This paper deals with the existence of three positive solutions for a class of nonlinear singular three-point boundary value problem with p-Laplacian. By means of a fixed point theorem duo to Leggett and Williams, sufficient condition for the existence of at least three positive solutions to the nonlinear singular three-point boundary value problem is established     

Multiple positive solutions for a class of nonlinear four-point boundary value problem with <Emphasis Type="Italic">p</Emphasis>-Laplacian

This paper deals with the existence of multiple positive solutions for a class of nonlinear singular four-point boundary value problem with p-Laplacian：

where φ（x） = ｜x｜^p-2x,p 〉 1, a（t） may be singular at t = 0 and/or t = 1. By applying Leggett-Williams fixed point theorem and Schauder fixed point theorem, the sufficient conditions for the existence of multiple （at least three） positive solutions to the above four-point boundary value problem are provided. An example to illustrate the importance of the results obtained is also given.     

Existence of periodic solutions of higher order nonlinear functional difference equations

Sufficient conditions for the existence of at least one periodic solution of two classes of functional difference equations are established, respectively.     

Multiplicity of positive solutions to M-point boundary value problem of second order impulsive differential equations

In this paper, by using Avery-Peterson theorem on a convex cone, we consider the m-point boundary value problems for second order impulsive differential equations with the nonlinear term depending on the first order derivative, the multiplicity result of three positive solutions are obtained.     

一类三阶拟线性方程两点边值问题的奇摄动

本文借助不动点原理,对一类三阶拟线性方程的边值问题的渐近解作了估计,得到了包括边界层在内的任意次近似的一致有效的渐近展开式。     

时间尺度上二阶动力方程三点边值问题解的存在性

运用锥中twin不动点定理,讨论了时间尺度上二阶动力方程三点边值问题至少有两个正解存在的条件．     

On the controllability of predator-prey systems

Local Controllability of Functional Integrodifferential Equations in Banach Space

In this paper, we establish a set of sufficient conditions for the local controllability of functional integrodifferential equations in Banach space. The results are obtained by using the methods of analytic semigroups, fractional powers of operators, and a fixed-point argument. These results generalize previous results on bounded linear operators to unbounded linear operators in which the equation involves a nonlinear delay term. An application to a partial integrodifferential equation is given.
