A variational inequality and applications to quasistatic problems with Coulomb friction

The aim of this paper is to study an evolution variational inequality that generalizes some contact problems with Coulomb friction in small deformation elasticity. Using an incremental procedure, appropriate estimates and convergence properties of the discrete solutions, the existence of a continuous solution is proved. This abstract result is applied to quasistatic contact problems with a local Coulomb friction law for nonlinear Hencky and also for linearly elastic materials.     

On existence,uniqueness and convergence of multi-valued stochastic diferential equations driven by continuous semimartingales

In this paper we study the existence and uniqueness of solutions of multi-valued stochastic diferential equations driven by continuous semimartingales when the coefcients are stochastically Lipschitz continuous.We also show the convergence results when the random coefcients or the diferentials converge.     

A multi-dimension blow-up problem to a porous medium diffusion equation with special medium void

In this paper, we consider a multi-dimension porous medium equation with special void, a sufficient condition for the solution existing globally and two sufficient conditions for the solution blowing up in finite time are given.

广义非线性集值混合拟变分包含的扰动近似点算法

本文研究一类广义非线性集值混合拟变分包含,概括了尚明生等人引入与研究过的熟知的广义集值变分包含类成特例.运用预解算子的技巧,建立了广义非线性集值混合拟变分包含与不动点问题之间的等价性,其中,预解算子JρA(·,x)是具有常数1/(1+cρ)的Lipschitz连续算子.本文还建立了几个扰动迭代算法,并提供了由算法生成的逼近解的收敛判据,所得算法与结果改进与推广了尚明生等人的相应算法与结果.     

Toeplitz Operators with Symbols Generated by Slowly Oscillating and Semi-Almost Periodic Matrix Functions

We develop the Fredholm theory for Toeplitz operators, withsymbols in the C*-algebra D = [SO, SAP]_{n, n} generated by allslowly oscillating (SO) and semi-almost periodic (SAP) n x nmatrix functions, on the Hardy spaces (with 1 < p < ) over the upper half-plane.Using limit operator techniques, we get necessary Fredholm conditionsfor any operator in the Banach algebra alg(S, D) of singularintegral operators with coefficients in D on the space [L^p (R)]_n.Applying the Allan–Douglas local principle and the theoryof Toeplitz operators with SAP matrix symbols, we also establishFredholm criteria for Toeplitz operators with matrix symbolsg D on the space . An index formula for Fredholm Toeplitz operators with matrix symbolsin D is obtained on the basis of an appropriate approximationof slowly oscillating components of the symbols. 2000 MathematicsSubject Classification 47B35 (primary), 47A53 (secondary).

Iterative Algorithm for Finding Approximate Solutions of a Class of Mixed Variational-like Inequalities

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the iterative algorithm for finding approximate solutionsof a class of mixed variational-like inequalities in a real Hilbert space,where the iterative algorithm is presentedby virtue of the auxiliary principle technique.On one hand,the existence of approximate solutions of this classof mixed variational-like inequalities is proven.On the other hand,it is shown that the approximate solutionsconverge strongly to the exact solution of this class of mixed variational-like inequalities.
