In this paper,we discuss the anti-periodic boundary value problem for a class of first order differential equations.By using homotopy method,we obtain the conditions for the existence of anti-periodic solution for the equation under consideration.This result can be extended to higher order differential equations.  相似文献

We show that the reduced Drinfeld double of the Ringel-Hall algebra of a hereditary category is invariant under derived equivalences. The aim of this paper is to study numerical realization of the conditions of Max Nther's residual intersection theorem. The numerical realization relies on obtaining the intersection of two algebraic curves by homotopy continuation method, computing the approximate places of an algebraic curve, getting the exact orders of a polynomial at the places, and determining the multiplicity and character of a point of an algebraic curve. The numerical experiments show that our method is accurate, effective and robust without using multiprecision arithmetic,even if the coefficients of algebraic curves are inexact. We also conclude that the computational complexity of the numerical realization is polynomial time.  相似文献

In the category T op of topological spaces and continuous functions, we prove that surjective maps which are descent morphisms with respect to the class E of continuous bijections are exactly the descent morphisms, providing a new characterization of the latter in terms of subfibrations E(X) of the basic fibration given by T op/X which are, essentially, complete lattices. Also effective descent morphisms are characterized in terms of effective morphisms with respect to continuous bijections. For classes E satisfying suitable conditions, we show that the class of effective descent morphisms coincides with the one of effective E-descent morphisms.  相似文献

We investigate the problem when the strong dual of a projective limit of (LB)-spaces coincides with the inductive limit of the strong duals. It is well-known that the answer is affirmative for spectra of Banach spaces if the projective limit is a quasinormable Fréchet space. In that case, the spectrum satisfies a certain condition which is called strong P-type. We provide an example which shows that strong P-type in general does not imply that the strong dual of the projective limit is the inductive limit of the strong duals, but on the other hand we show that this is indeed true if one deals with projective spectra of retractive (LB)-spaces. Finally, we apply our results to a question of Grothendieck about biduals of (LF)-spaces.  相似文献

Flows with respect to a functor F are introduced as a common generalization of the concepts of F-co-structured sinks and small F-co-structured sources. Appropriate factorization structures for functors are investigated and used to obtain several results that characterize coadjoint functors that have domains with various completeness conditions. When the functor in question is an identity functor, these results reduce to earlier results of Herrlich and Meyer for flows in a category. Functors of the type in question are shown to be nicely behaved with respect to composition. The dual notion of wolfs with respect to a functor is introduced, as is the concept of (co)limit with respect to a functor.  相似文献

We give a new theorem concerning the convergence of Newton's method to compute an approximate zero of a system of equations. In this result, the constanth 0=0.162434... appears, which plays a fundamental role in the localization of good initial points for the Newton iteration. We apply it to the determination of an appropriate discretization of the time interval in the classical homotopy method.  相似文献

The pivotal aim of the present work is to find the numerical solution for fractional Benney–Lin equation by using two efficient methods, called q ‐homotopy analysis transform method and fractional natural decomposition method. The considered equation exemplifies the long waves on the liquid films. Projected methods are distinct with solution procedure and they are modified with different transform algorithms. To illustrate the reliability and applicability of the considered solution procedures we consider eight special cases with different initial conditions. The fractional operator is considered in Caputo sense. The achieved results are drowned through two and three‐dimensional plots for different Brownian motions and classical order. The numerical simulations are presented to ensure the efficiency of considered techniques. The behavior of the obtained results for distinct fractional order is captured in the present framework. The outcomes of the present investigation show that, the considered schemes are efficient and powerful to solve nonlinear differential equations arise in science and technology.  相似文献
