter‐day=0.13 for coated tablets), accurate (percentage recovery=99.97% for capsules and 100.51% for tablets), sensitive (limits of detection and quantitation of 0.10 and 0.29 µg ml?1, respectively) and specific. The method was compared to a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method, which was previously developed to the same drug. The results showed no significant difference between the methods in fexofenadine hydrochloride quantitation.  相似文献
