The interfacial layer structure of a model incompatible polymer blend system was analyzed using 1H pulse nuclear magnetic resonance (pulse NMR) spectroscopy. Non-crosslinked and crosslinked poly(n-butyl methacrylate) particles with a mean size of ca. 0.9 μm were prepared by seeded emulsion polymerization, and the degree of crosslinking was varied. The particles were powdered using a freeze-dry method and dispersed in poly(vinyl chloride) by melt blending. Dynamic mechanical analysis indicated that the non-crosslinked particles were completely compatible. In contrast, mutual diffusion of the polymer chains in the crosslinked particles was restricted within the particle/matrix interfacial layer. As a result, an incompatible phase structure in which the crosslinked particles were dispersed in the continuous phase was formed. Pulse NMR analysis indicated that the interfacial layer thickness was in the range of 17–98 nm. The thickness decreased with an increase in the degree of crosslinking in the particles. The interfacial layer thickness in the particles was approximately 10 times larger than that for the incompatible polymer pair. Tensile test results indicated that the elongation at break was dependent on the thickness of the interfacial layer. The yield stress was developed for the particles with high hardness that was independent of the interfacial thickness.  相似文献

结合现代飞行器因其功能复杂,设备种类和数量众多,电气系统规模庞大,设备间连接关系复杂,接口信号类型多的特点,针对其较高的抗干扰性能和可靠性要求,系统分析了复杂飞行器电气系统辐射、电源串扰、浪涌串扰等干扰源类型、特性及影响。针对影响电路的传导、辐射、差模、共模干扰四种干扰模式,提出了可以从源头抑制提高复杂飞行器电气系统抗干扰性能的四个方面的设计方法和注意事项,分别是接地设计、屏蔽设计、隔离设计和滤波设计。最后,结合典型案例,分析了某飞行器电气系统因设计缺陷存在地信号干扰问题,通过增加隔离措施解决了该干扰问题,并通过了试验验证。  相似文献

通过开环聚合,合成不同比例的ε-己内酯(ε-CL)与L-丙交酯(L-LA)的无规共聚物P(CL/LLA)。 将上述共聚物P(CL/LLA)与聚乳酸(PLLA)共混,制备了PLA/P(CL/LLA)共混材料。 并对其相容性、热性能、力学性能进行了研究。 结果表明,共聚物P(CL/LLA)与PLA相容性与共聚物中LA单元含量和链段的平均长度有密切关系,P(CL/LLA)中LA链段平均长度达到3.4以上时,可以与PLA很好的相互作用。 同时共聚物P(CL/LLA)中-CL-链段有很好的柔性,可以很好的改善PLLA的韧性,使PLLA材料的断裂伸长率达到500%以上。  相似文献

本文考虑了一个零售商占主导地位但制造商具有市场需求信息优势的二级供应链系统;具体来说,制造商具有确定的市场需求信息,而零售商对市场需求信息仅仅有一个随机先验分布。本文讨论的问题是,当零售商设计采购合同时,制造商是否有意愿去改善零售商的需求信息?如果可能,是否零售商提供的合同越复杂越能激励制造商这么做呢?本文的研究结果表明,(i)制造商希望零售商需求估计的均值(即信息趋势)尽可能地低。但是对于需求估计的方差(即信息精度),则存在一个临界值,低于这个值时,制造商希望零售商需求的方差越大越好;高于这个值时,制造商希望零售商需求的方差越小越好,这意味着制造商在某种程度上愿意与零售商共享信息;(ii)复杂的合同并不能提供更多的激励去促使制造商共享信息。本文的结论意味着需要设计新的机制去促使制造商能够诚实地披露他的私有信息。  相似文献

在存货需求随机波动下,为研究存货耗损对存货质押融资过程中各方决策的影响,构建由银行、中小企业和第三方物流企业(Third-Part Logistics, TPL)组成的存货质押融资系统。在考虑银行下侧风险控制和企业还贷能力下,以实现银行利润最大化为目标建立模型。分析初始耗损率、激励因子、耗损改善因子和市场需求对质押率和银行利润的影响。研究表明:(1)银行利润与质物耗损率呈负相关,银行有激励TPL提高服务水平,降低耗损率的动力。(2)银行激励TPL降低耗损率有助于银行提高质押率并拓宽质物的选择范围。(3)仅当初始耗损率超过一定限值时,银行激励带来的额外收益才会高于激励成本。最后通过数值实验进行验证,从而为银行的存货质押融资决策提供指导。  相似文献

In this study three grades of rigid poly vinyl chloride (PVC) having different molar masses were melt blended with graft-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (g-ABS) in different compositions. The effect of PVC molecular weight and g-ABS composition on the compatibility and Izod impact strength of the blends were investigated. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results showed a single glass transition temperature (Tg) for all the blends, representative of miscibility between the PVC phase and the styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN) phase of g-ABS which, in turn, led to compatibility of the PVC/g-ABS blends. It was observed that in all the PVC grades the blends Izod impact strength increased with increasing g-ABS content. Also, at a given composition of g-ABS, by increasing the molecular weight of the PVC phase the impact strength of the blends increased. The morphology of the fracture surfaces from the impact tests were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) micrographs and the results showed that with increasing g-ABS content in the blend, cloudy regions increased and eventually begin to overlap each other, and the deformed material on the fracture surfaces increased. This was attributed to the blend compatibility causing greater energy dissipation in the fracture process.  相似文献

Two types of linear-quadratic principal-agent models will be considered: one in which a single agent has to perform several tasks and one in which several agents have to perform a certain task. For both models, we derive optimal contractual principal-agent relations. It turns out that under certain conditions (concerning risk-aversion and the correlation of the agents' outcome) the multiple-agent problem reduces to a multiple-task one-agent problem. Our results will be discussed within the framework of (multiple-) point pollution to which, in addition, also the results of the standard principal-agent model will be applied.  相似文献

Arterial prostheses made of microporous Teflon (ePTFE) are currently used in vascular surgery as bypasses for small and medium vessels. However, several clinical complications, such as thrombosis, frequently occur in these prostheses when implanted in humans. In this work, an original strategy was developed to improve the hemocompatibility of ePTFE prostheses, based on glow-discharge surface modification followed by chemical grafting of phosphorylcholine, known for its hemocompatible properties. This procedure leads to a covalent attachment of the molecules, therefore preventing their removal by shear stress induced by blood flow at the implant wall. The improvement of the blood compatibility properties of the modified ePTFE arterial prostheses have been investigated by in vitro tests such as thromboelastography, neutrophil adsorption, platelet aggregation, and cell cultures. These in vitro tests put in evidence that thrombogenicity index, platelet aggregation, and neutrophil adhesion were decreased by the molecule grafted on the prostheses. Moreover, the cell growth on the surface of the PRC-grafted prostheses was greatly enhanced in comparison to the virgin prosthesis. Based on these results, it could be concluded that PRC grafting on ePTFE prostheses permit to improve in vitro hemocompatibility and biocompatibility in comparison with their virgin counterpart.  相似文献
