The three integrable two-dimensional Hénon-Heiles systems and their integrable perturbations are revisited. A family of new integrable perturbations is found, and N-dimensional completely integrable generalizations of all these systems are constructed by making use of sl(2,R)h3 as their underlying Poisson symmetry algebra. In general, the procedure here introduced can be applied in order to obtain N-dimensional integrable generalizations of any 2D integrable potential of the form , and the formalism gives the explicit form of all the integrals of the motion. Further applications of this algebraic approach in different contexts are suggested.  相似文献

The Kondo problem is approached using the unitary Lie algebra of spin-singlet fermion bilinears. In the limit when the number of values of the spin N goes to infinity the theory approaches a classical limit, which still requires a renormalization. We determine the ground state of this renormalized theory. Then we construct a quantum theory around this classical limit, which amounts to recovering the case of finite N.  相似文献

As in [A. Sarychev, Controlling multiparticle system on the line. I, J. Differential Equations 246 (12) (2009) 4772-4790] we consider classical system of interacting particles P1,…,Pn on the line with only neighboring particles involved in interaction. On the contrast to [A. Sarychev, Controlling multiparticle system on the line. I, J. Differential Equations 246 (12) (2009) 4772-4790] now periodic boundary conditions are imposed onto the system, i.e. P1 and Pn are considered neighboring. Periodic Toda lattice would be a typical example. We study possibility to control periodic multiparticle systems by means of forces applied to just few of its particles; mainly we study system controlled by single force. The free dynamics of multiparticle systems in periodic and nonperiodic case differ substantially. We see that also the controlled periodic multiparticle system does not mimic its nonperiodic counterpart.Main result established is global controllability by means of single controlling force of the multiparticle system with a generic potential of interaction. We study the nongeneric potentials for which controllability and accessibility properties may lack. Results are formulated and proven in Sections 2, 3.  相似文献

The Wong-Zakai theorem asserts that ODEs driven by “reasonable” (e.g. piecewise linear) approximations of Brownian motion converge to the corresponding Stratonovich stochastic differential equation. With the aid of rough path analysis, we study “non-reasonable” approximations and go beyond a well-known criterion of [Ikeda, Watanabe, North Holland, 1989] in the sense that our result applies to perturbations on all levels, exhibiting additional drift terms involving any iterated Lie brackets of the driving vector fields. In particular, this applies to the approximations by McShane ('72) and Sussmann ('91). Our approach is not restricted to Brownian driving signals. At last, these ideas can be used to prove optimality of certain rough path estimates.  相似文献

The plethysms of the Weyl characters associated to a classical Lie group by the symmetric functions stabilize in large rank. In the case of a power sum plethysm, we prove that the coefficients of the decomposition of this stabilized form on the basis of Weyl characters are branching coefficients which can be determined by a simple algorithm. This generalizes in particular some classical results by Littlewood on the power sum plethysms of Schur functions. We also establish explicit formulas for the outer multiplicities appearing in the decomposition of the tensor square of any irreducible finite-dimensional module into its symmetric and antisymmetric parts. These multiplicities can notably be expressed in terms of the Littlewood-Richardson coefficients.  相似文献
