For many complex business and industry problems, high‐dimensional data collection and modeling have been conducted. It has been shown that interactions may have important implications beyond the main effects. The number of unknown parameters in an interaction analysis can be larger or much larger than the sample size. As such, results generated from analyzing a single data set are often unsatisfactory. Integrative analysis, which jointly analyzes the raw data from multiple independent studies, has been conducted in a series of recent studies and shown to outperform single–data set analysis, meta‐analysis, and other multi–data set analyses. In this study, our goal is to conduct integrative analysis in interaction analysis. For regularized estimation and selection of important interactions (and main effects), we apply a threshold gradient directed regularization approach. Advancing from the existing studies, the threshold gradient directed regularization approach is modified to respect the “main effects, interactions” hierarchy. The proposed approach has an intuitive formulation and is computationally simple and broadly applicable. Simulations and the analyses of financial early warning system data and news‐APP (application) recommendation behavior data demonstrate its satisfactory practical performance. 相似文献

The structural complexity of mechanically interlocked molecules are very attractive to chemists owing to the challenges they present. In this article, novel mechanically interlocked molecules with a daisy‐chain‐containing hetero[4]rotaxane motif were efficiently synthesized. In addition, a novel integrative self‐sorting strategy is demonstrated, involving an ABB‐type (A for host, dibenzo‐24‐crown‐8 (DB24C8), and B for guest, ammonium salt sites) monomer and a macrocycle host, benzo‐21‐crown‐7 (B21C7), in which the assembled species in hydrogen‐bonding‐supported solvent only includes a novel daisy‐chain‐containing hetero[4]pseudorotaxane. The found self‐sorting process involves the integrative recognition between B21C7 macrocycles and carefully designed components simultaneously containing two types of secondary ammonium ions and a host molecule, DB24C8 crown ether. The self‐sorting strategy is integrative to undertake self‐recognition behavior to form one single species of pseudorotaxane compared with the previous report. This self‐sorting system can be used for the efficient one‐pot synthesis of a daisy‐chain‐containing hetero[4]rotaxane in a good yield. The structure of hetero[4]rotaxane was confirmed by 1H NMR spectroscopy and high‐resolution electrospray ionization (HR‐ESI) mass spectrometry. 相似文献

Metal–organic self‐assembly has proven to be of great use in constructing structures of increasing size and intricacy, but the largest assemblies lack the functions associated with the ability to bind guests. Here we demonstrate the self‐assembly of two simple organic molecules with CdII and PtII into a giant heterometallic supramolecular cube which is capable of binding a variety of mono‐ and dianionic guests within an enclosed cavity greater than 4200 Å3. Its structure was established by X‐ray crystallography and cryogenic transmission electron microscopy. This cube is the largest discrete abiological assembly that has been observed to bind guests in solution; cavity enclosure and coulombic effects appear to be crucial drivers of host–guest chemistry at this scale. The degree of cavity occupancy, however, appears less important: the largest guest studied, bound the most weakly, occupying only 11 % of the host cavity. 相似文献

to form. The deep-drawing processes of the oil pan used in the engine for “Small Flag” Car of the First Automobile Manufactory
is analyzed by using the integrative CAD/CAE/CAM technique of stamping die, including the CAD software CATIA and the sheet-metal
stamping CAE software KMAS developed independently. Through an analysis of die structure and formability using the KMAS software,
the primary twi-off deep-drawing has successfully been changed to the one-off deep-drawing, solving the key technical difficulties
for the manufactory.
