一种微型光开关的设计与仿真分析

介绍了一种新型的聚酰亚胺(PI)悬臂梁式电磁驱动微机电系统(MEMS)光开关,并对其总体结构进行了设计与仿真分析.运用有限元分析的方法,设计了永磁体的最佳尺寸并优化了悬臂梁的结构;分析了聚酰亚胺悬臂梁的扭转力、电磁力与挠度的关系.当输入电流为75 mA时,聚酰亚胺悬臂梁达到平衡时的挠度约为1.02 mm,能够满足器件转换光路的要求.     

New robust chaotic system with exponential quadratic term

This paper proposes a new robust chaotic system of three-dimensional quadratic autonomous ordinary differential equations by introducing an exponential quadratic term. This system can display a double-scroll chaotic attractor with only two equilibria, and can be found to be robust chaotic in a very wide parameter domain with positive maximum Lyapunov exponent. Some basic dynamical properties and chaotic behaviour of novel attractor are studied. By numerical simulation, this paper verifies that the three-dimensional system can also evolve into periodic and chaotic behaviours by a constant controller.     

Copyright protection in digital museum based on digital holography and discrete wavelet transform

A new method to protect the copyright of digital museum based on digital holography is proposed. The Fresnel hologram of watermark image is embedded in the object to be protected through discrete wavelet transform （DWT）. After the watermark detection, the copyright information appears in the reconstructed hologram. With the higher redundancy feature in the hologram, the proposed technique can actually survive several kinds of image processing. Experimental results prove that the presented method has good robustness in image protection.     

Normalized intensity correlation function of single-mode laser system driven by colored cross-correlation noises

Considering a single-mode laser system with cross-correlated additive colored noise and multiplicative colored noise, we study the effects of correlation among noises on the normalized intensity correlation function C(s).C(s) is derived by means of the projection operator method.     

Optical system and lens design for Blu-ray disc optical pick-up

During the design process of Blu-ray disc optical pick-up (BD OPU), the optical system and the collimator lens design is especially important. This paper designs an optical system and some lenses for the BD OPU, including collimator lens, beam shaping lens for laser beam shaping, and cylinder lens for signal detecting. In this OPU, we use a triplet lens to collimate the laser beam. At the same time, we build a series of assembly jigs to make sure that each lens can be put into the OPU basement properly. At last, we get the reading spot image and S-curve photo of OPU, which can be used to read Blu-ray disc (BD).     

Stable anticipation synchronization in mutually coupled vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers system

Two vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers(VCSELs) are mutually coupled through a partially transparent mirror (PTM) placed in the pathway. The PTM plays the role of external mirror,which controls the feedback strength and coupling strength.We numerically simulate this system by establishing a visible SIMULINK model.The results demonstrate that the anticipation synchronization is achieved and it can tolerate some extent frequency detuning.Moreover,the system shows similar chaos-pass filtering effect on unidirectionally coupled system even both VCSELs are modulated.This system allows simultaneously bidirectional secure message transmission on public channels.     

Soliton solution and interaction property for a coupled modified Korteweg-de Vries （mKdV） system

Hirota＇s bilinear direct method is applied to constructing soliton solutions to a special coupled modified Korteweg- de Vries （mKdV） system. Some physical properties such as the spatiotemporal evolution, waveform structure, interactive phenomena of solitons are discussed, especially in the two-soliton case. It is found that different interactive behaviours of solitary waves take place under different parameter conditions of overtaking collision in this system. It is verified that the elastic interaction phenomena exist in this （1＋1）-dimensional integrable coupled model.     

Recent advances on thermoelectric materials

By converting waste heat into electricity through the thermoelectric power of solids without producing greenhouse gas emissions, thermoelectric generators could be an important part of the solution to today’s energy challenge. There has been a resurgence in the search for new materials for advanced thermoelectric energy conversion applications. In this paper, we will review recent efforts on improving thermoelectric efficiency. Particularly, several novel proof-of-principle approaches such as phonon disorder in phonon-glass-electron crystals, low dimensionality in nanostructured materials and charge-spin-orbital degeneracy in strongly correlated systems on thermoelectric performance will be discussed.      

激光点火系统上位模拟器研究

激光器件的优良性能大大提升了它在武器系统中的应用前景。上位模拟器是模拟武器系统对激光点火系统实施指令的控制单元,通过上位模拟器的操作可以实现对激光点火系统的远程控制。上位模拟器的研究是基于硬件和控制软件的,具备有发火控制、保险与解除保险控制、通讯、温度检测与背向光检测等多种控制功能。上位模拟器的研究为激光点火系统在武器系统中的实际应用奠定了良好的基础。     

基于PMAC运动控制器的激光雕刻控制系统设计

为了实现激光雕刻切割机的灵活控制,提出了一种基于PMAC运动控制器的激光雕刻控制系统方案。PMAC运动控制器通过Pcomm32通信驱动程序接收工控机的指令数据,并将控制量传递给伺服驱动器,控制两个交流伺服电机的运转,同时伺服驱动器接收伺服电机的位置反馈信号,进行位置补偿,从而达到电机位置的精确控制。对运动控制模块进行了设计,并给出运动了程序基本结构。该方案结构简单,可靠性好,控制方式灵活,加工效率得到了大幅度的提高。
