Polypropylene microporous membranes were treated with plasma in a mixture of N2 and H2 (1:2 in volume). Attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and ultra-violet (UV) spectra demonstrated the success of grafting amino groups. The density of the polar amino groups on the membrane surface is about 0.59 μmol/cm^2. The as-treated membranes were successively applied to the in situ synthesis of oligonucleotides and an average coupling yield was more than 98%. The surface feature of the treated membrane is suggested to be responsible for its advantage over a glass slide. 相似文献

We study the surface behavior of a semi-infinite smectogenic sample bounded by a solid wall, in the presence of an external

The solvent extraction of cobalt(II), nickel(II) and copper(II) using 2,4-pent-dione (Hacac) and 4-phenyl-2, 4-but-dione (Hbzac)
is carried out by varying the reagent concentration and pH of the aqueous phase. Each of these metals is quantitatively separated
(≈ 98%) from their binary mixtures with monovalent (Ag), divalent (Mn, Zn, Cd, Hg, Mg, Sn, Pb) and trivalent (Cr, Fe) metals.
The extraction constants are calculated from the metal distribution data using linear regression analysis. The extracted species
is MA2 in each case. A most significant result is separation of copper(II) from iron(III) which otherwise interferes when extracted

The theory of p-regularity is applied to optimization problems and to singular ordinary differential equations (ODE). The special variant of the method of the modified Lagrangian function proposed by Yu.G. Evtushenko for constrained optimization problems with inequality constraints is justified on the basis of the 2-factor transformation. An implicit function theorem is given for the singular case. This theorem is used to show the existence of solutions to a boundary value problem for a nonlinear differential equation in the resonance case.
