在总结协调发展水平测算时应该注意的一些问题的基础上,提出建立PLSPM-GIA模型对3E系统协调发展水平进行估算。首先设计3E系统综合发展指标体系,运用PLS路径模型对中国1996-2014年的各系统的综合发展水平进行了计算,然后利用灰色关联模型度量了系统协调度,最后综合考虑系统的发展水平和协调水平,得出系统的协调发展水平。研究表明:①PLSPM-GIA模型能够弥补现有方法的缺陷,而且适用于系统协调发展水平的测度;②从发展水平来看,由高到低依次为经济子系统、能源子系统和环境子系统;③从系统的协调度来看,2005年之前能源经济子系统和能源环境子系统的协调度先上升后缓慢下降,由于受到经济环境子系统协调度缓慢下降的影响,3E系统协调度呈缓慢下降态势,2005年以后3E系统及其子系统的协调度下降趋势明显;④从协调发展水平来看,目前除经济环境子系统外,3E系统和其他子系统均处于轻度失调状态。  相似文献

有研究表明阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)的认知状态与动态功能连接时间特性的改变有关,持久同调指标分析方法可为AD动态脑网络的研究提供更深的见解,但是目前研究主要集中在空间演化方面,尚未有针对时变方面的脑网络演化研究.本文基于静息态功能磁共振成像(resting state-functional magnetic resonanceimaging,rs-fMRI),对AD患者和正常被试(normal controls,NC)的静态脑网络和基于滑动窗口构建的动态脑网络进行功能连接性分析.对基于持久同调和基于图论的分析结果进行了比较,并采用k均值聚类进行了时间属性的分析.结果表明相对图论指标,持久同调的指标在AD患者和NC被试间具有更显著的差异性;而且相对于静态脑网络,基于持久同调的动态脑网络演化分析可为脑功能网络标志物的检测提供新思路.  相似文献

The most established approach for ‘practical’ calculations of the inelastic mean free path (IMFP) of low‐energy electrons (~10 eV to ~10 keV) is based on optical‐data models of the dielectric function. Despite nearly four decades of efforts, the IMFP of low‐energy electrons is often not known with the desired accuracy. A universal conclusion is that the predictions of the most popular models are in rather fair agreement above a few hundred electron volts but exhibit considerable differences at lower energies. However, this is the energy range where their two main approximations, namely, the random‐phase approximation (RPA) and the Born approximation, may be invalid. After a short overview of the most popular optical‐data models, we present an approach to include exchange and correlation (XC) effects in IMFP calculations, thus going beyond the RPA and Born approximation. The key element is the so‐called many‐body local‐field correction (LFC). XC effects among the screening electrons are included using a time‐dependent local‐density approximation for the LFC. Additional XC effects related to the incident and struck electrons are included through the vertex correction calculated using a screened‐Hubbard formula for the LFC. The results presented for liquid water reveal that XC may increase the IMFP by 15–45% from its Born–RPA value, yielding much better agreement with available experimental data. The present work provides a manageable, yet rigorous, approach to improve upon the standard models for IMFP calculations, through the inclusion of XC effects at both the level of screening and the level of interaction. The inelastic mean free path and the stopping power of swift electrons in relevant biomaterials, such as liquid water, DNA, protein, lipid, carotene, sugar, and ice are calculated in the framework of the dielectric formalism. The Mermin Energy Loss Function – Generalized Oscillator Strength model is used to determine the energy loss function of these materials for arbitrary energy and momentum transfer using electron energy‐loss spectroscopy data as input. To ensure the consistency of the model, efforts are made so that both the Kramers–Kronig and f‐sum rules are fulfilled to better than 2%. Our findings indicate sizeable differences in the inelastic mean free path and stopping power among these biomaterials for low‐energy electrons. For example, at 100‐eV electron energy, the inelastic mean free path in protein is 25% smaller than for water and around 10% smaller than for the other biomaterials. The stopping power values of protein, DNA, and sugar are rather similar but 20% larger than for water. Taking into account these results, we conclude that electron interactions with living tissues at the nanometric scale cannot be reliably described using only liquid water as the surrogate of the biological target. We present a direct procedure for determining the parameters of a discrete harmonic bath modeling the influence of a complex condensed phase environment on the system of interest. The procedure employs an efficient discretization of the spectral density into modes that correspond to equal fractions of the reorganization energy. The new procedure uses directly the classical correlation function (available from molecular dynamics calculations) as input, avoiding numerical computation of the spectral density by means of a discrete Fourier transform. Convergence is obtained using a shorter time length of the correlation function, leading to significant computational savings. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

