低电流密度下恒电流法制备的聚苯胺修饰电极

研究了低电流密度下恒电流法制备的聚苯（ＰＡ）修饰电极的性质及其影响因素，探讨了低电流密度聚合的ＰＡ膜的优点。发现此种条件下聚合的ＰＡ膜具有较好的电荷传输能力，它不仅对Ｂｒ＾－，Ｔｌ＾＋／Ｔｌ等电对的氧化还原反应有更好的电催化活性，而且对Ｈ＾＋的Ｎｅｒｎａｓｔ响应也更接近理论值。     

Detection of processed genetically modified food using CIM monolithic columns for DNA isolation

The availability of sufficient quantities of DNA of adequate quality is crucial in polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based methods for genetically modified food detection. In this work, the suitability of anion-exchange CIM (Convective Interaction Media; BIA Separations, Ljubljana, Slovenia) monolithic columns for isolation of DNA from food was studied. Maize and its derivates corn meal and thermally pretreated corn meal were chosen as model food. Two commercially available CIM disk columns were tested: DEAE (diethylaminoethyl) and QA (quaternary amine). Preliminary separations were performed with standard solution of salmon DNA at different pH values and different NaCl concentrations in mobile phase. DEAE groups and pH 8 were chosen for further isolations of DNA from a complex matrix-food extract. The quality and quantity of isolated DNA were tested on agarose gel electrophoresis, with UV-scanning spectrophotometry, and by amplification with real-time PCR. DNA isolated in this way was of suitable quality for further PCR analyses. The described method is also applicable for DNA isolation from processed foods with decreased DNA content. Furthermore, it is more effective and less time-consuming in comparison with the existing proposed methods for isolation of DNA from plant-derived foods.

聚天青A膜修饰电极的电化学特性及其对亚硝酸根的电催化性能

在玻碳电极上以循环伏安法制备了聚天青A膜修饰电极(PAAE) ,天青A能够在玻碳电极上形成稳定的聚合膜 ;通过正交试验确定了电聚合天青A的最佳条件 ,研究了该修饰电极的电化学特性 ,并讨论了其对亚硝酸根的电催化还原作用 ;结果表明 ,亚硝酸根在PAAE上有很好的电流响应 ,催化峰电流与亚硝酸根浓度在1.0×10-5 ～4.0×10-3 mol/L之间呈良好的线性关系     

Voltammetric sizing of a sphere.

The size of a glass sphere positioned in the center of a microdisk electrode is determined by using a simple electrochemical procedure and is confirmed, additionally, by a microscopical measurement of the sphere at the time of the electrochemical measurement. The cyclic voltammetric response of the naked electrode and of the electrode with the sphere positioned in its center is recorded over a wide range of scan rates (0.002-1.5 V s(-1)). The size of the sphere is then determined by comparison of the experimental voltammogram with simulations for each individual scan rate.     

Averaged molecular weight of complex mixtures as determined by rapid measurements of diffusion

Summary The concept of a diffusion-averaged molecular weight, M_d is presented, and M_d is defined for polydisperse samples. It is shown via oligostyrene mixtures that M_d can be determined in 20 minutes with common chromatographic equipment. If M_d is measured and M_n or M_w is known, the polydispersity can be obtained.     

Fabrication of Poly(allylamine)ferrocene Monolayer Based on Electrostatic Interaction and Its Electrocatalytic Oxidation of Ascorbic Acid

A poly(allylamine)ferrocene monolayer was built on the surface of gold electrode modified with negatively charged alkanethiol based on electrostatic interaction. The electrochemical behavior of the modified electrode was characterized by cyclic voltammetry in detail. The modified electrode was shown to exhibit excellent electrocatalytic response to the oxidation of ascorbic acid. The anodic overpotential was reduced by about 170 mV compared with that obtained at a bare gold electrode. The modified electrode possesses several attractive features, such as simple preparation, fast response and good chemical and mechanical stability.     

羧基化碳纳米管嵌入石墨修饰电极对多巴胺和抗坏血酸的电催化

采用涂层和嵌入修饰法 ,将羧基化多层碳纳米管制成两种修饰电极。以多巴胺 (DA)和抗坏血酸(AA)为模型化合物 ,研究了两种修饰电极对DA和AA共存时的电催化作用。结果表明 :嵌入的方式比涂层的方式显示了更多的优点。嵌入修饰电极不仅使峰电流增加 ,并且使两者共存时的氧化峰位分离达 16 0mV ,同时 ,该电极对DA的响应灵敏于AA ,这有利于在大量的AA存在下实现对DA的测定。在 1× 10 - 3 mol/L的AA的存在下 ,还原电流的一阶导数与DA浓度在 5× 10 - 7～ 1× 10 - 4 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系 ;检测下限达 1× 10 - 7mol L。     

硅钼杂多阴离子薄膜修饰电极的研究和应用——线性扫描伏安法测定水中可溶性硅酸盐

本文研究了以玻碳电极为基体的1:12硅钼杂多酸根(SiMo_(12)O_(40)~(4-)简称12-MSA)修饰电极的制备及其电化学行为,将12-MSA电极应用于线性扫描伏安法测定天然水中可溶性硅酸盐,结果满意.硅浓度在8.0×10~(-7)～1.7×10~(-3)mol/L,相对标准偏差(n=7)为1.85％,加标回收率为98.2％～103.6％,SiMo_(12)电极具有优良的选择性和稳定性。
