Global attractivity and almost periodic solution of a discrete mutualism model with delays

In this paper, we consider an almost periodic discrete Lotka–Volterra mutualism model with delays. We first obtain the permanence and global attractivity of the system. By means of an almost periodic functional hull theory and constructing a suitable Lyapunov function, sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence of a unique strictly positive almost periodic solution, which is globally attractive. Existence and exponential convergence of almost periodic positive solution for Nicholson's blowflies discrete model with linear harvesting term

This paper deals with a discrete Nicholson's blowflies model with linear harvesting term. By using contraction mapping fixed point theorem, we obtain sufficient conditions for the existence of unique almost periodic positive solution. Moreover, we investigate exponential convergence of the almost periodic positive solution by Lyapunov functional. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

HARMONIC OSCILLATORS AT RESONANCE,PERTURBED BY A NON-LINEAR FRICTION FORCE

This note is an addendum to the results of Lazer and Frederickson [1], and Lazer [4] on periodic oscillations, with linear part at resonance. We show that a small modification of the argument in [4] provides a more general result. It turns out that things are different for the correspouding Dirichlet boundary value problem.     

Area integral functions for sectorial operators on L spaces

Area integral functions are introduced for sectorial operators on L^p-spaces. We establish the equivalence between the square and area integral functions for sectorial operators on L^p spaces. This follows that the results of Cowling, Doust, McIntosh, Yagi, and Le Merdy on H^infin functional calculus of sectorial operators on L^p-spaces hold true when the square functions are replaced by the area integral functions.     

A NEW ROPER-SUFFRIDGE EXTENSION OPERATOR ON BOUNDED COMPLETE REINHARDT DOMAINS

In this paper, we construct a new Roper-Suffridge extension operator Φr n,β1,,βn(f)(z) = F(z) = ((rf(z1/r)/z1)β1z1,(rf(z1/r)/z1)β2z2,...,(rf(z1/r)/z1)βnzn)',where f is a normalized locally biholomorphic function on the unit disc D, r = sup{|z1| : z =(z1, ···, zn) ∈Ω}, β1∈ [0, 1], 0 ≤βk≤β1, k = 2, ···, n, then we prove it can preserve the property of spirallikeness of type β, almost starlikeness of order α and starlikeness of orderα on bounded complete Reinhardt domain Ω, respectively.     

ON SOLVABILITY AND WAVEFORM RELAXATION METHODS FOR LINEAR VARIABLE-COEFFICIENT DIFFERENTIAL-ALGEBRAIC EQUATIONS

This paper is concerned with the solvability and waveform relaxation methods of linear variable-coefficient differential-algebraic equations （DAEs）. Most of the previous works have been focused on linear variable-coefficient DAEs with smooth coefficients and data, yet no results related to the convergence rate of the corresponding waveform relaxation methods has been obtained. In this paper, we develope the solvability theory for the linear variable-coefficient DAEs on Legesgue square-integrable function space in both traditional and least squares senses, and determine the convergence rate of the waveform relaxation methods for solving linear variable-coefficient DAEs.     

基于属性优先级别关系和满意度的多属性决策方

本文研究了属性间有优先级别关系,各属性有满意度要求的多属性决策问题.利用属性间的优先级别关系和属性的满意度要求来确定低级别的属性对高级别的属性的补偿的大小的方法,获得了一种多属性决策信息集结方法,推广了相关文献的结果,使得决策结果更加符合实际的决策要求.     

Efficient analytic method for solving nonlinear fractional differential equations

In this paper, we propose a new approach of the generalized differential transform method (GDTM) for solving nonlinear fractional differential equations. In GDTM, it is a key to derive a recurrence relation of generalized differential transform (GDT) associated with the solution in the given fractional equation. However, the recurrence relations of complex nonlinear functions such as exponential, logarithmic and trigonometry functions have not been derived before in GDTM. We propose new algorithms to construct the recurrence relations of complex nonlinear functions and apply the GDTM with the proposed algorithms to solve nonlinear fractional differential equations. Several illustrative examples are demonstrated to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. It is shown that the proposed technique is robust and accurate for solving fractional differential equations.
