模糊模式识别在房地产预警信息系统中的应用

本文利用模糊模式识别和主成分分析等方法，进行房地产预警实证分析。以南京房地产市场为例说明。在面对若干繁冗驳杂的一系列指标时，如何进行指标归类，建立一套指标体系，以及如何分析这些指标反映的房地产市场所处的警情的层面。从而适时的得出一些分析结果，以供管理者做出及时的政策调整，避免房地产业危机的产生。     

基于Fuzzy等价关系的矩形聚类方法

证明了Boole矩阵与模糊矩阵等价的充分必要条件,总结出Fuzzy聚类的矩形方法.针对《中国大学评价》中的6所林业院校,应用矩形方法,直接从模糊关系矩阵逐步降低阈值,得到分类的矩形表.此方法操作简单,形象直观,分类合理.

Categorical Abstract Algebraic Logic: Leibniz Equality and Homomorphism Theorems

The study of structure systems, an abstraction of the concept of first-order structures, is continued. Structure systems have algebraic systems rather than universal algebras as their algebraic reducts. Moreover, their relational component consists of a collection of relation systems on the underlying functors rather than simply a system of relations on a single set. Congruence systems of structure systems are introduced and the Leibniz congruence system of a structure system is defined. Analogs of the Homomorphism, the Second Isomorphism and the Correspondence Theorems of Universal Algebra are provided in this more abstract context. These results generalize corresponding results of Elgueta for equality-free first-order logic. Finally, a version of Gödel’s Completeness Theorem is provided with reference to structure systems.     

On the generalized Hyers-Ulam stability of module left derivations

Let A be a unital normed algebra and let M be a unitary Banach left A-module. If f:A→M is an approximate module left derivation, then f:A→M is a module left derivation. Moreover, if M=A is a semiprime unital Banach algebra and f(tx) is continuous in t∈R for each fixed x in A, then every approximately linear left derivation f:A→A is a linear derivation which maps A into the intersection of its center Z(A) and its Jacobson radical rad(A). In particular, if A is semisimple, then f is identically zero.     

“Solution” of the EPR Paradox: Negative, or Rather Fuzzy Probabilities?

Negative probabilities were several times proposed in the literature as a way to reconcile violation of Bell-type inequalities with the premise of local realism. It is argued that instead of using negative probabilities that have no physical meaning one can use for this purpose fuzzy probabilities that have sound and unambiguous interpretation.

基于模糊数学和灰色理论的多层次综合评价方法及其应用

针对多层次指标体系的综合评价问题,在模糊综合评判方法的基础上,结合灰色理论,提出了一种新的定量综合评价方法—多层次模糊灰关联聚类分析综合评价方法.应用该方法对油气钻井技术进行综合评价,取得了满意的结果.     

模糊控制在交流伺服系统中的应用

提出了一种具有调整因子的规则自校正的模糊控制交流伺服系统，可以满足不同时域的控制要求，按不同的规则生成模糊控制查询表，使得模糊控制规则可以在线调整．仿真结果表明具有调整因子的规则自校正模糊控制器的交流伺服系统的性能较一般PID控制的交流伺服系统有了较大的改善．
