一类矩阵方程的Hermitian R-对称定秩解

本文研究了矩阵方程AX = B 的Hermitian R-对称最大秩和最小秩解问题. 利用矩阵秩的方法, 获得了矩阵方程AX = B有最大秩和最小秩解的充分必要条件以及解的表达式, 同时对于最小秩解的解集合, 得到了最佳逼近解.     

Geometric and topological rigidity for compact submanifolds of odd dimension

We investigate rigidity problems for odd-dimensional compact submanifolds.We show that if Mn(n 5)is an odd-dimensional compact submanifold with parallel mean curvature in Sn+p,and if RicM(n-2-1n)(1+H2)and Hδn,whereδn is an explicit positive constant depending only on n,then M is a totally umbilical sphere.Here H is the mean curvature of M.Moreover,we prove that if Mn(n 5)is an odd-dimensional compact submanifold in the space form Fn+p(c)with c 0,and if RicM(n-2-εn)(c+H2),whereεn is an explicit positive constant depending only on n,then M is homeomorphic to a sphere.     

对称等仿射球和极小对称Lagrange子流形的对应

利用对称空间的对偶性,本文建立局部强凸对称等仿射球之集与某复空间形式中的极小对称Lagrange子流形之集间的对应关系,在自然定义的等价意义下,这是一一对应关系.作为这种对应关系的直接应用,本文用完全不同的方法重新证明胡泽军等人最近建立的一个重要定理.该定理对具有平行Fubini-Pick形式的局部强凸等仿射球进行了完全分类.     

Symmetric period solutions with prescribed minimal period for even autonomous semipositive Hamiltonian systems

We study some monotonicity and iteration inequality of the Maslov-type index i-1of linear Hamiltonian systems.As an application we prove the existence of symmetric periodic solutions with prescribed minimal period for first order nonlinear autonomous Hamiltonian systems which are semipositive,even,and superquadratic at zero and infinity.This result gives a positive answer to Rabinowitz’s minimal period conjecture in this case without strictly convex assumption.We also give a different proof of the existence of symmetric periodic solutions with prescribed minimal period for classical Hamiltonian systems which are semipositive,even,and superquadratic at zero and infinity which was proved by Fei,Kim and Wang in 2001.

We classify centroaffine minimal surfaces whose centroaffine curvature and Pick function are constants locally, which also gives classification of centroaffine minimal surfaces whose centroaffine curvature and generalized Pick function are constants locally.     

Block-Projections Algorithms with Blocks Containing Mutually Orthogonal Rows and Columns

In this paper we present an algorithm which, for a given (sparse) matrix, constructs a partition of its set of row-indices, such that each subset of this partition (except the last one obtained) contains indices which correspond to mutually orthogonal rows. We then use such decompositions in some classes of block-projections methods, previously extended by the author to general inconsistent linear least-squares problems. Numerical experiments on an inconsistent and rank-deficient least-squares model problem are described in the last section of the paper.

Connecting orbits among Denjoy minimal sets for monotone twist map

In a Birkhoff region of instability for an exact area-preserving twist map, we construct some orbits connecting distinct Denjoy minimal sets. These sets correspond to the local, instead of global minimum of the Lagrangian action. In the earlier work, Mather constructed connecting orbits among Aubry-Mather sets and the global minimizer of the Lagrangian action.     

幂零群的若干充分条件

本文利用Ｃ－正规子群的性质，得到了若干有限群为幂零群的充分条件，推广了一些著名定理，如Ｔｈｏｍｐｓｏｎ定理及Ｉｔ＾ｏ定理。     

矩阵方程AXAT=C的对称斜反对称解

设A∈Rm×n,C∈Rm×m给定,利用矩阵的广义奇异值分解和对称斜反对称矩阵的性质,得到了矩阵方程(1)AXAT=C存在对称斜反对称解的充要条件和通解表达式;证明了若方程(1)有解,则一定存在唯一极小范数解,并给出了极小范数解的具体表达式和求解步骤.
