The Sn-TiO2−X nanoparticles have been prepared via a rapid and simple stannous chemical reducing method. The as-prepared Sn-TiO2−X nanoparticles were investigated by means of surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS), XPS, and DRS technology as well as photocatalytic degradation of RhB were studied under illumination. The experiment results revealed that the reduction of the TiO2 particles raised their Fermi level, which can enhance the driven force of photoinduced electrons transferring from TiO2 to adsorbed O2 and SnO2 on the surface of TiO2. On the other hand, the amount of oxygen vacancies of the Sn-TiO2−X increased after the stannous chemical reduction. The oxygen vacancies can also effectively inhibit the recombination of photoinduced electrons and holes pairs. These factors are favorable to the photocatalytic reaction. 相似文献

Most recent findings on structural and magnetic properties of Fe-Ni-Co nano-powders produced by mechanical alloying and subsequent low-temperature hydrogen reduction are presented in this paper. At 300 rpm, with ball to powder weight ratio of 20, single phase nickel-cobalt ferrite is mechanically synthesized for 50 h. The as-milled powder is then subjected to 1 h hydrogen reduction at 700 °C. Hydrogen reduction results in the formation of Fe-16.5%Ni-16.5%Co nano-powders. The phases of the powders are identified by X-ray diffraction (XRD) utilizing Cu Kα radiation. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) are used to study the morphology and the average size of the nano-powder particles. Chemical analysis of the phases present in the reduced sample is determined by electron dispersive spectrometry (EDS). The magnetic properties of the powders are measured by a vibration sample magnetometer (VSM). Results indicate a noticeable change in the magnetic properties of the samples due to Ni0.5Co0.5Fe2O4 compositional change into Fe-16.5Ni-16.5Co nano-powder. 相似文献

Silver nanorods with average diameters of 120-230 nm and aspect ratio of 1.7-5.0 were deposited on the surface of TiO2 films by photoelectrochemical reduction of Ag+ to Ag under UV light. The composite films prepared on soda-lime glass substrates were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The results show that the TiO2 film after UV irradiation in AgNO3 solution is composed of anatase phase TiO2 and metallic silver with face centered cubic structure. Other compounds cannot be found in the final films. The maximum deposition content of silver particles on the surface of TiO2 film was obtained with the AgNO3 concentration of 0.1 M. The kinetic growth rates of silver particles can be controlled by photocatalytic activity of TiO2 films. The studies suggest that the growth rates of silver particles increase with the enhancement of photocatalytic activity of TiO2 films. The maximum growth rate of silver particles loaded on TiO2 films can be up to 0.353 nm min−1 among samples 1#, 2# and 3#, while the corresponding apparent rate constant of TiO2 is 1.751 × 10−3 min−1. 相似文献

The present work is related to acoustic in situ free-field measurements of sound absorption in porous materials, such as cellular plastic foams, glass-wool or recycled felt materials. The emphasis is given towards fine metrology of absorption in view of potential industrial applications. A powerful ultrasonic array working at 40 kHz is used. It enables to measure absorption acoustical data down to 100 Hz due to the exploitation of the non-linear ultrasonic demodulation phenomenon in air. Fine measurements of acoustic absorption are compared to numerical predictions based on the “equivalent-fluid” model (when the squeleton frame is motionless), and to some measurements performed on a Brüel and Kjaer impedance tube. Dispersion curves are also measured and compared to the numerical predictions for some automotive felt materials which are compressed at various ratios. Based on some known facts of integrable models, this paper proposes a new (2+1)-dimensional bilinear model equation. By virtue of the formal series symmetry approach, the new model is proved to be integrable because of the existence of the higher order symmetries. The Lie point symmetries of the model constitute an infinite dimensional Kac- Moody Virasoro symmetry algebra. 针对低信噪比条件下多输入多输出声呐受对称噪声分量影响导致测向性能降低的情况,提出了一种基于协方差矩阵重构方法的波达方向估计算法。首先,将噪声场分为对称噪声和非对称噪声两部分,利用协方差矩阵虚部与对称信号无关的性质,去掉协方差矩阵的实部来降低对称噪声对目标波达方向估计精度的影响,采用降维转换方法和矩阵虚部置换原理重构协方差矩阵的实部,避免了双频谱的干扰。然后利用Toeplitz方法对重构的协方差矩阵进行解相干修正,通过奇异值分解获得噪声子空间,最后对目标的波达方向进行估计,可实现微弱信号的准确测向。理论分析和实验结果表明,该方法明显抑制了对称噪声,提高了目标的波达方向估计性能,具有运算速度快、自由度高和目标分辨力强的特点。 相似文献

为减少空调室外机用低压轴流风轮叶片的颤振,改善音质,降低噪音和电机功率。本文设计了尾缘凹陷新型三叶轴流风轮,同时除对前缘局部加厚处理外,对叶片其他区域整体减薄。文中采用Navier-Stokes方程对新风轮和原风轮的内流及气动特性进行了三维数值模拟,同时对两者的流量压力曲线和噪音频谱进行了实验研究。研究表明:对轴流风轮叶片尾缘进行凹陷设计,对前缘以外的区域减薄设计,能够减轻风轮重量,降低电机负荷同时减弱转子尾迹;对叶轮前缘进行局部加厚处理可以减小叶尖颤振,降低叶片旋转频率峰值噪音,从整体上降低噪音,改善音质。 相似文献
