The solvability conditions for the inverse eigenproblems of symmetric and generalized centro-symmetric matrices and their approximations

Let ∥ · ∥ be the Frobenius norm of matrices. We consider (I) the set S_E of symmetric and generalized centro-symmetric real n × n matrices R_n with some given eigenpairs (λ_j, q_j) (j = 1, 2, … , m) and (II) the element in S_E which minimizes for a given real matrix R^∗. Necessary and sufficient conditions for S_E to be nonempty are presented. A general form of elements in S_E is given and an explicit expression of the minimizer is derived. Finally, a numerical example is reported.     

Numerical methods for portfolio selection with bounded constraints

This work develops an approximation procedure for portfolio selection with bounded constraints. Based on the Markov chain approximation techniques, numerical procedures are constructed for the utility optimization task. Under simple conditions, the convergence of the approximation sequences to the wealth process and the optimal utility function is established. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the performance of the algorithms.     

Attitude control of rigid spacecraft with disturbance generated by time varying exosystems

This paper is concerned with the problem of attitude control and disturbance rejection of rigid spacecraft in the presence of parameter uncertainty. It is assumed that the external disturbance is generated by some time varying exosystems. The unit quaternion is used as the kinematic variables since it is free of singularity. An internal model and an adaptive control law are proposed. The parameter uncertainty caused by the unknown inertia matrix is handled by combining the semi-tensor product and adaptive control method. The asymptotical stability of the closed-loop system is given via backstepping and Lyapunov analysis. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.     

低能强流离子束输运实验台控制系统的研制

介绍了一种基于Siemens S7-300 PLC的计算机控制系统, 用于对北京大学重离子物理研究所低能强流离子束实验台设备的自动控制和束流监测. 该系统通过PROFIBUS-DP过程现场总线完成主站和从站的数据交换和分布控制, 上位机采用Siemens WinCC软件集中监控, 实现可视化过程控制、数据记录和保存、报警和自动保护、远程控制和数据通信等功能. 本文着重阐述在离子束输运装置对控制系统基本要求的基础上, 如何选择系统结构并确定系统方案, 以及对现有设备的自动化改造、软硬件的合理配置、可视化人机操作界面的设计.     

电弧炉电极位置控制系统的SIMULINK仿真研究

介绍了基于MATLAB5.2提供的仿真工具SIMULINK,对电弧炉电机位置控制系统进行建模、仿真和分析研究,首先得到了系统数学模型,用超前校正器（PD控制器）对该控制系统进行串联校正,然后用SIMULINK实现对该控制系统的全图形化功能模块结构图仿真计算,仿真结果表明,系统能得到更好的动态性能参数。     

基于Web的图书馆管理系统访问控制策略

针对基于Web的图书馆管理系统资源访问控制的动态性问题，提出了一种基于角色的访问控制策略描述方案．通过对基于Web的图书馆管理系统访问控制管理影响因素和访问控制需求的分析，结合NIST基于角色的访问控制统一模型标准，构造了一种基于角色的访问控制元模型．并在这一元模型的基础上，提出了一种紧凑的基于角色的访问控制XML策略描述语言框架．结果表明该访问控制策略描述语言框架适合表述动态环境下对图书馆资源的访问策略，提高了基于Web的图书馆管理系统资源访问的安全性．     

分派问题的灵敏度分析及其应用

讨论分派问题的效率矩阵的元素发生变化时,对最优解的影响;在保持分派问题最优解不变的情况下,效率矩阵的元素的变化范围;及当分派问题的最优解发生变化后,如何用简单的方法求得新的最优解等.     

里德伯钠原子经绝热快速通道的布居数跃迁相干控制

运用含时多态展开方法和B-样条函数研究了啁啾频率微波场中里德伯钠原子的量子态之间的布居数迁移.计算了里德伯钠原子n=70-77的开普勒频率.计算了在不同的微波场中六个态的布居数从n=70到n=77随时间的迁移,布居数跃迁到最终态n=77达到了98%,这可以通过连续的单光子跃迁来实现.结果表明,通过优化微波脉冲参数可以实现从低态到较高态的布居跃迁的相干控制.     

基于RTD可编程逻辑门的n变量函数实现算法

共振隧穿二极管（RTD）可编程逻辑门是一种由单双稳态转换逻辑单元（MOBILE）及正、负输入分支组成的阈值逻辑电路。基于二进制神经元模型中的三层网络结构,提出了基于RTD可编程逻辑门的n变量函数实现算法。按照汉明距离由大到小的顺序,搜索最优输入向量,用定理1或定理2方法产生隐层函数,通过变换次数,确定输入向量的真假及隐层函数的权重。由于定义了最优输入向量及变换次数,提高了算法的准确性;又由于采用了定理2方法,令设计的电路更简单。
