一种可实现薄膜厚度在线测量的方法

介绍了一种测量固体薄膜厚度的光学方法。该方法具有测量速度快、可实现在线测量等特点。为解决薄膜生产过程中厚度在线检测问题,构造了一套软硬件实验系统,利用该系统进行实验的结果表明:在10~100μm厚度范围,测量误差小于10%,满足实际生产需要。     

LIST developments at IGISOL

The ion guide technique was developed in Jyv?skyl? during the early 1980's. In the ion guide the reaction recoil products are stopped and thermalized in high purity helium gas where they remain ionic due to high ionization potential of helium atoms. Different designs of ion guide exist for light-ion induced fusion reactions, for heavy-ion induced fusion and for proton induced fission. Although the IGISOL method is fast and universal it is chemically unselective and in many cases relatively inefficient. In order to address these deficiencies in the technique, a new laser ion source project, FURIOS (Fast Universal Resonant laser Ion Source), commenced in 2004. In addition, resonance ionization spectroscopy has been tested off – line within a sextupole ion beam guide.     

Investigation on the Decomposition of Carboplatin in Infusion Solutions

 An integrated solid-phase spectrophotometry/flow injection analysis (FIA) method is proposed for the determination of the synthetic colorant matter Ponceau 4R (P4R) in the presence of its unsulfonated derivative 2-hydroxy-1-[(naphthalenyl)azo] naphthalene (N2N). The procedure is based on the measurement of P4R at λ = 508, followed by retention and preconcentration of the low level concentration of N2N on a C₁₈ silica gel minicolumn and subsequent measurement of the absorbance of N2N at λ = 508 nm after its elution. The applicable concentration range, the detection and the relative standard were the following: for P4R, from 0.30 to 20.0 mg/L; 0.052 mg/L 1.1%; and for N2N, between 0.020 to 3.0 mg/L 0.003 mg/L and 1.1%. The method was applied to the determination of small amounts of N2N present in P4R in food and cosmetic products. Percentages of recovery between 95 and 105% were obtained in all instances. The method was applied satisfactorily to the determination of the compounds P4R and N2N in samples of sweets and cosmetic products when compared to results offered by a HPLC reference method. 二氧化钛紫外光在线消解测定COD的研究

以TiO2-K2Cr2O7协同光催化氧化体系为基础，结合流动注射分析方法建立了一种快速测定水样中化学需氧量（COD）的简便方法．该方法测试速度快，不需有毒、昂贵的试剂，具有广阔的应用前景．COD含量在10～100mg·L^-1和100～1000mg·L^-1范围内，吸光度与COD含量均呈良好的线性关系；测定30mg·L^-1和300mg·L^-1的COD标准溶液，RSD≤5．1％（n=7）；将本系统应用于实际环境水样测定，与国家标准分析方法测定结果相符．     

进化规划动态寻优机理分析

为了从整体上揭示进化规划 ( EP)算法的内在运行机制 ,探寻算法的动态寻优机理 ,本文从种群角度出发 ,建立了一种种群动态寻优微分方程模型 ,并对该模型进行了理论分析 .数值模拟结果说明了所建模型的正确性 ,并得出了一些有意义的结论

Chaos communication based on synchronization of discrete-time chaotic systems

A novel chaos communication method is proposed based on synchronization of discrete-time chaotic systems. This method uses a full-order state observer to achieve synchronization and secure communication between the transmitter and the receiver. Further, we present a multiple-access chaotic digital communication method by combining the observer with the on-line least square method. Simulation results are also given for illustration.     

摩擦学试验中多个旋转变量的在线测量与记录

本文研究了一种多变量在线测录仪，可用其在定向运转和反复正反变向运转的摩擦学试验中连续测量和记录试样的角速度、方位角、转数和摩擦距离等多个旋转变量的瞬时值，并且通过时间变量的关系，还可以清晰地显示出它们的变化过程和相互关系，基本能够描绘出试样在整个摩擦试验过程中的旋转动态。文章指出，利用这种测录仪还可得出一些间接的信息，如摩擦副的相对滑动量和试验过程中试样摩擦力的变化等。该仪器具有一机多用、所占空间     

全自动免疫亲和在线净化/高效液相色谱法快速高通量测定饲料中黄曲霉毒素

建立了全自动免疫亲和在线净化/高效液相色谱快速高通量测定饲料中黄曲霉毒素(Aflatoxins,AFT)的分析方法。饲料样品经乙腈-水(80∶20,体积比)提取,3 g/L Triton X-100水溶液10倍稀释后,用自动进样器注入RIDACREST在线固相萃取系统并流经黄曲霉毒素免疫亲和小柱,以甲醇-水(45∶55,体积比)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,C18色谱柱(150 mm×3.5 mm,5μm)分离,光化学衍生,荧光检测器测定。根据3倍信噪比的峰响应值,确定黄曲霉毒素B1,B2,G1,G2的检出限分别为0.08,0.05,0.18,0.08μg/kg,分别在1~100,0.24~24,0.56~56,0.24~24μg/kg范围内呈线性相关,相关系数(r2)分别为0.999 4,0.999 7,0.999 8和0.999 8;AFT在猪饲料、鸡饲料、宠物饲料和饲料原料4类样品中的加标回收率为72.6%~103%,相对标准偏差为2.5%~4.9%。该方法一次装柱可检测60个样品,液相色谱分析一个样品总的运行时间为15 min,所以1 d可检测70~80个样品,满足饲料中黄曲霉毒素快速高通量准确定量检测的需要。     

全自动在线固相萃取-液相色谱-高分辨质谱法测定麦卢卡蜂蜜中的特征标志物

建立了全自动在线固相萃取-液相色谱-高分辨质谱(SPE-LC-HRMS)测定麦卢卡蜂蜜中特征标志物3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯-4-双葡萄糖糖苷(leptosperin)的方法。以Dikma Diamonsil Plus C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为分析柱,0.1%(v/v)甲酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在电喷雾负离子、目标二级离子扫描模式下进行检测,外标法定量。结果表明,在0.5~100.0 mg/L范围内该分析物的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 3,方法的检出限(LOD,S/N≥3)和定量限(LOQ,S/N≥10)分别为3 mg/kg和10 mg/kg。在不同蜂蜜样品中分别添加50.0、100.0、200.0 mg/kg(洋槐蜜中添加10.0、20.0、50.0 mg/kg)特征化合物标准品进行加标回收率试验,平均回收率为82.0%~95.2%,相对标准偏差为2.7%~9.7%(n=6)。利用该方法对来自新西兰12种不同品种的95个蜂巢成熟原蜜和来自4个国家50个商品化蜂蜜进行了验证。该法快速、灵敏、准确,可为解决进口新西兰麦卢卡蜂蜜的判别难题提供技术支持。
