国际实验室间转基因产品检测能力验证的研究

以转基因大豆为例，介绍开展APLAC T034国际间实验室转基因检测能力验证的项目。对于样品量值(添加值)的设定进行试验，对样品的均匀性和稳定性进行检验，并对参试实验室的测试结果进行系统的评价和分析。影响转基因产品测试结果的关键因素是检测方法、基因组DNA提取的质量、PCR反应体系中模板DNA的加入量．以及是否使用标准物质作为质控对照和使用定量标准物质求出相关系数对定量检测结果进行校正。     

中学化学创新实验的研究进展*——基于Journal of Chemical Education期刊的文献分析

从研究主题、研究领域、实验方法等多视角分析了2008-2018年Journal of Chemical Education有关中学化学创新实验的发文情况,介绍了热化学实验、化学动力学实验、生活化实验、与环保相关的实验、学科交叉实验等多篇具有代表性和教学意义的实验案例。     

中国利用外资的市场绩效——基于装备制造业的实证研究

本文以我国装备制造业为例,运用回归分析和"拉开档次"综合评价法,选取资源配置效率、规模经济效益和技术进步作为评价市场绩效的指标,对我国利用外资的市场绩效进行实证分析。结果表明:(1)外资有助于整体市场绩效的提高;(2)外资促进了资源配置效率的提高,但提高的速度在减缓;(3)外资与规模经济效益呈正相关关系,但同样存在着增加趋势减缓的现象;(4)外资在很大程度上推动了产业技术进步,促进了创新能力的提升。基于研究结论,给出了我国引进外资的政策建议。

Analytical techniques for wine analysis: An African perspective; a review

Analytical chemistry is playing an ever-increasingly important role in the global wine industry. Chemical analysis of wine is essential in ensuring product safety and conformity to regulatory laws governing the international market, as well as understanding the fundamental aspects of grape and wine production to improve manufacturing processes. Within this field, advanced instrumental analysis methods have been exploited more extensively in recent years. Important advances in instrumental analytical techniques have also found application in the wine industry. This review aims to highlight the most important developments in the field of instrumental wine and grape analysis in the African context. The focus of this overview is specifically on the application of advanced instrumental techniques, including spectroscopic and chromatographic methods. Recent developments in wine and grape analysis and their application in the African context are highlighted, and future trends are discussed in terms of their potential contribution to the industry.     

法拉第旋转对空间被动微波遥感的影响及消除

法拉第旋转是空间被动微波遥感重要的误差来源之一.本文研究了法拉第旋转变化的机理;分析了法拉第旋转对微波辐射计观测精度的影响;着重就1.4 GHz 正交极化通道亮温T_v以及10.7 GHz 相关极化通道亮温U的法拉第旋转校正展开讨论.通过仿真2006年海南某观测站点全年的星载微波辐射计观测数据并利用蒙特卡罗法模拟噪声的影响,分析比较了使用辅助数据(IRI 模型法)和极化模式(Yueh方法和Ribó方法)两种途径对法拉第旋转的校正效果,进而提出了一种应用IGS 关键词： 法拉第旋转 微波遥感 微波辐射计 国际GNSS服务网(IGS)     

研究国际证券投资及其有效集的多目标线性规划方法

本文给出国际证券组合投资决策的多目标线性规划模型，以及求解有效国际证券组合的偏好系数加权法．在此基础上，应用线性多数规划技术研究有效国际证券组合集的几何特征，并给出相应结论和简单算例．     

企业跨国冲突策略三维模型研究

企业跨国经营过程中,冲突策略的选择至关重要.本文针对传统二维冲突模型在指导组织间冲突时存在的不足,通过引入环境变量,构建了一个跨国冲突策略三维模型,并以实例应用对模型的使用方法给出了说明.该模型很好地弥补了二维模式存在的缺陷,为企业决策者提供了一个科学而合理的决策方法.     

带有网络外部性的动态寡头垄断定价

给出了带有网络外部性的两阶段寡头垄断定价模型,并用博弈论方法求解.通过与带有网络外部性的完全垄断定价模型的比较,得出重要结论:在网络外部性足够大的情况下,①寡头竞争情况下与完全垄断下情况一样,“科斯假设”将得到克服,均衡定价将呈现先低后高的情况.②对于完全垄断厂商来说,网络外部性k的增加能够增加其利润,但对于寡头竞争的企业来说,正好相反,k的增加将导致其利润的下降.
