Abstract

A method of Fourier transform near-infrared (FT-NIR) spectroscopy combined with partial least squares (PLS) model was successfully applied to investigate the hydrolysis kinetics of four kinds of silane coupling agents (phenyltriethoxysilane, vinyltriethoxysilane, 3-mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane, 3-chloropropyltriethoxysilane) in an acid-catalyzed EtOH system. The fast scanning speed and high sensitivity of the FT-NIR spectroscopy, and the powerful data processing ability of the PLS, enabled the method to quantitatively and accurately catch the fast changing H2O concentration during the hydrolysis processes without delay, realizing the study of the fast-paced hydrolysis reactions of the silane coupling agents. The results showed that electrophilic substitution occurred in the hydrolysis reactions, which followed second-order reactions and greatly depend on the catalyst concentration and reaction temperature. The hydrolysis rate constants, activation energy, and Arrhenius Frequency factors were gained. In conclusion, the FT-NIR PLS model is a powerful tool for hydrolysis kinetics researching of the silane coupling agents.  相似文献

The hydrobromide and hydrochloride salts of 2‐amino‐5‐iodopyridine were prepared from aqueous solutions. The hydrobromide salt, C5H6IN2+·Br·0.5H2O, crystallizes as a hemihydrate, and exhibits hydrogen bonding and π‐stacking which stabilize the crystal structure. The hydrochloride salt, C5H6IN2+·Cl·H2O·0.375HCl, crystallized as the hydrate and exhibits similar hydrogen bonding and π‐stacking in the lattice. The most interesting feature of the hydrochloride salt is the presence of an additional fractional HCl molecule which introduces disorder in the location of the water molecule. The additional proton from the fractional HCl molecule is accounted for by the presence of a partial hydronium ion on one of the water sites.  相似文献

In recent years, several methods have been developed that partition the electron density among atoms using spherically symmetric atomic weights. D. E. P. Vanpoucke, P. Bultinck, and I. Van Driessche (J. Comput. Chem. 2012, doi: 10.1002/jcc.23088) recently reported a periodic implementation of the Hirshfeld‐I method that uses a combination of Becke‐style and uniform integration grids and modified atomic reference densities to compute net atomic charges in periodic materials. Herein, this method is discussed in the context of earlier periodic implementations of the Hirshfeld‐I method, the Iterated Stockholder Atoms method, and the density derived electrostatic and chemical method.  相似文献

通过共沉淀法制备铈锆固溶体作为载体,采用等体积、分步浸渍的方法制备了一系列10% Ni-3% La/CexZr1-xO2(X=0、0.16、0.5、0.75、1)催化剂,并将其应用到甲烷部分氧化和甲烷二氧化碳重整耦合制合成气的反应中。对不同Ce/Zr比的催化剂性能展开研究,采用XRD、H2-TPR、SEM手段对载体及催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,铈锆固溶体的形成不仅提高了催化剂表面活性组分的分散度,使催化剂表面NiO晶粒尺寸从26.5 nm减到13.7 nm;而且能够加强活性组分与载体之间的相互作用,提高催化剂的热稳定性能;随着Ce/Zr比的增加,催化剂的转化率、选择性及稳定性随之增强,其关系为:Ni-La/Ce0.75Zr0.25O2 > Ni-La/Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 > Ni-La/Ce0.16Zr0.84O2。  相似文献

In a fairly recent paper (2008 American Control Conference, June 11‐13, 1035‐1039), the problem of dealing with trading in optimal pairs was treated from the viewpoint of stochastic control. The analysis of the subsequent nonlinear evolution partial differential equation was based upon a succession of Ansätze, which can lead to a solution of the terminal‐value problem. Through an application of the Lie Theory of Continuous Groups to this equation, we show that the Ansätze are based upon the underlying symmetries of the equation (their (14)). We solve the problem in a more general context by allowing the parameters to be explicitly time dependent. The extension means thatmore realistic problems are amenable to the samemode of solution. A novel, efficient sampling method for biomolecules is proposed. The partial multicanonical molecular dynamics (McMD) was recently developed as a method that improved generalized ensemble (GE) methods to focus sampling only on a part of a system (GEPS); however, it was not tested well. We found that partial McMD did not work well for polylysine decapeptide and gave significantly worse sampling efficiency than a conventional GE. Herein, we elucidate the fundamental reason for this and propose a novel GEPS, adaptive lambda square dynamics (ALSD), which can resolve the problem faced when using partial McMD. We demonstrate that ALSD greatly increases the sampling efficiency over a conventional GE. We believe that ALSD is an effective method and is applicable to the conformational sampling of larger and more complicated biomolecule systems. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Semens of Astragali Complanati own anti-erectile dysfunction effect; however, the components which contribute to the anti-erectile dysfunction effect remain unclear. This work raised a strategy that integrates liquid chromatography coupled mass spectrometry-based quantitative analysis, anti-erectile dysfunction assessment on impotent rats, and their relationship analysis for pinpointing anti-erectile dysfunction components from semens of Astragali Complanati. For simultaneous quantification of seven major components in raw and salt-processed semens of Astragali Complanati, an accurate and reliable liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry method was developed under multiple reaction monitoring mode. Of note, chloramphenicol was employed as the internal standard. The method showed good linearity and repeatability, where the recovery rates of each component ranged from 98.1 to 104.7%, and the precisions of intra- and interday were all within 3.4%. The method has been used for quantification of the seven major components in 10 batches of raw and salt-processed semens of Astragali Complanati. Then, the anti-erectile dysfunction effects of raw and salt-processed semens of Astragali Complanati were evaluated on impotent rats. Gray relationship analysis and partial least squares regression were combined for elucidating the relationship. As a result, complanatuside, astragalin, complanatoside B, and kaempferol were found to be responsible for anti-erectile dysfunction effect of Astragali Complanati.  相似文献

The rate of successful identification of peptide sequences by tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) is adversely affected by the common occurrence of co-isolation and co-fragmentation of two or more isobaric or isomeric parent ions. This results in so-called `chimera spectra’, which feature peaks of the fragment ions from more than a single precursor ion. The totality of the fragment ion peaks in chimera spectra cannot be assigned to a single peptide sequence, which contradicts a fundamental assumption of the standard automated MS/MS spectra analysis tools, such as protein database search engines. This calls for a diagnostic method able to identify chimera spectra to single out the cases where this assumption is not valid. Here, we demonstrate that, within the recently developed two-dimensional partial covariance mass spectrometry (2D-PC-MS), it is possible to reliably identify chimera spectra directly from the two-dimensional fragment ion spectrum, irrespective of whether the co-isolated peptide ions are isobaric up to a finite mass accuracy or isomeric. We introduce ‘3-57 chimera tag’ technique for chimera spectrum diagnostics based on 2D-PC-MS and perform numerical simulations to examine its efficiency. We experimentally demonstrate the detection of a mixture of two isomeric parent ions, even under conditions when one isomeric peptide is at one five-hundredth of the molar concentration of the second isomer.  相似文献
