On the complete solution of ∈y″=y 3

In Ref. 1, the author claimed that the problem y=y ³ is soluble only for a certain range of the parameter . An analytic approach, as adopted in the following contribution, reveals that a unique solution exists for any positive value of . The solution is given in closed form by means of Jacobian elliptic functions, which can be numerically computed very efficiently. In the limit 0+, the solutions exhibit boundary-layer behavior at both endpoints. An easily interpretable approximate solution for small is obtained using a three-variable approach.     

On nash equilibrium solutions in nonzero-sum stochastic games with complete information

Two-person nonzero-sum stochastic games with complete information are considered. It is shown that it is sufficient to search the equilibrium solutions in a class of deterministic strategy pairs — the so-calledintimidation strategy pairs. Furthermore, properties of the set of all equilibrium losses of such strategy pairs are proved.

A RIEMANN-TYPE DEFINITION OF N-TH CESARO-PERRON INTEGRALS

In this paper, We give a varlational-type definition of (CnP) integrals. It is equivalent to the original definition of Perron-type and to the definition of Riemann-type, in this way the problem on definition of(CnP)′s Riemann-type has been solved completely.     

WEAK CONVERGENCE OF HENSTOCK INTEGRABLE SEQUENCES

Some relationships between pointwise and weak convergence of a sequence of Henstock integrable functions are studied, In particular it is provided an example of a sequence of Henstock integrable functions whose pointwise limit is different from the weak one. By introducing an asymptotic version of the Henstock equiintegrability notion it is given a necessary and sufficient condition in order that a pointwisely convergent sequence of Henstock integrable functions is weakly convergent to its pointwise limit.
