交流源作用下介观RLC电路系统量子态随时间的演化

根据量子不变量理论，同时考虑介观电容器极板间电子波函数的耦合作用和电路的耗散,研究介观RLC电路系统在交流电流源作用下动力学的演化过程，并且得到描述系统量子态随时间的演化算符.进一步的分析结果表明，介观RLC电路系统的波函数将由任意的初态演化到一般的压缩态. 关键词： 介观RLC电路 交变电源 不变量理论 时间演化算符     

New Operator Identities and Combinatorics Studied by Virtue of IWOP Technique

Using the coherent state representation we derive some new operator identities and study some mathematical relations in combinatorics. The technique of integral within an ordered product (IWOP) of operators plays an essential role in realizing our goal.     

Extended Riccati Equation Rational Expansion Method and Its Application to Nonlinear Stochastic Evolution Equations

In this work, by means of a new more general ansatz and the symbolic computation system Maple, we extend the Riccati equation rational expansion method [Chaos, Solitons & Fractals 25 (2005) 1019] to uniformly construct a series of stochastic nontravelling wave solutions for nonlinear stochastic evolution equation. To illustrate the effectiveness of our method, we take the stochastic mKdV equation as an example, and successfully construct some new and more general solutions including a series of rational formal nontraveling wave and coefficient functions' soliton-like solutions and trigonometric-like function solutions. The method can also be applied to solve other nonlinear stochastic evolution equation or equations.

Propagation and collision of soliton rings in quantum semiconductor plasmas

The intrinsic localization of electrostatic wave energies in quantum semiconductor plasmas can be described by solitary pulses. The collision properties of these pulses are investigated. In the present study, the fundamental model includes the quantum term, degenerate pressure of the plasma species, and the electron/hole exchange–correlation effects. In cylindrical geometry, using the extended Poincaré–Lighthill–Kuo (PLK) method, the Korteweg–de Vries (KdV) equations and the analytical phase shifts after the collision of two soliton rings are derived. Typical values for GaSb and GaN semiconductors are used to estimate the basic features of soliton rings. It is found that the pulses of GaSb semiconductor carry more energies than the pulses of GaN semiconductor. In addition, the degenerate pressure terms of electrons and holes have strong impact on the phase shift. The present theory may be useful to analyze the collision of localized coherent electrostatic waves in quantum semiconductor plasmas.     

“Eigen-Operator” Method of the Square of Schroedinger Operator in Interaction Picture and Its Application in Describing Parametric Amplifiers

We extend the method of searching “eigen-operator” of the square of the Schroedinger operator to the interaction picture, which not only helps to construct Hamiltonians of two kinds of parametric amplifiers but also leads to a new uncertainty relation regarding to the free Hamiltonian and the interacting Hamiltonian.     

New Soliton-like Solutions and Multi-soliton Structures for Broer-Kaup System with Variable Coefficients

By using the further extended tanh method [Phys. Lett. A 307 （2003） 269; Chaos, Solitons ＆ Fractals 17 （2003） 669] to the Broer-Kaup system with variable coefficients, abundant new soliton-like solutions and multl-solitonlike solutions are derived. Based on the derived multi-soliton-like solutions which contain arbitrary functions, some interesting multi-soliton structures are revealed.     

Nonlinear Squeezed States and Multiplication Rule of Nonlinear Squeezing Operators Gained via Nonlinear Coherent State Representation and IWOP Technique

Using the nonlinear coherent state representation we derive nonlinear squeezed states and the multiplication rule of nonlinear squeezing operators. We find that the symplectic matrices multiplication rule in nonlinear coherent state projection operator representation maps into the multiplication rule of successive nonlinear squeezing operators.The technique of integral within an ordered product of operators plays an essential role in deriving the multiplication rule.
