基于创造力的双路径模型,探讨动机能否通过灵活性和坚持性这2条路径影响销售创造力和销售绩效.基于212名销售人员数据的路径分析结果显示,内部动机和亲社会动机经由灵活性显著预测销售创造力进而影响销售绩效,而坚持性则显著影响销售绩效但不能显著预测创造力,销售创造力与销售绩效正相关.在现实情境下应用创造力的双路径模型,并将销售绩效纳入研究框架,拓宽了模型的普适性.     

Influence of Intrinsic Decoherence on Entanglement in Two-Qubit Quantum Heisenberg XYZ Chain

Taking the intrinsic decoherence effect into account, we investigate the time evolution of entanglement for two-qubit XYZ Heisenberg model in an external uniform magnetic field. Concurrence, the measurement of entanglement,is calculated. We show how the intrinsic decoherence modifies the time evolution of the entanglement and find that at short-time case, concurrence is oscillating as increasing magnetic field, which implies that entanglement may be enhanced or weakened in some time regions.     

Intrinsic ultracontractivity on Riemannian manifolds with infinite volume measures

By establishing the intrinsic super-Poincar'e inequality,some explicit conditions are presented for diffusion semigroups on a non-compact complete Riemannian manifold to be intrinsically ultracontractive.These conditions,as well as the resulting uniform upper bounds on the intrinsic heat kernels,are sharp for some concrete examples.

We derive intrinsic formulation for elastic line deformed on a pseudo-hypersurface by an external field in the pseudo-Euclidean spaces E_v~n.This formulation determines elastic line deformed on a pseudo-hypersurface.     

Interval Valued Intuitionistic （S, T）-fuzzy Hv-submodules

On the basis of the concept of the interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets introduced by K. Atanassov, the notion of interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy Hv-submodules of an Hv-module with respect to a t-norm T and an s-norm S is given and the characteristic properties are described. The homomorphic image and the inverse image are investigated. In particular, the connections between interval valued intuitionistic （S, T）-fuzzy Hv-submodules and interval valued intuitionistic （S, T）-fuzzy submodules are discussed.     

Are covering (enveloping) morphisms minimal?

We prove that for certain classes of modules such that direct sums of -covers ( -envelopes) are -covers ( -envelopes), -covering ( -enveloping) homomorphisms are always right (left) minimal. As a particular case we see that over noetherian rings, essential monomorphisms are left minimal. The same type of results are given when direct products of -covers are -covers. Finally we prove that over commutative noetherian rings, any direct product of flat covers of modules of finite length is a flat cover.     

Extending modules relative to a torsion theory

An R-module M is said to be an extending module if every closed submodule of M is a direct summand. In this paper we introduce and investigate the concept of a type 2 τ-extending module, where τ is a hereditary torsion theory on Mod-R. An R-module M is called type 2 τ-extending if every type 2 τ-closed submodule of M is a direct summand of M. If τ _I is the torsion theory on Mod-R corresponding to an idempotent ideal I of R and M is a type 2 τ _I -extending R-module, then the question of whether or not M/MI is an extending R/I-module is investigated. In particular, for the Goldie torsion theory τ _G we give an example of a module that is type 2 τ _G -extending but not extending.     

Modules with Chain Conditions on Non-essential Submodules

We investigate when modules which satisfy the descending (respectively, ascending) chain condition on non-essential submodules are uniform or Artinian (respectively, Noetherian).
