Summary High-performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectroscopy methods were applied to the studies on the influence of temperature on the complexation of β-cyclodextrin with naphthalene and its derivatives. The strong nonlinearity of Van't Hoff plots suggests, that the retention mechanism of hydrocarbons investigated might be different in high and low temperature region. The total lack of correlation (r=−0.230) between chromatographic data (capacity factors ratio:k PAH/k PAH×CD) and spectrophotometric data (ΔA) at high temperature (60°) as well as a significant correlation (r=0.922) at subambient temperature (15°C) suggest, that the inclusion mechanism starts to be important at low temperature region and the predominant mechanism for chromatographic retention is the formation of an inclusion complexes in the mobile phase.  相似文献

采用SCF-X_α-MS方法, 对于C(2×2)S/Fe(001)吸附体系, 选择Fe_5S和Fe_9S两种原子簇模型, 研究了该吸附体系的电子结构、吸附成键特征及其相互作用图象。结果表明, S吸附于Fe(001)单晶表面具有较强的定域性质, S原子与底物Fe原子之间的吸附相互作用主要表现为S(3p)-Fe(4s,3d)之间的轨道相互作用。通过对表面吸附键长的优化, 其结果与X.S.Zhang等的ARPEFS的实验结果一致。  相似文献

Summary Four Capillary Electroseparation methods are distinguished. All have an ultimate efficiency limited only by axial diffusion and are in principle capable of achieving 106 plates in <1 hour.The main limitation to performance arises from Ohmic heating of the electrolyte. While forced convection at 10ms–1 is recommended to keep tubes cool, the parabolic temperature profile within the electrolyte limits the tube bore which can be used. We have studied the nucleophilicity of the hydroperoxide anion relative to 4-nitrophenyl diethyl phosphonate (NPDEPS) in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (water, 25 °C) while varying the acidity of the medium and the hydroperoxide anion concentration over a broad range. The increase in the reaction rate when the reaction is transferred to a micellar pseudophase is as high as ∼10-fold, which is explained by concentration effects. In CTAB micelles, as in water, the hydroperoxide ion is one of the most effective α-nucleophiles, and the size of the α-effect, characterized by the ratio of the second-order rate constants for reactions of HOO and OH anions with NPDEPS, remains practically constant and reaches a value of ∼50-fold. __________ Translated from Teoreticheskaya i éksperimental’naya Khimiya, Vol. 42, No. 6, pp. 357–363, November–December, 2006.  相似文献

A simple kinetic model predicting the concentration of oxygen atoms, metastable singlet molecules O2(a 1) and negative ions O — in the positive column of a DC glow discharge is developed. The calculated O and O2(a 1) concentrations are compared to previously reported measurements for pressuresp=0.2–2 Torr and discharge currentsI=10–80 mA. The electron density calculated from the continuity equationj=n e e v d agrees well with experiment. The rate coefficients for electron impact processes used in the balance equations of O, O2(a 1), and O were taken from the literature as a function of the reduced electric fieldE/N forE/N=40–80 Td. We present a systematic study of numerical accuracy of various forms of molecular caps that are employed in a recently developed molecular fractionation scheme for full quantum mechanical computation of protein-molecule interaction energy. A previously studied pentapeptide (Gly-Ser-Ala-Asp-Val) or P5 interacting with a water molecule is used as a benchmark system for numerical testing. One-dimensional potential energy curves are generated for a number of peptide-water interaction pathways. Our study shows that various forms of caps all give consistently accurate energies compared to the corresponding full system calculation with only small deviations. We also tested the accuracy of cutting peptide backbone at different positions and comparisons of results are presented.  相似文献

About 60 molecular species composed of up to 10 mercury atoms and of oxygen atoms and/or of some other elements or groups (such as halogen, OH2, OH, H, alkali, NO3) have been investigated quantum chemically. Different density functional approaches and the ab initio SCF‐MP2 method were applied, comparing different basis sets and different atomic core sizes. It is important not to treat the Hg 5s, p, d as inactive core shells, and to use sufficiently many polarization functions. The shape of the 〉O‐Hg‐Hg‐O〈 units is not favorable concerning the formation of lattices composed of HgI, O and OH only. Despite its bulkiness, the OHgHgO units can easily come into contact with each other and then disproportionate. This is prevented in the so‐called ternary M‐HgI oxides by the embedded oxometallate (oxoacidic) anions. Furthermore, the HgI and HgII oxide bond energies are less favorable towards the stability of HgI oxo compounds, as compared to Hg halidic or oxoacidic compounds. Both points are not promising concerning the search for HgI oxides/hydroxides, although the preparation of such compounds, including spacer groups, by topochemical reactions can still not be excluded. So far, experimental efforts towards the synthesis of such a new class of compounds have only demonstrated that HgII is strictly preferred over HgI in the formation of solids of binary Hg‐O or ternary A‐Hg‐O composition (A = electropositive metal such as alkali, in contrast to M = transition or semi‐metal). This is so even if compounds containing ‘electron rich Hgδ— atoms’ (i.e. A‐Hg amalgams) are oxidized under mild conditions.  相似文献

Summary Single reverse water-gas shift (RWGS) and dehydrogenation of propane with CO2(DH-CO2) reactions in the presence and absence of the CrOx/SiO2 catalyst have been studied between 673 and 873 K. It was found that the CrOx/SiO2 catalyst is active both in the dehydrogenation of propane and in the RWGS reactions. The obtained results suggest that the dehydrogenation of propane to propene in the presence of CO2on CrOx/SiO2can be facilitated by the RWGS reaction.</o:p>  相似文献
