1H and 13C NMR assignments of abietane diterpenes from Aegiphila lhotzkyana

An NMR study of one new and several known abietane diterpenes isolated from the roots of Aegiphila lhotzkyana is described. In addition to 1D NMR, several 2D shift‐correlated NMR pulse sequences (¹H–¹H‐COSY, NOESY, HMQC and HMBC) were used to establish all the structures, and unambiguously perform the ¹H and ¹³C chemical shift assignments of the new natural diterpene and three derivatives, the NMR data for which have not been reported previously. Experimental evidence for anisotropic response of a driven vortex lattice

We present kinetic inductance measurements in current driven Josephson junction arrays. Measurements performed with circular coils indicate that this technique is very sensitive to the vortex mobility. Results obtained with anisotropic detection coils provide experimental evidence for the anisotropic response of a driven vortex lattice. Anisotropic behavior is obtained when rising the temperature or the mean vortex velocity as indicated by the loss of the superconducting shielding capability, first in the direction of vortex motion and then in the perpendicular direction.     

Investigation of the Li1+xV3O8 electrode–organic electrolyte interface by scanning photoelectron microscopy

To investigate the formation of a solid electrolyte interface (SEI) on the Li_1+xV₃O₈ electrode surface in the thermodynamic stability range of the organic electrolyte, we applied scanning photoelectron microscopy (SPEM) to a pristine electrode and to an electrode after ten cycles. The F K-edge absorption spectrum of the cycled electrode showed that LiF forms on the electrode surface during the lithium insertion–extraction process in the Li_1+xV₃O₈/Li cell. The photoelectron spectrum for the cycled electrode showed intense spectral features corresponding to Li 1s, F 2s, F 2p, and P 2p electron signals, whereas these spectral features were of negligible intensity for the pristine electrode. The above results give strong support for the formation of an SEI that consists of LiF and compounds containing phosphorus during operation of the battery. The SPEM images also revealed that the fluorine distribution on the surface of the cycled electrode was inhomogeneous.     

Crystal Structure of Adduct 2-Phenyl-imidazo [ 4,5-f ] 1,10-phenanthroline Methanol

The structure of the title adduct comprises a phenanthroline derivative 2-phenyl-imidazo[4,5-f]1,10-phenanthroline and a methanol.The composition of the crystalline adduct was characterized as C19H12N4.CH3OH.It belongs to orthorhombic system,space group Pna21 with a=1.3693(4)nm,b=2.2988(7)nm,c=0.51338(15)nm,V=1.6160(8)nm^3.Z=4,and final R1=0.0423.wR2=0.1012 .Crystal structure shows that all the 19 carbon atoms and 4 nitrogen atoms are coplanar.The bond length data indicated that a very extensive conjugation system was formed.This conjugation makes the compound being a potentially excellent energy transformer used for luminescent materials.     

单光子探测器量子效率的绝对自身标定方法

提出一种单光子探测器量子效率的绝对自身标定方案，利用光参量下转换过程中产生的光子对在时间上的相关性，先将参量光束分为两路，然后引入相对延时，使同时产生的孪生光子先后进入单光子探测器，然后将探测器之后的电路分为三路，其中一路直接进入计数器得到探测器所探测到的光子的总计数率，另两路用电路方法引入和光路相当的相对延时，经符合电路后进入计数器，得到前后到达探测器的光子对之间的符合计数率.这样，从符合计数率与总光子计数率之比即可在不需要任何其他探测器或者参照标准的情况下获得探测器的量子效率.文中给出两种方案，分别适     

中国股票市场风险的实证分析研究

本文从实证角度说明了上证指数和深证成份指数存在着GARCH现象 ,并建立了沪、深两市股指波动率的IGARCH(1,1) M模型与EGARCH(1,1) M模型。将估计的IGARCH(1,1) M模型与EGARCH(1,1) M模型比较得出 ,对上证指数的波动率 ,IGARCH(1,1) M模型与EGARCH(1,1) M模型的模拟效果基本相同 ,而对深证成份指数的波动率 ,IGARCH M模型要略优于EGARCH M模型。同时还对两市的股指收益的波动率进行了预测分析     

New Branch-and-Cut Algorithm for Bilevel Linear Programming

Linear mixed 0–1 integer programming problems may be reformulated as equivalent continuous bilevel linear programming (BLP) problems. We exploit these equivalences to transpose the concept of mixed 0–1 Gomory cuts to BLP. The first phase of our new algorithm generates Gomory-like cuts. The second phase consists of a branch-and-bound procedure to ensure finite termination with a global optimal solution. Different features of the algorithm, in particular, the cut selection and branching criteria are studied in details. We propose also a set of algorithmic tests and procedures to improve the method. Finally, we illustrate the performance through numerical experiments. Our algorithm outperforms pure branch-and-bound when tested on a series of randomly generated problems. Dihalodimethyltin(IV) complexes of 2‐(pyrazol‐1‐ylmethyl)pyridine

Reaction of dichloro‐ and dibromodimethyltin(IV) with 2‐(pyrazol‐1‐ylmethyl)pyridine (PMP) afforded [SnMe₂Cl₂(PMP)] and [SnMe₂Br₂(PMP)] respectively. The new complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and mass spectrometry and by IR, Raman and NMR (¹H, ¹³C) spectroscopies. Structural studies by X‐ray diffraction techniques show that the compounds consist of discrete units with the tin atom octahedrally coordinated to the carbon atoms of the two methyl groups in a trans disposition (Sn? C = 2.097(5), 2.120(5) Å and 2.110(6), 2.121(6) Å in the chloro and in the bromo compounds respectively), two cis halogen atoms (Sn? Cl = 2.4908(16), 2.5447(17) Å; Sn? Br = 2.6875(11), 2.7464(9) Å) and the two donor atoms of the ligand (Sn? N = 2.407(4), 2.471(4) Å and 2.360(5), 2.455(5) Å). In both cases, the Sn? Liquid-phase chlorination ofC-chlorovinylsilanes

Liquid-phase chlorination of a number of chloro(chlorovinyl)methylsilanes was investigated. A number of novelC-chlorosilanes were characterized by IR and¹H NMR spectra. Some regularities of these reactions were determined; correlations between the structure of chloro(chlorovinyl)methylsilanes and their reactivities were identified.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Study of local lattice relaxation of substitutional impurities in silicon and germanium

Local lattice relaxation of substitutional donors in silicon investigated using self‐consistent multiple scattering Xα (MSXα) method within the framework of the standard muffin‐tin potential approximation is extended to substitutional donors in germanium and substitutional acceptors in both silicon and germanium. Incorporating the effect of lattice relaxation surrounding the impurity makes the model suitable for both shallow and deep levels. Chemical trends of some aspects of impurity states, such as local lattice relaxation and charge transfer, of the impurities both in silicon and germanium are inferred. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
