原位合成分子筛多孔层毛细管柱的制备与性能考察

在毛细管内壁,原位合成了Ｎａ－Ａ型分子筛,成功制备出一类新型分子筛多孔尾毛细管柱。和涂渍相比,原位合成法在毛细管内壁形成的分子筛层更加均匀、致密度、更能体现出分子筛对低碳烃的分离特性,实验表明用超短毛细管柱即可对低碳烃进行良好的分离。     

Kaolin as support for porous layer open tubular columns

Summary PLOT columns have been prepared with kaolin as the liquid phase support. These columns show good efficiency with different stationary phases and good thermal stability with polar phases. The performance of columns is shown by the separation of various mixtures such as fatty acids, phenols and anilines which are of analytical importance.     

基于窄内径多孔层毛细管开管柱的纳流高效液相色谱用于N-衍生化氨基酸对映体的分离

窄内径多孔层毛细管开管柱(NPLOT柱)在生命科学领域,特别是单细胞分析领域具有较好的应用前景。本研究采用原位热引发聚合法来制备窄内径奎尼丁类手性固定相多孔层开管柱,在6μm i.d.的毛细管中制备有机聚合物多孔层,考察了不同热聚合时间(3、6和9h)对NPLOT柱形貌的影响,热聚3h和6h制备的NPLOT柱形貌均一,多孔层厚度分别为103±51nm和210±51nm。将热聚合3h制备的NPLOT柱用于纳流高效液相色谱分离N-衍生化氨基酸对映体,在2min内即可实现基本分离,消耗的样品量仅为皮升级别。该研究将为单细胞分析提供研究手段。     

On Selfsimilar Jordan Curves on the Plane

We study the attractors of a finite system of planar contraction similarities S _j (j=1,...,n) satisfying the coupling condition: for a set {x ₀,...,x _n} of points and a binary vector (s ₁,...,s _n ), called the signature, the mapping S _j takes the pair {x ₀,x _n} either into the pair {x _j-1,x _j } (if s _j =0) or into the pair {x _j , x _j-1} (if s _j =1). We describe the situations in which the Jordan property of such attractor implies that the attractor has bounded turning, i.e., is a quasiconformal image of an interval of the real axis.     

光信息专业开放实验的探索与实践

窄内径多孔层开管柱的制备及在液相色谱中的应用

近年来,微纳分离技术由于其内在的优势而受到越来越多的关注.多孔层开管柱是一种重要的微分离柱形式,与粗内径的多孔层开管柱(>25μm)相比,窄内径的多孔层开管柱具有更高的分离效率和更低的试剂消耗量.本文综述了内径≤25μm的窄内径多孔层开管毛细管柱的制备方法、与质谱检测联用技术以及在液相色谱中的应用研究进展,对其发展前景进行了展望.     

有限连续拓扑空间上的相交定理和广义变分不等式

根据已知的FC-空间上的KKM型定理得出若干个相交定理,作为它们的应用,利用转移开闭映射的特征讨论广义变分不等式解的存在问题.本文的结果改进和推广了文献中的相应结论.     

Syntheses, structural studies, and magnetic properties of divalent Cu and Co selenites with organic constituents

Six new divalent metal selenites have been synthesized by hydro-/solvothermal methods which leads to the incorporation of the organic template as a cation or a ligand. The structure of [H(2)pip][Cu(SeO(3))(2)] (1) (pip=piperazine) features 1D anionic chains of [Cu(SeO(3))(2)](2-) which are cross-linked by the template cations through hydrogen bonds into a 2D layer. In [Cu(C(3)H(4)N(2))(SeO(3))] (2) the organic template is coordinated to the copper(II) ion of the inorganic Cu(SeO(3)) layer. The isostructural compounds [H(2)en][M(HSeO(3))(2)Cl(2)] (en=ethylenediamine; M=Cu (3), Co (4)) contain layers of [MCl(2)(HSeO(3))(2)](2-) units (M=Cu, Co), which are cross-linked by the template cations via hydrogen bonds into a 3D network. The structure of [H(2)en][Cu(2)(SeO(3))(2)(HSeO(3))](2)H(2)O (5), consists of a pillared layered architecture in which the Cu(SeO(3)) layers are further interconnected by bridging hydrogen selenite groups (the pillar). The compound [H(2)pip][Cu(2)(Se(2)O(5))(3)] (6), which crystallizes as a 3D open framework represents the first organically templated metal diselenite. These new compounds are thermally stable up to at least 170 degrees C. All of the compounds exhibit fairly strong antiferromagnetic interactions. More interestingly, compounds 3 and 4 behave as a weak ferromagnets below the critical temperatures of T(c)=12 and 8 K, respectively, and both of them exhibit spin-flop phase transitions around 800+/-100 Oe.     

经济数学教学改革研究——从问题开放到思维开放

在经济数学教学中适当的引进数学开放题,可以引导学生运用多种思维方式解决问题,促进学生的思维开放,本文以《概率统计》为例,通过具体实例的构建将开放题引入经济数学教学中,以求通过问题的开放培养学生的开放思维。
