At the late stage of transitional boundary layers, the nonlinear evolution of the ring-like vortices and spike structures and their effects on the surrounding flow were studied by means of direct numerical simulation with high order accuracy. A spatial transition of the flat-plate boundary layers in the compressible flow was conducted. This study evaluated the insertion loss of sound waves through composite acoustic window materials for sonar dome applications, and examined the influence of dome shape on the sonar performance. The insertion loss of sound waves through acoustic window materials was experimentally measured as a function of frequency at normal incidence. The insertion loss was also theoretically estimated with three- and four-medium layer models. The theoretical estimation of insertion loss showed good agreement with the experimental measurements. The insertion loss was also measured as a function of angle of incidence. The characteristics of longitudinal and converted shear waves were observed at various angles of incidence. This study will be useful to select acoustic window materials with the appropriate acoustic characteristics for practical sonar dome applications. 相似文献

The performance of an organic photovoltaic(OPV) cell based on copper phthalocyanine CuPc/C60 with a tris(8-hydroxyquinolinato) aluminum(Alq3) buffer layer has been investigated.It was found that the power conversion efficiency of the device was 1.51% under illumination with an intensity of 100 mW/cm2,which was limited by a squareroot dependence of the photocurrent on voltage.The photocurrent-optical power density characteristics showed that the OPV cell had a significant space-charge limited photocurrent with a varied saturation voltage and a three quarters power dependence on optical power density.Also,the absorption spectrum was measured by a spectrophotometer,and the results showed that the additional Alq3 layer has a minor effect on photocurrent generation. 相似文献

A specific, sensitive, precise, and accurate method for the determination of abscisic acid (ABA) in grapevine leaf tissues
is described. The method employs high-performance liquid chromatography and electrospray ionization–mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS)
in selected ion monitoring mode (SIM) to analyze ABA using a stable isotope-labeled ABA as an internal standard. Absolute
recoveries ranged from 72% to 79% using methanol/water pH 5.5 (50:50 v/v) as an extraction solvent. The best efficiency was
obtained when the chromatographic separation was carried out by using a porous graphitic carbon (PGC) column. The statistical
evaluation of the method was satisfactory in the work range. A relative standard deviation (RDS) of < 5.5% and < 6.0% was
obtained for intra-batch and inter-batch comparisons, respectively. As for accuracy, the relative error (%Er) was between

A two-sublattice Ising metamagnet in both uniform and random fields is studied within the mean-field approach based on Bogoliubov’s inequality for the Gibbs free energy. We show that the qualitative features of the phase diagrams are dependent on the parameters of the model and the uniform field values. The tricritical point and reentrant phenomenon can be observed on the phase diagram. The reentrance is due to the competition between uniform and random interactions. 相似文献

This paper describes the fabrication of thin magnetic layers for an LTCC planar-type inductor with a 0.11 mm thickness. The thin ferrite layers were fabricated by tape casting method. Synthesis conditions and X-ray analysis (300 K) of the Ni0.3Zn0.62Cu0.08Fe2O4 ferrite are presented. A pure cubic, Fd 3m crystal structure was observed for the Ni0.3Zn0.62Cu0.08Fe2O4 ferrite. The complex impedance and dielectric permittivity of Ni0.3Zn0.62Cu0.08Fe2O4 ferrite were determined as a function of temperature (from −55 to 170 °C) and frequency (from 10 Hz to 2 MHz). Dc resistivity was measured in a temperature range from −55 to 170 °C. Magnetization and magnetic hysteresis were measured by a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) in an applied magnetic field up to 60 kOe. The inductance and quality factor were measured in a frequency range 0.1-120 MHz. With the help of finite elements method (FEM) simulation it is possible to calculate the elements electrical parameters and optimize the design. We present a study of magnetic anisotropy by using magneto-transport and direct magnetization measurements on tensile strained (Ga,Mn)As films. The magnetic easy axis of the films is in-plane at low temperatures, while the easy axis flips to out-of-plane when temperature is raised or hole concentration is increased. This easy axis reorientation is explained qualitatively in a simple physical picture by Zener’s p-d model. In addition, the magneto-crystalline anisotropic resistance was also investigated experimentally and theoretically based on the single magnetic domain model. The dependence of sheet resistance on the angle between the magnetic field and [1 0 0] direction was measured. It is found that the magnetization vector M in the single-domain state deviates from the external magnetic field H direction at low magnetic field, while for high magnetic field, M continuously moves following the field direction, which leads to different resistivity function behaviors. 相似文献

The new theory of sporadic E density oscillation with double atmospheric gravity wave (AGW) frequency in two-dimensional case taking into account ions ambipolar diffusion is presented. It is found that densities of multi-layered sporadic E, formed under the influence of atmospheric vortical perturbation (with vertical wavelength λz≠0) evolving in the horizontal shear flow (shear wave), can oscillate with up to double Brunt-Väisälä frequency under the action of short-period AGW, in which shear wave is transformed. The formation of multi-layered sporadic E (inside regions with vertical thickness about λz/2) and its density changes in every half AGW period close to ions convergence region occur by combined action of ion-neutral collision and Lorentz forcing and can cause additional accumulation of ions responsible for sporadic E density oscillation with double AGW frequency. 相似文献
