随着国外0.9~1.7μm InGaAs近红外相机的迅速发展,目前已被大量应用于工业和军事领域。探讨了InGaAs近红外相机在不同领域的应用,分析了InGaAs材料的优势及探测器选型。结合相应的探测器阵列,从相机偏置电压产生、时序驱动设计与制冷控制等方面给出了InGaAs近红外相机的硬件电路设计方案,解决了研制过程中的部分重难点,并针对后期图像处理进行了仿真验证,达到应用要求。  相似文献

We study a one-dimensional spin (interacting particle) system, with product Bernoulli (p) stationary distribution, in which a site can flip only when its left neighbor is in state +1. Such models have been studied in physics as simple exemplars of systems exhibiting slow relaxation. In our East model the natural conjecture is that the relaxation time (p), that is 1/(spectral gap), satisfies log (p) as p0. We prove this up to a factor of 2. The upper bound uses the Poincaré comparison argument applied to a wave (long-range) comparison process, which we analyze by probabilistic techniques. Such comparison arguments go back to Holley (1984, 1985). The lower bound, which atypically is not easy, involves construction and analysis of a certain coalescing random jumps process.  相似文献

We found that the interaction of paramagnetic centers that have different relaxation times differs fundamentally from the interaction of centers having close relaxation times. Simulation showed that in this case there is an anomalous redistribution of the spectral-line intensity from the center to the wings with a virtually preserved distance between extremal points (super-Lorentzian shape of the line), which leads to underestimation of the total intensity recorded. The results obtained make it possible to explain a number of aspects of the radiospectroscopy of carbon materials of practical importance such as the nature of the generally accepted maximum on the curve for the dependence of the total intensity of an EPR signal on the temperature of the heat treatment of organic compounds and the degree of metamorphism of natural coals, the specific features of the effect of oxygen molecules and paramagnetic ions of metals on the EPR spectra of carbon materials, etc. Belarusian State University, 4, F. The time development of the reduced density matrix for a quantum oscillator damped by coupling it to an ohmic environment is calculated via an identity of the Debye-Waller form. Results obtained some years ago by Hakim and the author in the free-particle limit(10) are thus recovered. The evolution of a free particle in a prepared initial state is examined, and a previously published exchange(5,9) is illuminated with figures showing no decoherence without dissipation. An endlessly single mode highly polarization maintaining nonlinear microstructure fiber at telecommunication window is reported via full-vector finite element method. By taking three ring hexagonal PCF with suitable fiber parameter such as air hole diameter in cladding region d = 0.8 μm, pitch 2.3 μm and introducing four symmetrical large air holes near core region d′ = 2 μm, single mode (Veff ≤ π), small effective mode area 2.7 μm2, nonlinear co-efficient 44.39 W−1 km−1, high phase birefringence of the order of 10−3 and group birefringence of the order of 10−4 with beat length 0.3 μm at wavelength 1.55 μm are achieved.  相似文献

The free mesh method (FMM) is a kind of the meshless methods intended for particle-like finite element analysis of problems that are difficult to handle using global mesh generation, or a node-based finite element method that employs a local mesh generation technique and a node-by-node algorithm. The aim of the present paper is to review some unique numerical solutions of fluid and solid mechanics by employing FMM as well as the Enriched Free Mesh Method (EFMM), which is a new version of FMM, including compressible flow and sounding mechanism in air-reed instruments as applications to fluid mechanics, and automatic remeshing for slow crack growth, dynamic behavior of solid as well as large-scale Eigen-frequency of engine block as applications to solid mechanics.  相似文献

The performance of a four‐element Si drift detector for energy‐dispersive fluorescence‐yield X‐ray absorption fine‐structure measurements is reported, operating at the National Institute of Standards and Technology beamline X23A2 at the National Synchrotron Light Source. The detector can acquire X‐ray absorption fine‐structure spectra with a throughput exceeding 4 × 105 counts per second per detector element (>1.6 × 106 total counts per second summed over all four channels). At this count rate the resolution at 6 keV is approximately 220 eV, which adequately resolves the Mn Kα and Kβ fluorescence lines. Accurate dead‐time correction is demonstrated, and it has been incorporated into the ATHENA data analysis program. To maintain counting efficiency and high signal to background, it is suggested that the incoming count rate should not exceed ~70% of the maximum throughput.  相似文献

A new charge measurement method, time over threshold (TOT), has been used in some gas detectors lately. Here TOT is studied for TOF system, made of plastic scintillator counter, which can simplify the electronics of the system. The signal characteristics are measured and analyzed with a high quality oscilloscope, including noise, pedestal, signal amplitude, total charge, rise time and the correlation between them. The TOT and charge are related and can be fitted by some empirical formula. The charge measurement resolution by TOT is given and this will help the design of TOF electronics.  相似文献
