A novel improved controlled pore glass (CPG) support based on the 2-(hydroxymethyl)-6-nitrobenzoyl (HMNB) protecting group was developed for the synthesis of 3-aminoalkylated oligonucleotides. The immobilization of tris(2,2′‐bipyridyl)ruthenium(II), Ru(bpy)32+, at a glassy carbon electrode was achieved by entrapping the Ru(bpy)32+ in a vapor deposited titania sol‐gel membrane. The electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) of the immobilized Ru(bpy)32+ was studied. The Ru(bpy)32+ modified electrode showed a fast ECL response to both oxalate and proline. The ECL intensity was linearly related to concentrations of oxalate and proline over the ranges from 20 to 700 μmol L?1 and 20 to 600 μmol L?1, respectively. The detection limits for oxalate and proline at 3σ were 5.0 μmol L?1 and 4.0 μmol L?1, respectively. This electrode possessed good precision and stability for oxalate and proline determinations. The electrogenerated chemiluminescence mechanism of proline system was discussed. This work provided a new way for the immobilization of Ru(bpy)32+ and the application of titania sol‐gel membrane in electrogenerated chemiluminescence.  相似文献

Vanadium-titanium catalysts modified with phosphorus additives (1-15 wt.% of P2O5) have been studied in methylpyrazine ammoxidation. Introduction of high amounts of the additive (≥ 10 wt.% of P2O5) results in a decrease in activity and selectivity of the catalysts due to formation of low active phase - a ternary compound with the component ratio V : P : Ti ≈ 1 : 1 : 1 with only one type of slightly distorted tetrahedral vanadium (5+) bound via oxygen to phosphorus (5+). The nature of the active sites of the samples modified with 1-5 wt.% of P2O5, similarly to that in the V-Ti-O catalyst, was found to include the V5+ cations strongly bound with TiO2 and located in the significantly distorted octahedral oxygen environment. The interaction of fluorocarbon containing hydrophobically modified polyelectrolyte(FMPAANa) with two kinds of nonionic surfactants(hydrogenated and fluorinated)in a semidilute (0.5wt%) aqueous solution had been studied by rheological measurements,Association behavior was found in both systems.The hydrophobic interaction of FMPAANa with fluorinated surfactant(FC171) is much stronger than that with hydrogenated surfactant(NP7.5) at low surfactoant concentrations.The interaction is strengthened by surfactants being added for the density of active junctions increased.Whereas distinct phenomena for FC171 and NP7.5 start to be found as the surfactants added over their respective certain concentration.The interaction of polyelectrolyte with fluorinated surfactant increases dramatical ly while that with hydrogenated surfactant decreases.  相似文献

A simple and effective chemically modified carbon paste electrode (CMCPE) for the simultaneous determination of lead(II) and cadmium(II) was developed in this work. The electrode was prepared by the addition of diacetyldioxime into a carbon paste mixture. Pb2+ and Cd2+ were preconcentrated on the surface of the modified electrode by complexing with diacetyldioxime and reduced at a negative potential (−1.10 V). Then the reduced products were oxidized by differential pulse stripping. The fact that two stripping peaks appeared on the voltammograms at the potentials of −0.65 V (Cd2+) and −0.91 V (Pb2+) demonstrates the possibility of simultaneous determination of Pb2+ and Cd2+. Under the optimized working conditions, calibration graphs were linear in the concentration ranges of 1.0×10−7-1.5×10−5 mol l−1 (Pb2+) and 2.5×10−7-2.5×10−5 mol l−1 (Cd2+), respectively. For 5 min preconcentration, detection limits of 1×10−8 mol l−1 (Pb2+) and 4×10−8 mol l−1 (Cd2+) were obtained at the signal noise ratio (SNR) of 3. To evaluate the reproducibility of the newly developed electrode, the measurements of 5×10−7 mol l−1 Pb2+ and Cd2+ were parallel carried out for six times at different electrodes and the relative standard deviations were 2.9% (Pb2+) and 3.2% (Cd2+), respectively. Interferences by some metals were investigated. Only Ni2+ and Hg2+ apparently affected the peak currents of Pb2+ and Cd2+. The diacetyldioxime modified carbon paste electrode was applied to the determination of Pb2+ and Cd2+ in water samples. The results indicate that this electrode is sensitive and effective for the simultaneous determination of Pb2+ and Cd2+.  相似文献

