Spectral Properties of Thioflavin T and Its Complexes with Amyloid Fibrils

Comparative analysis of the absorption and fluorescence spectra and fluorescence excitation spectra of thioflavin T (ThT) in various solvents and in the composition of amyloid fibrils has shown that ThT, when excited in the region of the long-wavelength absorption band, fluoresces in the spectral region with a maximum at 478–484 nm. The appearance in aqueous and alcohol solutions of a fluorescence band with a maximum near 440 nm has been attributed to the presence in the composition of the ThT preparations of an impurity with an absorption band in the 340–350-nm range. The literature data showing that in glycerol ThT has a wide fluorescence spectrum with two maxima are due to the artifact connected with the use of a high concentration of the dye. It has been suggested that the cause of the low quantum yield of ThT aqueous and alcohol solutions is the breakage of the system of conjugated bonds due to the reorientation of the benzothiozole and benzaminic rings of ThT in the excited state with respect to one another. The main factor determining the high quantum yield of fluorescence of ThT incorporated in fibrils is the steric restriction of the rotation of the rings about one another under these conditions. The suggestions made have been verified by the quantum-chemical calculation of the ThT molecule geometry in the ground and excited states.     

Shadowing with multidimensional time in Banach spaces

We study linear dynamical systems with multidimensional time in Banach spaces. Using Taylor functional calculus we prove that under additional assumptions hyperbolic systems have shadowing property.     

CCD光谱谱线标定方法研究

CCD作为光谱分析和测色仪器的光谱接收器件 ,光谱谱线定位受单色仪狭缝和CCD光敏元尺寸影响。提出采用最小二乘法做曲线拟合和质心法来确定光谱线在CCD上的精确定位 ,使光谱谱线的定位精度得到提高 ,并且不受CCD光敏元尺寸限制。实验结果表明 ,两种方法对光谱线的定位 ,具有重复性高 ,稳定性好等特点。在定位精度上 ,两者具有一致性。     

含语言评价信息的一种模糊多属性群决策方法

对于多属性群决策问题的处理,有时需要采用先决策、后综合的处理方法,而含有语言评价信息的多属性群决策问题,定性目标一般用语言评价信息描述,由决策人给出定性目标和权系数的语言变量评价,用梯形模糊数表示,对定量目标进行无量纲化处理;将决策人对于单一目标的评价指标聚合成多个目标的评价模糊数,采用Bass-Kw akernaak模糊数排序方法对方案进行排序;群体的评价通过Borda函数来集结方案集的群体排序.     

Instability of Solitary Waves in Nonlinear Composite Media

In this paper,we investigate a class of Hamiltonian systems arising in nonlinear composite media.By detailed analysis and computation we obtain a decaying estimates on the semigroup and prove the orbitalinstability of two families of explicit solitary wave solutions (slow family in anisotropic case and solitary wavesin isotropic case),which theoretically verify the related guess and numerical results.     

Ultra <Emphasis Type="Italic">LI</Emphasis>-ideals in lattice implication algebras and <Emphasis Type="Italic">MTL</Emphasis>-algebras

A mistake concerning the ultra LI-ideal of a lattice implication algebra is pointed out, and some new sufficient and necessary conditions for an LI-ideal to be an ultra LI-ideal are given. Moreover, the notion of an LI-ideal is extended to MTL-algebras, the notions of a (prime, ultra, obstinate, Boolean) LI-ideal and an ILI-ideal of an MTL-algebra are introduced, some important examples are given, and the following notions are proved to be equivalent in MTL-algebra: (1) prime proper LI-ideal and Boolean LI-ideal, (2) prime proper LI-ideal and ILI-ideal, (3) proper obstinate LI-ideal, (4) ultra LI-ideal. 一个新的最优模糊存储模型

提出一个新的具有积压定单的关于模糊订购量的模糊存储模型.在模糊函数原理下,给出了模糊总存储成本.为了寻找最优解,把最优模糊存储模型转化为双目标最优化模型,利用L ingo8.0求解不等式约束问题,我们发现最优解都是确定的实数.此外,当模糊订购量和模糊总需求都是三角形(或权重均为1/2梯形)模糊数时,我们提出模型的最优解与经典的具有积压定单存储模型具有相同的结果.     

Linear Relations, Differential Inclusions, and Degenerate Semigroups

A generalized linear differential equation in a Banach space is studied. The construction of a phase space and solutions with the help of the spectral theory of linear operators, ergodic theorems, and degenerate semigroups of linear operators is carried out.     

波长检测技术在温度测量中的应用

提出一种波长检测技术实现温度测量的方法,利用FBG传感器对温度等物理量实施监测,具有测试精度高,应用场合不受限制等特点,当环境参数发生变化时,光纤光栅的有效折射率和光栅周期会受到影响,将引起光纤光栅峰值波长的偏移,依据反射光谱结构的变化,可知道其温度的变化趋势。实验测试结果表明,在温度变化0.1°,波长变化1pm,温度和波长具有良好的线性关系。     

Ⅰ类超晶格势阱中能级分布及电子跃迁规律研究

在研究大量实验曲线的基础上,指出势阱所有能级均有一定的宽度,电子或空穴在各能级中出现的概率符合正态分布,从理论上分析了I类超晶格和双势垒单势阱的发光光谱与吸收光谱·解释了GaAs/Ga1-xAlxAs多量子阱和超晶格吸收光谱吸收边及量子阱变窄时各吸收峰的“蓝移现象”及GaAs/Ga1-xAlxAs双势垒单量子阱样品的电流—电压特性曲线及电导—电压特性曲线的特征和出现的“负阻效应”·
