The preparation of rigid aromatic, highly branched polyamides is described. Owing to the method of preparation and the chosen ratio of difunctional to trifunctional monomers, these entities are highly porous and not dendrimeric in nature. They better conform with the fractal model and are therefore called fractal polyamides (FPs). The effects of variations in the polymerization procedure, in total monomer concentration, in the ratio of amine to carboxyl groups and in the duration of the polycondensation reaction are investigated. Some characterization was performed and the results are presented and briefly discussed.  相似文献

We have worked out a method for the synthesis of 1,3,3-trisubstituted triazene 1-oxides based upon reaction of 1,1-disubstituted hydrazines with bromine in the presence of aryl- and heteroarylnitroso compounds in acid media. Obtained are a broad range of triazene 1-oxides, among which hitherto unknown compounds of the series of pyrazole and 3,3-dialkyltriazene 1-oxides that contain functional groups at the alkyl part of the molecule. We propose a reaction scheme which includes in situ formation of diazenium cations and reaction of them with nitroso compounds that are present in the system. By means of PMR,13C, and14N NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectroscopy, it has been shown that in all the prepared compounds the oxidated nitrogen atom is at the N1 position of the triazene N-oxide group.N. It is proposed that in molecular mechanics calculation points belonging to various stable or meta-sta-ble conformtrs are mixed up and form fractal structures in conformation space.The calculation results show the following two phenomena:(i)Two levels of structure with fractal feature were observed.Around the conformer without mirror symmetry points belonging to the conformer and its enantiomer are mixed up and form the first level of fractal structure; on the boundary of the attractive basin o{ each atlractor,points belonging to different attractors form the second level of fractal structure.(ii) The variation of molecular mechanics parameters will influence the structure and area of each attractive basin significantly The above phenomena may become the basis of a new method for solving the troublesome multi-minimum-point problem in molecular mechanics calculation.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the pulsating fronts of reaction–advection-diffusion equations with two types of nonlinear term in periodic excitable media. Firstly, for the case with combustion nonlinearity, the unique front is proved to decay exponentially when it approaches the unstable limiting state. Secondly, for the degenerate monostable type nonlinearity, it is shown that the front with critical speed is unique, monotone and decays exponentially at negative end, while the fronts of noncritical speeds decay to zero non-exponentially.  相似文献

A simple theoretical model is described for deriving a 1-dimensional equation for the spreading of a tracer in a steady flow at the field scale. The originality of the model is to use a stochastic appoach not in the 3-dimensional space but in the 1-D space of the stream tubes. The simplicity of calculation comes from the local relationship between permeability and velocity in a 1-D flow. The spreading of a tracer front is due to local variations in the cross-sectional area of the stream tubes, which induces randomness in travel time. The derived transport equation is averaged in the main flow direction. It differs from the standard dispersion equation. The roles of time and space variables are exchanged. This result can be explained by using the statistical theory of Continuous Time Random Walk instead of a standard Random Walk. However, the two equations are very close, since their solutions have the same first and second moments. This paper continues the study of exponentsd(x), d (x), d R (x) andd (x) for graphG; and the nearest neighbor random walk {X n } nN onG, if the starting pointX 0=x is fixed. These exponents are responsible for the geometric, resistance, diffusion and spectral properties of the graph. The main concern of this paper is the relation of these exponents to the spectral density of the transition matrix. A series of new exponentse, e ,e R ,e are introduced by allowingx to vary along the vertices. We study the diffusion of polymers through quenched short-range correlated random media by renormalization group (RG) methods, which allow us to derive universal predictions in the limit of long chains and weak disorder. We take local quenched random potentials with second momentv and the excluded-volume interactionu of the chain segments into account. We show that our model contains the relevant features of polymer diffusion in random media in the RG sense if we focus on the local entropic effects rather than on the topological constraints of a quenched random medium. The dynamic generating functional and the general structure of its perturbation expansion inu andv are derived. The distribution functions for the center-of-mass motion and the internal modes of one chain and for the correlation of the center of mass motions of two chains are calculated to one-loop order. The results allow for sufficient cross-checks to have trust in the one-loop renormalizability of the model. The general structure as well as the one-loop results of the integrated RG flow of the parameters are discussed. Universal results can be found for the effective static interactionwu–v0 and for small effective disorder coupling on the intermediate length scalel. As a first physical prediction from our analysis, we determine the general nonlinear scaling form of the chain diffusion constant and evaluate it explicitly as for .  相似文献

The multifractal formalism for singular measures is revisited using the wavelet transform. For Bernoulli invariant measures of some expanding Markov maps, the generalized fractal dimensions are proved to be transition points for the scaling exponents of some partition functions defined from the wavelet transform modulus maxima. The generalization of this formalism to fractal signals is established for the class of distribution functions of these singular invariant measures. It is demonstrated that the Hausdorff dimensionD(h) of the set of singularities of Hölder exponenth can be directly determined from the wavelet transform modulus maxima. The singularity spectrum so obtained is shown to be not disturbed by the presence, in the signal, of a superimposed polynomial behavior of ordern, provided one uses an analyzing wavelet that possesses at leastN>n vanishing moments. However, it is shown that aC behavior generally induces a phase transition in theD(h) singularity spectrum that somewhat masks the weakest singularities. This phase transition actually depends on the numberN of vanishing moments of the analyzing wavelet; its observation is emphasized as a reliable experimental test for the existence of nonsingular behavior in the considered signal. These theoretical results are illustrated with numerical examples. They are likely to be valid for a large class of fractal functions as suggested by recent applications to fractional Brownian motions and turbulent velocity signals.  相似文献

We examine the steady-state flux of particles diffusing in a one-dimensional finite chain with Sinai-type disorder, i.e., the system in which in addition to the thermal noise, particles are subject to a stationary random-correlated in space Gaussian force. For this model we calculate the disorder average (over configurations of the random force) flux exactly for arbitrary values of system's parameters, such as chain lengthN, strength of the force, and temperature. We prove that within the limitN1 the average flux decreases withN as J(N)=C/N and thus confirm our recent predictions that the flux in the discrete-space Sinai model is anomalous.  相似文献