Sol—gel films prepared from organosilanes containing acidic/basic sites have been investigated as permselective and ion-exchange coatings for electroanalytical and bioanalytical investigations. When a glassy carbon electrode was modified with a sol—gel film fabricated from 3-aminopropyl-methyl-diethoxysilane (silane—NH2), excellent permselectivity and anion-exchange properties were obtained. For a pH 7.4, 1 mM potassium ferricyanide solution, an eight-fold increase in current was observed after the electrode was immersed in solution for 10min whereas complete suppression of the electrochemical response for ruthenium hexaamine and methyl viologen was observed. Sol—gel films fabricated from trimethoxysilylpropyl ethylenediamine triacetic acid (silane—(COOH)3) exhibited nearly complementary behavior. An approximately 10-fold increase in current was observed for pH 7.4, 1 mM ruthenium hexaammine solutions and complete suppression of the potassium ferricyanide response was observed. These ion-exchange properties can be attributed to the strong electrostatic interactions between the acid/basic functional group in the matrix and the highly charged analyte molecules. When glassy carbon electrodes were modified with diethyl-(triethoxysilypropyl) malonate (silane—(COOEt)2), the films did not exhibit distinct ion-exchange properties but rather suppressed the reduction of potassium ferricyanide. The observed permselectivity results from the electron dense carbonyl group and/or hydrolyzed ester functionalities in the film.  相似文献

A new type of current sensor, Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) film of calixarene on the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was prepared for determination of mercury by anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV). An anodic stripping peak was obtained at 0.15 V (vs. SCE) by scanning the potential from ?0.6 to +0.6 V. Compared with a bare GCE, the LB film coated electrode greatly improves the sensitivity of measuring mercury ion. The fabricated electrode in a 0.1 M H2SO4+0.01 M HCl solution shows a linear voltammetric response in the range of 0.07–40 μg L?1 and detection limit of 0.04 μg L?1 (ca. 2×10?10 M). The high sensitivity, selectivity, and stability of this LB film modified electrode demonstrates its practical application for a simple, rapid and economical determination of Hg2+ in a water sample.  相似文献

Nano‐scale zeolite Y crystals were synthesized, and palladium nanoparticles were prepared in the supercage of the zeolite by “ship‐in‐a‐bottle” approach. A novel method to fabricate zeolite‐modified electrode (ZME) loading Pd nanoparticles was developed, in which the zeolite Y loading Pd2+ ions was self‐assembled on (3‐mercaptopropyl) trimethoxysilane‐attached Au surface to form the stable and density packed multilayers (SAM‐ZME). The structures of zeolite Y and the SAM‐ZME were investigated by using TEM, XRD and SEM techniques. Pd2+ ions in the SAM‐ZME were converted into Pd nanoparticles (Pdn0) by two steps consisting of the electrochemical reduction as well as the succeeding admission and release of CO. The redox couple [Fe(CN)6]3?/4? was used to probe the electron‐transfer barrier properties during self‐assembling process. Moreover, the special properties of the SAM‐ZME loading Pdn0 were studied by using cyclic voltammetry and CO‐probe in situ FTIR spectroscopy. The results illustrated that Pdn0 in the SAM‐ZME exhibits higher electrocatalytic activity for oxidation of adsorbed CO than that of ZME prepared in our previous study by zeolite coating method. The present study is of importance in design and preparation of SAM‐ZME, which poccesseses excellent properties for the immobilization of electrocatalysts or biomolecules.  相似文献
