In this study, we shall suggest analytical expressions for two-center nuclear attraction integrals over STO’s with a one-center
charge distribution by using Fourier transform method. The derivation is based on partial-fraction decompositions and Taylor

A systematic approach using the null-field integral equation in conjunction with the degenerate kernel is employed to solve the multiple radiation and scattering problems. Our approach can avoid calculating the principal values of singular and hypersingular integrals. Although we use the idea of null-field integral equation, we can locate the point on the real boundary thanks to the degenerate kernel. The proposed approach is seen as one kind of semi-analytical methods, since the error is attributed from the truncation of spherical harmonics. We used the spheroidal beam equation to calculate the sound field created by focusing a transducer with a wide aperture angle to obtain the heat deposition, and then we used the Pennes bioheat equation to calculate the temperature field in biological tissue with ribs and to ascertain the effects of rib parameters on the temperature field. The results show that the location and the gap width between the ribs have a great influence on the axial and radial temperature rise of multilayer biological tissue. With a decreasing gap width, the location of the maximum temperature rise moves forward; as the ribs are closer to the transducer surface, the sound energy that passes through the gap between the ribs at the focus decreases,the maximum temperature rise decreases, and the location of the maximum temperature rise moves forward with the ribs. 相似文献

Developing the analysis of the distribution of the so-called posmom xp to some molecular rotational states for diatomic molecules and spherical cage molecules, we obtain posmometry (introduced recently by Bernard and Gill, 2010 [5]) of the spherical harmonics and demonstrate that it is similar to the momentum distributions of the stationary states for a one-dimensional simple harmonic oscillator. The results are not only potentially experimentally testable but also reflect a fact that the embedding of the two-dimensional spherical surface S2 in three-dimensional flat space R3 is physically self-consistent and appealing. 相似文献

In this paper, the effect of magnetic nanoparticles on the mechanical properties of a type-II superconductor is investigated both theoretically and numerically. Magnetic part of the pinning force associated with the interaction between a finite-size spheroidal magnetic inclusion and an Abrikosov vortex is calculated in the London approximation. It is found that the size and shape of magnetic nanoparticles result in different enhancements of vortex pinning in large-κtype-II superconductors. Meanwhile, the screening current induced by a magnetic spheroid suffer the action of Lorentz force, which will lead to prestress in the superconductor, so further numerical calculations are needed to explore the interaction between the spheroidal magnetic particle and superconductor. The distribution of displacement, stress and strain in the superconductor are finally obtained. It is shown that different sizes and shapes of nanoparticles also can change the distributions of these quantities. 相似文献

The invention of an image system for a boundary value problem adds to a significant understanding of the structure of the problem, both at the mathematical and at the physical level. In this paper, the interior and exterior Neumann functions for the Laplacian in the cases of spherical and ellipsoidal domains are represented in terms of images. Besides isolated images, the presence of the normal derivative in the Neumann condition demands an additional continuous distribution of images, which in the spherical cases, can be restricted to a one‐dimensional manifold, whereas for the ellipsoid, both a one‐dimensional and a two‐dimensional distribution of images is needed. This Schrdinger-like equation is very interesting in itself. An open-styled dielectric-lined azimuthally periodic circular waveguide (ODLAP-CW) for a millimeter-wave traveling-wave tube (TWT) is proposed, which is a modified form of a dielectric-lined azimuthally periodic circular waveguide (DLAP-CW). The slow-wave characteristics of the open-styled DLAP-CW are studied by using the spatial harmonics method, which includes normalized phase velocity and interaction impedance. The complicated dispersion equations are numerically solved with MATLAB and the results are in good agreement with the simulation results obtained from HFSS. The influence of structural parameters on the RF properties is investigated based on our theory. The numerical results show that the optimal thickness of the metal rod can increase the interaction impedance, with the dielectric constant held fixed. Finally, the slow-wave characteristics and transmission properties of an open-styled structure are compared with those of the DLAP-CW. The results validate that the mode competition is eliminated in the improved structure with only a slight influence on the dispersion characteristics, which may significantly improve the stability of an open-styled DLAP-CW-based TWT, and the interaction efficiency is also improved. 相似文献

The behavior of geodesic curves on even seemingly simple surfaces can be surprisingly complex. In this paper we use the Hamiltonian formulation of the geodesic equations to analyze their integrability properties. In particular, we examine the behavior of geodesics on surfaces defined by the spherical harmonics. Using the Morales-Ramis theorem and Kovacic algorithm we are able to prove that the geodesic equations on all surfaces defined by the sectoral harmonics are not integrable, and we use Poincaré sections to demonstrate the breakdown of regular motion. 相似文献
