High surface energy of high-index facets endows nanocrystals with high activities and thus promotes potential applications such as highly efficient catalysts,special optical,electrical and magnetic devices.But the high surface energy of the high-index facets usually drives them to grow faster than the other facets and finally disappear during the crystal growth,which leads the synthesis of nanocrystals with high-indexed facets exposed to be a great challenge.Herein,we introduced two routes to control the synthesis of-Fe2O3polyhedrons with different sets of high-index facets,one using different metal ions(Ni2+,Cu2+or Zn2+)as structure-directing agents and the other applying polymer surfactant sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)as additive.The growth process of high-index-Fe2O3polyhedrons was also discussed and possible growth mechanism was proposed.  相似文献

直接甲酸燃料电池(DFAFCs)是一种很有前景的可用于移动电子设备的电源. 钯对甲酸电催化氧化有很高的活性,但稳定性较差,容易失活;铂对甲酸电催化氧化的活性低于钯,但稳定性好. 前期研究表明,高指数晶面铂纳米粒子对甲酸的电催化氧化活性显著高于低指数晶面铂纳米粒子. 本文以碳纸为载体,应用方波电位法生长高指数晶面铂纳米粒子(HIF-Pt/C-paper),通过改变方波上下限电位,合成出不同粒径的二十四面体和偏方三八面体铂纳米粒子. 进一步在碳纸上修饰一层碳黑微孔层并优化电沉积条件,制备出粒径约10 nm,载量0.069 mg•cm-2的HIF-Pt/C-paper作为DFAFCs的阳极催化剂.在甲酸浓度为3M时,测得30℃下单电池最大功率密度10.6 mW•cm-2,最大质量功率密度153.5 mW•mg-1Pt,是以1mg•cm-2 载量的商业60 wt% Pt/C为阳极催化剂的电池的8.4倍. HIF-Pt/C-paper阳极DFAFCs在20 mA•cm-2条件下运行50 h,电压保持率为95%,显示出很好的稳定性.  相似文献

Nd3+:Gd3Ga5O12(Nd:GGG)晶体是热容固体激光器的一种重要的工作介质.采用提拉法沿〈111〉方向生长出了Nd:GGG单晶,利用激光器、应力仪和偏光显微镜等仪器和方法,对晶体的小面生长及核心等缺陷进行了观察,分析了小面生长的机理,并提出了消除这些缺陷的办法.通过研究,为改善生长工艺、生长大尺寸优质Nd:GGG晶体提供参考.  相似文献

In this study, quasi‐cubic and hexagonal bipyramid α‐Fe2O3 polyhedrons with high‐index facets exposed were controllably synthesized by applying metal ions Zn2+ or Cu2+ as structure‐directing agents. The growth of the α‐Fe2O3 nanostructures with high‐index facets were induced by metal ions without the addition of any other surfactants. The quasi‐cubic form controlled by Zn2+ looks like a cube but has an angle of approximately 86° bound by (012), (10‐2), and (1‐12) facets, whereas the hexagonal bipyramid form controlled by Cu2+ has a sixfold axis bound by {012} facets. Magnetic measurements confirm that these two kinds of nanocrystals display shape‐ and surface‐dependent magnetic behaviors. The hexagonal bipyramid iron oxide nanocrystals show a lower Morin transition temperature of 240 K and might be spin‐canted ferromagnetically controlled at room temperature, and the ferromagnetism disappears at low temperature. The quasi‐cubic nanocrystals have a splitting between FC curve and ZFC curve from the highest experimental temperature and no Morin transformation occurs; this indicates that they would be defect ferromagnetically controlled at low temperature. The reported metal‐ion‐directing technique could provide a universal method for shape‐ and surface‐controlled synthesis of nanocrystals with high‐index facets exposed.  相似文献

提出一种新的八节点平板元用于分析复合材料叠层厚板的静力问题,板的位移场在板面内采用抛物线型插值,而在板厚方向采用Maclaurin级数展开,使得厚度方向的插值为任意阶多项式,相当于厚板中的高阶理论,取不同的级数项数,可得到不同精度的解。该单元满足C^0连续条件,不需增加新的网络,也不需增加新的输入数据,只要增加多项式级数的项数,便可得到较高精度的解。文中研究了算法的收敛性及计算精度,并与已有结果作了比较。  相似文献

CeO2 nanocrystals (CN) with different morphologies (i.e., cube, octahedron, and rod) are prepared and the facet‐dependent effect of these CeO2 nanocrystals on the adsorption and dephosphorylation of phosphorylated molecules is investigated for the first time using the model p‐nitrophenyl disodium orthophorphate (p‐NPP). Due to their different surface atomic configurations, the {111} and {110} facets have much higher adsorption capacity and kinetic catalytic activities than {100} facets. All the CeO2 nanocrystals can intensely promote the dephosphorylation reaction owing to the strong interaction between Ce cations and phosphoryl oxygens resulting in the cleavage of phosphoester bonds. As was expected, the above facet‐dependent effect can be verified by the practical application results of the CeO2 nanocrystals on the capture and dephosphorylation of phosphopeptides. Thus, surface engineering could be a useful and feasible strategy for not only fundamentally understanding the interaction between crystal facets and molecules but also effectively developing high‐performance functional materials.  相似文献

A practical strategy is proposed to facilitate the migration of holes in semiconductor (the low rate of which limits photocatalytic efficiency) by taking advantage of the Schottky barrier between p‐type semiconductor and metal. A high work function is found to serve as an important selection rule for building such desirable Schottky junction between semiconductor surface facets and metal. The intrinsic charge spatial distribution has to be taken into account when selecting the facets, as it results in accumulation of photoexcited electrons and holes on certain semiconductor facets. Importantly, the facets have a high work function, the same characteristic required for the formation of Schottky junction in a p‐type semiconductor–metal hybrid structure. As a result, the semiconductor crystals in the hybrid design may be better enclosed by single facets with high work function, so as to synergize the two effects: Schottky barrier versus charge spatial separation.  相似文献

We exhibit a polar relationship between two measures that have been proposed to evaluate the importance of TSP facets, the Kuhn–Gomory shooting experiment size and the probability of integrality in an augmented LP relaxation. The polarity establishes the complexity of performing the shooting experiment. We illustrate the resulting relationship on the Chinese postman and minimum spanning set problems.  相似文献
