正常金属-dx2-y2+idxy混合波超导结中的隧道谱

在Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk散射理论框架下,通过求解Bogoliubov-deGennes方程,计算正常金属dx2-y2+idxy混合波超导结中的准粒子输运系数和隧道谱。研究表明:隧道谱中的电导峰位置强烈地依赖电子的入射角、超导的晶轴方位和dxy波分量的强度。     

新试剂2-羧基-5-硝基苯基重氮氨基-4-苯基-2-噻唑光度法测定微量铜的研究

本文研究了新试剂 2 -羧基 - 5 -硝基苯基重氮氨基 - 4 -苯基 - 2 -噻唑 ( CNPDAPT)在 Triton X- 1 0 0的存在下 ,与铜显色反应的适宜条件。结果表明在 p H1 0 .0的 Na2 B4O7- Na OH缓冲介质中 ,铜与试剂形成 1∶ 1红色配合物 ,其最大吸收波长位于 5 1 5 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数 ε=4.5 9× 1 0 4 L· mol- 1· cm- 1 ,铜量在0 - 2 0 μg/ 2 5 m L范围内遵守比耳定律。方法用于水样中微量铜的测定 ,结果满意。     

气相色谱-质谱法研究香稻品种白香糯化学成分

本文采用同时蒸馏－萃取法（Ｓｉｍｕｌｔａｎｅｏｕｓ Ｄｉｔｉｌｌａｔｉｏｎｓ－Ｅｘｔｒａｃｔｉｏｎ,ＳＤＥ）提取了香稻品种－白香糯的挥发性香味成分,采用气相色谱－质谱（ＧＣ／ＭＳ）联用技术鉴定了白香糯的２３种非酸性香气成分。对其中最重要的香气成分２－乙酰基－２－吡咯啉进行了定量测定。     

磷酸盐的电荷转移反应分光光度法测定

基于磷钼杂多酸与３,３’５,５’－四 苯胺形成黄色的电荷转移配合物,本文提出了一种新的测定磷酸盐的方法,其最大吸收波长为４５０ｎｍ,摩尔吸光系数为１．０８＊１０＾４Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－１．ｃｍ＾－１,本方法用于样品中磷酸盐的测定,结果令人满意。     

金属卟啉催化萘酚过氧化氢氧化(Ⅱ)--制备2-羟基-1,4-萘醌的氧化机理研究

在低温碱性甲醇溶液中一氯化四苯基卟啉铁催化萘酚H₂O₂氧化高选择性地制取2-羟基-1,4-萘醌(HNQ),以2-萘酚和1-萘酚为底物时HNQ的最高产率分别为57%和40%(纯度>95%).根据金属卟啉催化氧化反应的特性,采用UV-Vis和EPR现场光谱监测催化剂和反应物的光谱变化,提出了羟基游离基加成反应机理.     

Binding Equilibrium Studies Between Co2+ and HAS or BSA

Introduction Up to now,the interactions of Cu2+,Ni2+ and Zn2+ with serum albumin have been extensively studied[1-3].However,the interaction of serum with Co2+ has rarely been studied.Our study of Co2+-HSA by means of charge transfer spectra indicated that the metal center took an octahedron configuration and the binding site was probably located at the tripeptide segment of the N-terminal of albumin[4].Sadler et al.[5]has reported that the binding site of Co2+ in HSA is located at the tripeptide segment of HSA involving the four nitrogen atoms and a carboxyl oxygen atom of Aspl.In this paper the interaction of HSA and BSA with Co2+ at physiological pH is further studied by equilibrium dialysis.The number of binding sites and the cooperation among the binding sites are reported.According to the equilibrium dialysis results and the study of competition between Co2+ and Cu2+,Ca2+ or Zn2+ to be bound to HSA or BSA,it is suggested that there are three strong binding sites in both HSA and BSA.The possible locations of the strong binding sites of Co2+ in HSA and BSA have also been determined.     

Studies on β2-Glycoprotein Ⅰ Recognizing Molecules from a Phage Peptide Library

β2-Glycoprotein I(β2-GPI) has been identified as a cofactor in the recognition of phospholipid Ag cardiolipin (CL) by anticardiolipin Ab(aCL) purified from patients' serum with autoimmune disease. However, there is a considerable controversy as to the anti-β2-GPI -antibodies occurred in aCL. In order to select β2-GPI recognizing molecules, β2-GPI was used as a probe to screen affinity phage clones panned from a phage peptide library. After four cycles of selection, the phage recovery increased from 2.4×10-5% to 1.1×10-3%, indicating that a specific enrichment had been achieved. In order to characterize these phage clones, we investigated their specific binding to β2-GPI and their inhibition of β2-GPI binding to anti-β2-GPI antibodies. Almost 40 percent of clones reflected considerable binding abilities and inhibitory activities towards anti-β2-GPI antibodies. A group of related peptides were identified by DNA sequencing, in which there were seven related peptide sequences, with four of them representing more than once. These peptide sequences display similarities at several positions. Sequence motif (-F-S-L-) was evident in most of the peptides. It suggests that these peptides may specifically block the anti-β2-GPI antibodies binding to β2-GPI. Our result supports the idea that β2-GPI acts as a Ag for these anti-β2-GPI antibodies occurred in the aCL.     

TritonX-100-5-Br-PADAP光度法测定发样中铁

在表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,以5－Br-PADAP作显色剂,光度法测定发样中铁,结果在所选浓度范围内线性关系良好,稳定时间长,回收率平均为98．14％。     

铟-5'-硝基水杨基荧光酮络合物吸附波的研究

铟是人体所需的微量元素,但摄入量过多会使酶失活出现中毒症状.冶金、电子、硅酸盐等工业排放的废水中常含超标量的铟.本文在乙酸-乙酸钠中,铟与2,6,7-三羟基-9-(2'-羟基-5'-硝基)苯基荧光酮-3(简称5'-硝基水杨基荧光酮,5'-N-SAF)于-0.74 V(vs.SCE,下同)产生一络合物吸附波,用于废水中铟的测定,结果满意.本方法检出限低、线性范围宽.     

使用α粒子轰击天然镱靶制备~(178m2)Hf同质异能素及样品γ能谱分析

178m2Hf是一种长半衰期(T1/2=31 a)、高自旋态(Iπ=16+)的Hf同质异能素.利用四川大学CS-30回旋加速器产生的30 MeV,100μA的α束流轰击天然Yb靶,通过176Yb(α,2n)反应制备178m2Hf.采用高纯Ge探测器测量未提纯样品和放化分离后的样品的γ能谱,选取178m2Hf的426,495和574 keV三个特征峰,使用高斯双峰拟合方法解谱,确定了未提纯样品中178m2Hf的含量达到1012量级,提纯后的样品中178m2Hf含量为1011量级.还对靶中其他放射性杂质核素(175Hf,172Lu,172Hf,177Lu,173Lu)的含量进行了分析.
