Total and Semi‐Syntheses of Antimicrobial Thuggacin Derivatives

The total and semi‐synthesis of 13 new macrolactones derived from thuggacin, which is a secondary metabolite from the myxobacterium Sorangium cellulosum, are reported. The thuggacins have attracted much attention due to their strong antibacterial activity, particularly towards Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This study focuses on 1) thuggacin derivatives that cannot equilibrate by transacylation between the three natural thuggacins A–C, 2) the roles of the thiazole ring, and 3) the hexyl side chain at C2. Semi‐synthetic O‐methylation at C17 suppressed the transacylations without a substantial loss of antibacterial activity. Exchanging the C17–C25 side chain for simplified hydrophobic chains led to complete loss of antibacterial activity. Exchange of the thiazole by an oxazole ring or removal of the hexyl side chain at C2 had no substantial effect on the biological properties.

Development and validation of a RP-HPLC method for Roflumilast and its degradation products

Roflumilast is a phosphodiesterase type 4 inhibitor that is administered orally as a long-term, in the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma. Launched in 2010 for the European market, it currently does not have an official monograph. Here, a reproducible gradient RP-HPLC method was developed and validated for the separation and determination of Roflumilast in the presence of its six major degradation products. Separation was performed on a C₁₈ analytical column (250?×?4.6?mm, 5?µm) with a mobile phase-A of ACN and a phase-B of ammonium acetate buffer (5?mM, pH 4.2) containing triethylamine (0.5% v/v). The most effective RP-HPLC gradient program was determined to be 0/80, 35/10, 36/80, 40/80 (time in minutes/% mobile phase-B). The flow rate was 1.0?ml/min and the column temperature was 25°C. The success of separation of the degradation products with different chemical characteristics was obtained by extending the time of the gradient, changing the proportion of the mobile phases and increasing the velocity of the flow. Two detectors were evaluated for the identification of degradation products and Roflumilast: a diode-arrary detector and a charged aerosol detector. The inability of the charged aerosol detector to dectect one of the six degradation products indicated that the method developed with RP-HPLC and the diode-array detector was more suitable for Roflumilast analysis. The method was validated according to specificity, linearity, LOD, LOQ, accuracy, precision and robustness.     

松木屑与褐煤共气化的TG-FTIR实验研究

利用TG-FTIR对松木屑、褐煤及其混合物的共气化过程及气化产物进行了分析，研究了掺混比例、升温速率以及反应气氛对共气化过程的影响。结果表明，松木屑加入后提高了试样的反应活性，随松木屑比例增加，气化失重速率逐渐降低，CO的开始析出温度及析出峰面积A_CO呈降低趋势；较低的升温速率有利于CO和CH₄的析出，随着升温速率的增加，DTG曲线向高温侧移动，最大失重速率显著增加，褐煤热解对应的峰逐渐消失；CO₂气氛对挥发分析出阶段的失重行为影响不明显；空气气氛时挥发分析出阶段的两个失重峰分别对应挥发分的燃烧和固定碳燃烧，该气氛下没有明显的焦炭气化阶段。     

Gold-Catalyzed Oxidative Aminocyclizations of Propargyl Alcohols and Propargyl Amines to Form Two Distinct Azacyclic Products: Carbene Formation versus a 3,3-Sigmatropic Shift of an Initial Intermediate

Gold-catalyzed oxidations of propargyl alcohols with nitrones by using a P(tBu)₂(o-biphenyl)Au⁺ catalyst, afforded bicyclic annulation products from the Mannich reactions of gold enolates. The same reactions of propargyl amines with nitrones by using the same gold catalyst gave distinct oxoarylation products. Our DFT calculations indicate that oxidation of propargyl alcohols with nitrones by using electron-rich gold catalysts lead only to gold carbenes, which can generate gold enolates or oxoarylation intermediates with enolate species having a barrier smaller than that of oxoarylation species.     

考虑溯源系统应用的优质农产品双渠道供应链决策研究

优质农产品溯源系统的引入,既能提升有效供给、缩短流通时间,又能降低流通中的数量损耗和价值损失,由此带来了双渠道供应链系统在投资、销售、定价等方面的系列决策问题。考虑制造商开辟电子渠道、从溯源系统降低流通损耗和提高质量出发,分别构建制造商主导型的双渠道供应链决策模型。通过对比分析应用前后各成员在投资、定价及销售方面的最优策略,得到相关的核心边界值。数值仿真结果表明:核心边界值主要与双重损耗的改善程度及其他参数相关,各成员及系统接受溯源系统的应用成本不同,应用成本对各渠道销量的影响程度亦不相同,但各成员调整定价的应用成本边界值是一致的。     

Copper Bis(oxazoline)-Catalyzed Enantioselective Alkynylation of Benzopyrylium Ions

The stereocontrolled construction of biologically relevant chromanones and tetrahydroxanthones has been achieved through the addition of alkynes to benzopyrylium trilfates under the influence of copper bis(oxazoline) catalysis. Excellent levels of enantiocontrol (63–98 % ee) are achieved in the addition of a variety of alkynes to an array of chromenones with a hydrogen in the 2-position. Promising levels of enantiocontrol (54–67 % ee) are achieved in the alkynylation of chromenones with esters in the 2-position, generating tertiary ether stereocenters resembling those frequently found in naturally occurring metabolites.     

Gammaspektren von Spaltproduktgemischen

Die Gammaspektren von Radionuklidgemischen, die als Folge der Folge der momentanen Spaltung von²³⁵ U mit thermischen Neutronen, ²³⁵U und ²³⁹ Pu mit Spaltneutronen und ²³⁸ U mit 14-MeV -Neutronen entstehen, wurden berechnet. Die Angaben über Zerfallsreihen, Spaltausbeuten, Halbwertszeiten und Nuklidgammaspektren für etwa 200 Radionuklide basieren vol allem auf einer Zusammenstellung von Davies. Es sind die Gammaspektren, die Gammaemissionsraten, die Expositionsdosisleistungen und die mittleren Energien für ein Alter der Spaltproduktgemische von einer Minute bis zu 100 Jahren angegeben.
