A d-web in ( ,0) is given by d complex analytic foliations of codimension one in ( ,0) which are in general position. A d-web in ( ,0) is linear if all the leaves are (pieces of) hyperplanes in and is algebraic if it is associated, by duality, to a nondegenerate algebraic curve in of degree d. We characterize linear webs in ( ,0). We give explicit conditions under which a linear d-web in ( ,0) is algebraic and we obtain equations for in this case. A novel method for the determination of Pb2+ has been developed based on quenching of the fluorescence of thiol-capped CdTe quantum dots (QDs) by Pb2+ in aqueous solutions. Under optimum conditions, the relative fluorescence intensity was linearly proportional to the concentration of Pb2+ between 2.0 × 10−6 and 1.0 × 10−4 mol L−1 with a detection limit of 2.7 × 10−7 mol L−1. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.6% for a 4.0 × 10−5 mol L−1 Pb2+ solution (N = 5). As an application, the proposed method was successfully applied to the analysis of Pb2+ in food samples, and the results were satisfactory, i.e. consistent with those of flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). A new multiresidue method has been developed and validated for the determination of more than 140 pesticide residues in cucumber and orange by gas chromatography coupled to triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-QqQ-MS/MS) in a single run of 25.50 min. The triple quadrupole (QqQ) analyzer simultaneously operated in the selected reaction monitoring (SRM) and selected ion monitoring (SIM) modes, acquiring two or three transitions per compound. Samples were extracted by the application of a single-phase extraction of 10 g of sample with acetonitrile containing 1% of acetic acid, followed by a liquid-liquid partition formed by the addition of 4 g of MgSO(4) and 1 g of NaOAc. A dispersive solid-phase extraction (D-SPE) with primary secondary amine (PSA) was applied to clean up the extracts. A final concentration step was included in order to increase sensitivity in the instrumental analysis. The method was properly validated in each matrix in a wide dynamic range (10-400 microg kg(-1)): this work relies on a new quantification strategy by the use of two calibration curves to increase the dynamic range, which permitted reduction of sample dilutions and increase in sample throughput. Recovery was studied at three concentration levels (11.5, 50.0, and 150.0 microg kg(-1)), yielding values in the range 70-110% with precision values, expressed as relative standard deviation (RSD), lower than 20 and 25% for the intraday and interday precision, respectively. Limits of quantification (LOQs) were established at 10 microg kg(-1), the lowest maximum residue level (MRL) value set by the European Union in vegetables. Sample preparation frequently is considered the most critical stage of the analytical workflow. It affects the analytical throughput and costs; moreover, it is the primary source of error and possible sample contamination. To increase efficiency, productivity, and reliability, while minimizing costs and environmental impacts, miniaturization and automation of sample preparation are necessary. Nowadays, several types of liquid-phase and solid-phase microextractions are available, as well as different automatization strategies. Thus, this review summarizes recent developments in automated microextractions coupled with liquid chromatography, from 2016 to 2022. Therefore, outstanding technologies and their main outcomes, as well as miniaturization and automation of sample preparation, are critically analyzed. Focus is given to main microextraction automation strategies, such as flow techniques, robotic systems, and column-switching approaches, reviewing their applications to the determination of small organic molecules in biological, environmental, and food/beverage samples.  相似文献

Histamine is a biogenic amine found in various body tissues and responsible for many critical vital activities. It is also responsible for allergic reactions in the body. Ingestion of foods containing high amounts of histamine can cause fatal allergic reactions. Albumin in plasma controls drugs and free concentrations of bioactive constituents taken to the body with food. Hence, this study aimed to characterise the interactions of histamine with bovine serum albumin. Capillary electrophoresis in the frontal analysis mode was employed in this study as a practical approach for assessing histamine-bovine serum albumin affinity. The plateau-shaped free histamine peak was well separated from the bovine serum albumin (BSA)-histamine complex peak. The free histamine concentration was obtained by following the height of the free histamine peak. Whereas the bound histamine concentrations were obtained by calculating the difference between the height of total and free histamine peaks. Histamine bound to BSA at one independent site with a Kb value of 2.50 × 103 L/mol. Moreover, an in-silico molecular docking method was performed, and it was revealed that the binding site of histamine was located closer to Lysine-131 in subdomain IIA of bovine serum albumin.  相似文献

