浅谈理论与实际相结合的原则在分析化学教学中的运用

理论与实际相结合是教学工作中必须坚持的一项基本原则,在分析化学教学中,结合学生的专业特点对教学内容进行合理的规划,将教学内容与日常生活、生产实践、新闻事件及学科发展相结合,努力激发学生的学习兴趣,增强教学内容的实用性、时代感和历史感,让学生在掌握分析化学基础知识、基本理论的同时,提高分析、解决问题的能力,也为提高科学素养和创新能力打下良好的基础。     

基于翻转课堂的元素化合物教学研究——以“无机非金属材料的主角——硅”为例

选取人教版《化学1》“无机非金属材料的主角——硅”进行教学研究,以深圳市某中学高一年级理科班的学生作为研究对象,实验组基于翻转课堂教学模式施教,对照组以传统课堂教学模式施教,并用相关问卷量表进行测试。通过访谈了解学生及教师对该课例实施的态度,收集数据,通过SPSS对研究数据进行分析,探讨翻转课堂模式下学生的学习效果和态度。     

结构化学课程中原子光谱项的教学研究

原子光谱是结构化学中的重要概念之一。针对原子光谱教学的重点难点,结合先进的教学方法和作者的实际教学经验,对原子光谱项的教学过程提出了一些看法,强调了对知识的深入探讨和应用。教师在教学过程中充分调动学生的积极性,把所学知识融会贯通,会得到事半功倍的效果。     

理科师范生使用课程材料的研究——以广州市某高校为例

利用“理科师范生使用课程材料情况问卷”,对广州市某高校167名理科师范生在教育实习期间使用课程材料的形态进行调查,发现理科师范生在各维度均表现出较好的课程材料使用形态,但未达到很高的水平。不同专业师范生的课程材料使用形态在“科学探究”“STSE”和“教师学习”维度存在显著差异;不同实习学校类型师范生的课程材料使用形态在“STSE”维度存在显著差异;不同实习年级师范生的课程材料使用形态不存在显著差异;有无家教经验师范生的课程材料使用形态在“科学探究”“STSE”和“教师学习”维度存在显著差异。文章最后提出理科师范教育的建议。     

CE‐SDS method development,validation, and best practice—An overview

CE‐SDS has been implemented in the biopharmaceutical industry and is being used for the characterization of therapeutic proteins in most Biological License Applications currently submitted. An overview is presented on the separation mechanism, methodology, and good working practices/best practices. The CE‐SDS platform method development and validation are discussed and typical scientifically and regulatory issues and troubleshooting situations are highlighted.     

高分子材料研究方法课程的教学探索

从理论教学、实践教学和课程评价体系3方面提出了高分子材料研究方法课程的教学方法改革,以培养出具有创新精神和实践能力的研究应用型人才。着重强调了高分子材料研究方法教学中理论教学与实践环节的高度统一,取得了良好的教学效果。     

制药工程专业药物分析实践教学模式的探索

针对目前制药工程专业药物分析实践教学中存在的缺乏工科性、与生产联系少等问题,通过实践教学改革和查阅文献,从校内实验、校内实训和校外实习3个方面对药物分析的实践教学模式进行了探索,强调该课程的综合性和工科特色,增强了学生实践能力。     

Quality management in analytical R&D in the pharmaceutical industry: Building quality from GLP

 The pharmaceutical industry is one of the most regulated activity sectors. The regulation includes specific quality systems such as good laboratory practice (GLP), good clinical practice (GCP) and good manufacture practice (GMP). The principles of GLP mainly cover the formal quality aspects of a procedure and do not evaluate the technical aspects in depth. On the other hand, EN 45001 accreditation covers technical performance and is not suitable for pharmaceutical research and development (R&D) as it is almost impossible to comply with the requirements of the European standard in the pharmaceutical environment. The challenge to the pharmaceutical industry is, therefore, to develop quality systems, compatible with GLP principles, that not only cover formal quality items but also ensure good scientific and technical performance. An implementation process focused on real quality improvement is the best way to achieve this objective, culminating in formal recognition of the quality system by third-party assessment. In the case of analytical R&D, the EURACHEM/CITAC Guide CG2 is a very good tool that can help in the definition, analysis and selection of the non GLP quality elements that will be useful.
