茶叶的1H NMR指纹图谱研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
1H NMR分析测定35种从福建、云南、广州、江西等地采集及购买的不同种类的茶叶.检测出约20种物质,包括多种氨基酸、茶氨酸、多种儿茶素(表没食子儿茶素(EGC)、表儿茶素(EC)、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)、表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG)和一些未知的儿茶素)、蔗糖、未知糖类、脂肪酸、 咖啡因等.所得谱图经主成分分析,实现了不同种类的茶叶以及铁观音产地的区分,并且发现了引起区分的化学成分:红茶和黑茶与绿茶和乌龙茶相比,部分氨基酸和一些未知成分的含量较高,而儿茶素的含量较低;安溪西坪铁观音与安溪祥华和感德铁观音相比,部分氨基酸、咖啡因、EGCG、ECG以及一些未知成分的含量较高,而EC、EGC含量相对低.另外,谱图的聚类分析也显示了与主成分分析类似的结果.  相似文献

To each once-punctured-torus bundle, Tφ, over the circle with pseudo-Anosov monodromy φ, there are associated two tessellations of the complex plane: one, Δ(φ), is (the projection from ∞ of) the triangulation of a horosphere at ∞ induced by the canonical decomposition into ideal tetrahedra, and the other, CW(φ), is a fractal tessellation given by the Cannon-Thurston map of the fiber group switching back and forth between gray and white each time it passes through ∞. Let X be a proper and smooth curve of genus g?2 over an algebraically closed field k of positive characteristic. If , it follows from Hrushovski's work on the geometry of difference schemes that the set of rank r vector bundles with trivial determinant over X that are periodic under the action of Frobenius is dense in the corresponding moduli space. Using the equivalence between Frobenius periodicity of a stable vector bundle and its triviality after pull-back by some finite étale cover of X (due to Lange and Stuhler) on the one hand, and specialization of the fundamental group on the other hand, we prove that the same result holds for any algebraically closed field of positive characteristic.  相似文献

A double perturbation strategy is presented to solve the asymptotic solutions of a Johnson-Segalman (J-S) fluid through a slowly varying pipe. First, a small parameter of the slowly varying angle is taken as the small perturbation parameter, and then the second-order asymptotic solution of the flow of a Newtonian fluid through a slowly varying pipe is obtained in the first perturbation strategy. Second, the viscoelastic parameter is selected as the small perturbation parameter in the second perturbation strategy to solve the asymptotic solution of the flow of a J-S fluid through a slowly varying pipe. Finally, the parameter effects, including the axial distance, the slowly varying angle, and the Reynolds number, on the velocity distributions are analyzed. The results show that the increases in both the axial distance and the slowly varying angle make the axial velocity slow down. However, the radial velocity increases with the slowly varying angle, and decreases with the axial distance. There are two special positions in the distribution curves of the axial velocity and the radial velocity with different Reynolds numbers, and there are different trends on both sides of the special positions. The double perturbation strategy is applicable to such problems with the flow of a non-Newtonian fluid through a slowly varying pipe.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

It is essential to understand the intrinsic stability of the gold-thiolate clusters, which present extensive potential applications in many fields such as the catalysis, biomedicines and molecular machines. The electronic structures and aromaticity indexes of a series of Aum(SH)n (m, n?=?5–12) were comprehensively investigated through energetic, vibrational, magnetic, and electronic density properties, which are highly sensitive to the size and topological structure of the cluster. Generally, computational results of energy gap between the frontier molecular orbitals, normalized atomization energy (NAE), and electron localization function (ELF)-σ values exhibit the odd-even effect, in which clusters with the even number of free valence electrons, being reflected by the value of (mn), possess relatively higher stability than the odd one. However, it is difficult to describe the stability of cluster with the sophisticated three-dimensional structure through one single aromaticity index such as the nucleus-independent chemical shift (NICS) value. Principal component analysis and clustering analysis of the calculation results of Aum(SR)n clusters suggest that the value of (mn) and the Au4 unit are important for predicting the stability of the Au clusters.  相似文献