UV-ink photoinitiators (PIs), which are used to initiate polymerization reaction for the curing of inks and lacquers, have become a kind of contaminant residues in printing plastic food packaging. The residual PIs in packaging may pose a potential threat to customers. In this work, migration behaviors of 13 PIs from a polyethylene (PE) packaging to food simulants according to regulation EU No 10/2011 were studied by supercritical fluid chromatography combined with photodiode array detector and tandem mass spectrometry (SFC-PDA-MS/MS). The method simultaneously analyzed 13 PIs within 4.5 min and was sensitively with low limits of detection of 0.02–2.16 μg/L, which could meet high throughput analysis for control the quality of food packaging. The migration results revealed that Irgacure 819, Darocure 1173 and TPO, which had low migration rates, should be preferably selected by plastic food packaging manufacture for food safety.  相似文献

以全氘代邻二甲苯为同位素标记前体,经氧化得到的D_4-邻苯二甲酸与3-羟基-N,N-二乙基苯胺反应生成稳定同位素标记的D_4-罗丹明B,总收率36.9%。目标产物的结构经质谱(MS)、核磁(NMR)等技术手段表征确认,通过高效液相色谱确定化学纯度高于98.0%,同位素氘丰度大于98.0%。将其作为同位素内标试剂用于果汁中罗丹明B的残留检测,在0.05~50 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,其检出限为5μg/kg,回收率为96.4%~103.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.0%~1.2%,具有很高的灵敏度和准确性。为食品安全领域违禁色素的检测提供了一种可靠实用的方法。  相似文献

A rabbit antibody immunoaffinity (IA) column procedure was evaluated as a cleanup method for the determination of atrazine in soil, sediment, and food. Four IA columns were prepared by immobilizing a polyclonal rabbit anti-atrazine antibody solution to HiTrap Sepharose columns. Atrazine was bound to the IA columns when the loading solvents were either 100% water, 2% acetonitrile in water, or 10% methanol in phosphate buffered saline (PBS). Quantitative removal of atrazine from the IA columns was achieved with elution solvents of either 70% ethanol in water, 70% methanol in water, or 100% methanol. One control column was prepared using nonspecific rabbit IgG antibody. This control column did not retain any applied atrazine indicating atrazine did not bind indiscriminately to protein or the Sepharose support. The four IA columns showed reproducible coupling efficiency for the immobilization of the atrazine antibody and consistent binding and releasing of atrazine. The coupling efficiency (4.25 mg of antibody in 1 mL of resin bed) for the four IA columns ranged from 93 to 97% with an average of 96 ± 2% (2.1%). Recoveries of the 500, 50, and 5 ng mL−1 atrazine standard solutions from the four IA columns were 107 ± 7% (6.5%), 122 ± 14% (12%), and 114 ± 9% (8.0%) respectively, based on enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) data. The maximum loading was approximately 700 ng of atrazine for each IA column (∼0.16 μg of atrazine per mg of antibody). The IA columns could withstand 100% methanol as the elution solvent and could be reused more than 50 times with no change in performance. The IA columns were challenged with soil, sediment, and duplicate-diet food samples and effectively removed interferences from these various matrices for subsequent gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) or ELISA analysis. The log-transformed ELISA and GC/MS data were significantly correlated for soil, sediment and food samples although the ELISA values were slightly higher than those obtained by GC/MS. The IA column cleanup procedure coupled with ELISA analysis could be used as an alternative effective analytical method for the determination of atrazine in complex sample media such as soil, sediment, and food samples.  相似文献

Salt concentrations in brine and temperature are the major environmental factors that affect activity of microorganisms and, thus may affect formation of biogenic amines (BAs) during the fermentation process. A model system to ferment cucumbers with low salt (0.5%, 1.5% or 5.0% NaCl) at two temperatures (11 or 23 °C) was used to study the ability of indigenous microbiota to produce biogenic amines and metabolize amino acid precursors. Colony counts for presumptive Enterococcus and Enterobacteriaceae increased by 4 and up to 2 log of CFU∙mL−1, respectively, and remained viable for more than 10 days. 16S rRNA sequencing showed that Lactobacillus and Enterobacter were dominant in fermented cucumbers with 0.5% and 1.5% salt concentrations after storage. The initial content of BAs in raw material of 25.44 ± 4.03 mg∙kg−1 fluctuated throughout experiment, but after 6 months there were no significant differences between tested variants. The most abundant BA was putrescine, that reached a maximum concentration of 158.02 ± 25.11 mg∙kg−1. The Biogenic Amines Index (BAI) calculated for all samples was significantly below that needed to induce undesirable effects upon consumption. The highest value was calculated for the 23 °C/5.0% NaCl brine variant after 192 h of fermentation (223.93 ± 54.40). Results presented in this work indicate that possibilities to control spontaneous fermentation by changing salt concentration and temperature to inhibit the formation of BAs are very limited.  相似文献
