Some interval-valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic Choquet operators and their application to multi-attribute group decision making

In this study a generated admissible order between interval-valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic numbers using two continuous functions is introduced. Then, two interval-valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic operators called the interval-valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic Choquet averaging (IVIULCA) operator and the interval-valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic Choquet geometric mean (IVIULCGM) operator are defined, which consider the interactive characteristics among elements in a set. In order to overall reflect the correlations between them, we further define the generalized Shapley interval-valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic Choquet averaging (GS-IVIULCA) operator and the generalized Shapley interval-valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic Choquet geometric mean (GS-IVIULCGM) operator. Moreover, if the information about the weights of experts and attributes is incompletely known, the models for the optimal fuzzy measures on expert set and attribute set are established, respectively. Finally, a method to multi-attribute group decision making under interval-valued intuitionistic uncertain linguistic environment is developed, and an example is provided to show the specific application of the developed procedure.     

ZL-amenability and characters for the restricted direct products of finite groups

Let G   be a restricted direct product of finite groups _{Gi}i∈I${\{G_i\}}_{i\in I}$, and let Z?¹(G)${\mathrm{Z}?}^1(G)$ denote the centre of its group algebra. We show that Z?¹(G)${\mathrm{Z}?}^1(G)$ is amenable if and only if _Gi$G_i$ is abelian for all but finitely many i  , and characterize the maximal ideals of Z?¹(G)${\mathrm{Z}?}^1(G)$ which have bounded approximate identities. We also study when an algebra character of Z?¹(G)${\mathrm{Z}?}^1(G)$ belongs to _c0$c_0$ or ?^p${?}^p$ and provide a variety of examples.     

Embeddable quantum homogeneous spaces

We discuss various notions generalizing the concept of a homogeneous space to the setting of locally compact quantum groups. On the von Neumann algebra level we recall an interesting duality for such objects studied earlier by M. Izumi, R. Longo, S. Popa for compact Kac algebras and by M. Enock in the general case of locally compact quantum groups. A definition of a quantum homogeneous space is proposed along the lines of the pioneering work of Vaes on induction and imprimitivity for locally compact quantum groups. The concept of an embeddable quantum homogeneous space is selected and discussed in detail as it seems to be the natural candidate for the quantum analog of classical homogeneous spaces. Among various examples we single out the quantum analog of the quotient of the Cartesian product of a quantum group with itself by the diagonal subgroup, analogs of quotients by compact subgroups as well as quantum analogs of trivial principal bundles. The former turns out to be an interesting application of the duality mentioned above.     

Partially harmonic forms and models of H-series

Let G   be a real reductive Lie group, let H=TA$H=TA$ be the identity component of a Cartan subgroup, and let h$\mathfrak{h}$ be the corresponding Cartan subalgebra. This leads to a parabolic subgroup of G whose identity component is MAN. The unitary G-representations induced by MAN are known as the H  -series. We study symplectic geometry of G×h$G\times \mathfrak{h}$ and apply geometric quantization to construct unitary G-representations by partially harmonic forms. They are direct integrals of the H-series, indexed by the image of the moment map. We also perform symplectic reduction and symplectic induction, and consider their analogues in representation theory via geometric quantization.     

Characterizing sequences for precompact group topologies

Motivated from [31], call a precompact group topology τ on an abelian group G ss-precompact (abbreviated from single sequence precompact  ) if there is a sequence u=(_un)$\mathbf{u}=(u_n)$ in G such that τ is the finest precompact group topology on G   making u=(_un)$\mathbf{u}=(u_n)$ converge to zero. It is proved that a metrizable precompact abelian group (G,τ)$(G,\tau )$ is ss-precompact iff it is countable. For every metrizable precompact group topology τ on a countably infinite abelian group G there exists a group topology η such that η is strictly finer than τ   and the groups (G,τ)$(G,\tau )$ and (G,η)$(G,\eta )$ have the same Pontryagin dual groups (in other words, (G,τ)$(G,\tau )$ is not a Mackey group in the class of maximally almost periodic groups).     

Anisotropic shearlet transforms for L2

In this paper, we present a new anisotropic generalization of the continuous shearlet transformation. This is achieved by means of an explicit construction of a family of reproducing Lie subgroups of the symplectic group. We study the properties of this new family of anisotropic shearlet transformations. In particular, we provide an analog of the Calderón admissibility condition for anisotropic shearlet reproducing functions.