A graph G has maximal local edge‐connectivity k if the maximum number of edge‐disjoint paths between every pair of distinct vertices x and y is at most k. We prove Brooks‐type theorems for k‐connected graphs with maximal local edge‐connectivity k, and for any graph with maximal local edge‐connectivity 3. We also consider several related graph classes defined by constraints on connectivity. In particular, we show that there is a polynomial‐time algorithm that, given a 3‐connected graph G with maximal local connectivity 3, outputs an optimal coloring for G. On the other hand, we prove, for , that k‐colorability is NP‐complete when restricted to minimally k‐connected graphs, and 3‐colorability is NP‐complete when restricted to ‐connected graphs with maximal local connectivity k. Finally, we consider a parameterization of k‐colorability based on the number of vertices of degree at least , and prove that, even when k is part of the input, the corresponding parameterized problem is FPT.  相似文献

We establish a divide-and-conquer bound for the aggregate’s quality and algebraic connectivity measures, as defined for weighted undirected graphs. Aggregate’s quality is defined on a set of vertices and, in the context of aggregation-based multigrid methods, it measures how well this set of vertices is represented by a single vertex. On the other hand, algebraic connectivity is defined on a graph, and measures how well this graph is connected. The considered divide-and-conquer bound for aggregate’s quality relates the aggregate’s quality of a union of two disjoint sets of vertices to the aggregate’s quality of the two sets. Likewise, the bound for algebraic connectivity relates the algebraic connectivity of the graph induced by a union of two disjoint sets of vertices to the algebraic connectivity of the graphs induced by the two sets.  相似文献

由于不同测量条件下的测量结果不是线性可加,AHP用矩阵乘法实现多路径序转换值得商榷.自隶属度从只取"1或0"两个值扩展到可取[0,1]区间上一切实数,可表征界于"是"与"不是"之间所有可能"部分是"模糊状态时起,对二值逻辑的研究已拓展到研究近似推理的模糊逻辑.这是逻辑的一个新的研究方向,目的是在隶属度转换过程中,通过对人类近似推理本领进行规范,使得到的目标值是"真值"在当前条件下的最优近似.模糊逻辑的量化方法是数值计算;推理依据是区分权滤波的冗余理论;实质性计算是由冗余理论导出的、实现隶属度转换的非线性去冗算法;所建的隶属度转换模型也是不同测量条件下高维状态空间上测量结果的非线性可加模型.将一维测量数据映射到高维状态空间上表为隶属度向量,可借助隶属度转换模型解决AHP多路径序转换的非线性计算.  相似文献

运用相关性分析方法,研究哈尔滨市PM_(2.5)质量浓度与主要空气污染物及气象因素之间的相关关系.建立PM_(2.5)与影响其质量浓度变化的因素的单因变量的偏最小二乘回归分析(PLS1)模型,模型拟合良好,由模型知CO是导致PM_(2.5)质量浓度升高的主要因素.运用通径分析方法,研究解释变量对因变量的直接影响、通过其他解释变量对因变量的间接影响以及各解释变量的对因变量的协同作用.结果表明,各解释变量对PM_(2.5)质量浓度变化的总作用从大到小依次为:CO、PM_(10)、NO_2、风速、湿度、SO_2.  相似文献

本文放宽人口结构平稳假设,将总人口增长率与劳动人口增长率之差定义为老龄化率,在此基础上构建老龄经济模型,分析税收政策对老龄经济的影响。基于一定假设,老龄经济存在鞍型收敛路径,平衡增长路径上的人均收入增长率取决于技术进步率与老龄化率之差,技术进步率在积极应对人口老龄化方面至关重要。从税收角度看,资产收入税与企业利润税对老龄经济的扭曲程度较高,而劳动收入税与消费税的扭曲程度相对较低。通过削减政府支出与调整税收结构,减税不仅可以提高均衡的资本水平,若能够激励经济主体积极创新,还将会提高平衡路径上人均收入的增长速度。一定条件下,老龄经济中将会存在正的最优税率。  相似文献
