Applications of Tauberian theorems in some problems in mathematical physics

We give some multidimensional Tauberian theorems for generalized functions and show examples of their application in mathematical physics. In particular, we consider the problems of stabilizing the solutions of the Cauchy problem for the heat kernel equation, multicomponent gas diffusion, and the asymptotic Cauchy problem for a free Schrödinger equation in the norms of different Banach spaces among others.     

Orbits of rational n-sets of projective spaces under the action of the linear group

Let k=Fq be a finite field. We enumerate k-rational n-sets of (unordered) points in a projective space PN over k, and we compute the generating function for the numbers of PGLN+1(k)-orbits of these n-sets. For N=1,2 we obtain a formula for these numbers of orbits as a polynomial in q with integer coefficients.     

Rayleigh–Ritz variation method and connected‐moments polynomial approach

We show that the connected‐moments polynomial approach proposed recently is equivalent to the well known Rayleigh–Ritz variation method in the Krylov space. We compare the latter with one of the original connected‐moments methods by means of a numerical test on an anharmonic oscillator. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Int J Quantum Chem, 2009     

检验两个部分线性模型中非参函数相等

We propose the test statistic to check whether the nonparametric func-tions in two partially linear models are equality or not in this paper. We estimate the nonparametric function both in null hypothesis and the alternative by the local linear method, where we ignore the parametric components, and then estimate the parameters by the two stage method. The test statistic is derived, and it is shown to be asymptotically normal under the null hypothesis.

We study Besicovitch-type spaces of generalized almost periodic functions. The main result is a theorem on representation of linear continuous functionals that is similar to the classical result of F. Riesz.

Asymptotically exhaustive functions in Vitali spaces

We introduce asymptotically exhaustive functions defined on Vitali Spaces with values in a Hausdorff commutative topological group and we prove for them some classical convergence theorems. This article was supported by MURST, project “Analisi Reale”

高校教育成本测算及其优化管理模型

在高校成本层次分类的基础上,建立了生均成本测算的一般模型,针对教育成本投入过程中因学生人数随机变化而存在的风险,引进教学质量函数,提出了办学效益和教学质量的双目标优化模型.利用凸分析和优化原理得到优化问题解的存在性,全部正解的β取值范围以及最优解满足的充要条件,对最优解的定量计算给出了基于Monte Carlo模拟的遗传算法设计,并进行了相应的经济意义分析.