The elemental composition and antioxidant activity have been obtained for regional mushrooms species, wild and cultivated, from Dambovita County, Romania. A multivariate approach and data mining techniques (principal component analysis and cluster analysis, respectively) were applied in order to evaluate the correlation matrix for these parameters for both caps and stipes of mushrooms. The associations between metallic elements (i.e., Fe, Cu, Cd, Pb, Co, Ni, Zn, Mn, Cr, Na, K, Ca and Mg) correlated with antioxidant activity, total phenolics, and total flavonoids were carried out by using a full factorial linear design. The multivariate functional analysis revealed on associated accumulation of several elements in mushrooms. In the cluster analysis, the dataset was treated to appreciate the correlation between metals group (e.g., heavy metals, such as Fe, Cu, Cd, Pb, Co, Ni, Zn, Mn, Cr, and important nutritional elements, such as Na, K, Ca, and Mg). Fungal species with similar characteristics in terms of metal accumulation formed two distinctive clusters. From a point of view of the consumer, the content of Cd and especially Pb in the fruiting bodies of the analyzed mushrooms species may be considered elevated, so that mapping the risk is compulsory. Applying the chemometric tools in the sense mentioned above, as well as in helping the scientific research by optimizing the number of data points, was shown to be extremely useful.  相似文献

When studying the principal component analysis (PCA) or partial least squares (PLS) modelling of batch process data, one realizes that there is a wide range of approaches. In many cases, new modelling approaches are presented just because they work properly for a particular application, for example, on‐line monitoring and a given number of processes. A clear understanding of why these approaches perform successfully and which are the advantages and disadvantages in front of the others is seldom supplied. Why does modelling after batch‐wise unfolding capture changing dynamics? What are the consequences of variable‐wise unfolding? Is there any best unfolding method? When should several models for a single process be used? In this paper, it is shown how these and other related questions can be answered by properly analyzing the dynamic covariance structures of the various approaches. Multivariate optical computations (MOCs) offer improved analytical precision and increased speed of analysis via synchronous data collection and numerical computation with scanning spectroscopic systems. The improved precision originates in the redistribution of integration time from spurious channels to informative channels in an optimal manner for increasing the signal‐to‐noise ratio with multivariate analysis under the constraint of constant total analysis time. In this work, MOCs perform the multiplication and addition steps of spectral processing by adjusting the integration parameters of the optical detector or adjusting the scanning profile of the tunable optical filter. Improvement in the precision of analysis is achieved via the implicit optimization of the analytically useful signal‐to‐noise ratio. The speed improvements are realized through simpler data post‐processing, which reduces the computation time required after data collection. Alternatively, the analysis time may be significantly truncated while still seeing an improvement in the precision of analysis, relative to competing methods. Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) spectroscopic sensors and visible reflectance spectroscopic imaging were used as test beds for assessing the performance of MOCs. MOCs were shown to reduce the standard deviation of prediction by 15% compared to digital data collection and analysis with the SPR and up to 45% for the imaging applications. During the shelf-life, meat undergoes a number of processes that negatively affect the quality of the product, including fatty acid composition. The application of various plant extracts in meat could affect the changes of fatty acids during storage. Thus, the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of various spice and herb extracts on fatty acid composition in raw pork, beef, and chicken meat when stored at 4 °C for 13 days. Based on multivariate statistical analysis, two datasets were extracted from each type of meat. One dataset included samples with allspice, bay leaf, black seed, cardamom, caraway, clove, and nutmeg with the high share of total MUFA (monounsaturated fatty acids) in chicken and pork meat and high MUFA and PUFA (polyunsaturated fatty acids) contribution in beef meat after storage. The second dataset included basil, garlic, onion, oregano, rosemary, and thyme with high PUFA share in chicken and pork meat and high SFA (saturated fatty acids) contribution in beef meat. From the regression analysis, a significant effect of time on fatty acid composition in meat was reported. Generally, the rates of fatty acid changes were dependent on the plant extract incorporated into the meat. The most visible effect of plant extracts was obtained in chicken meat. In chicken meat with plant extracts, the rates of SFA and PUFA changes with time were slower compared to the control sample. In summary, the fatty acid composition of intramuscular fat varied during storage, and the addition of plant extracts significantly affected the rate of these changes, which was dependent on the meat matrix.  相似文献
