The synthesis and aggregation behavior of well‐defined thermosensitive (co)polymers of oligo(ethylene glycol) methacrylates (POEGMA) in aqueous solutions were investigated. The cloud points of the POEGMAs solutions were determined by turbidimetry and dynamic light scattering. For POEGMA (co)polymers the cloud point temperature (TCP) increased linearly with increasing content of more hydrophilic comonomer. The mesoglobules formed by POEGMAs in dilute aqueous solutions above TCP were studied by light scattering. The size of mesoglobules depended on the concentration and the heating procedures. The aggregates became smaller with decreasing initial concentration of polymer and increasing rates of temperature change. By selecting the proper heating and dilution procedures, the influence of the (co)polymer structure on the size of the mesoglobules could be determined. The size of the mesoglobules decreased with the length of the OEG side chains and increased with increasing content of more hydrophilic comonomer. The light scattering parameters of the mesoglobules—A2 values and shape factors ${R_{\rm g}\over R_{\rm h}}$ —suggested that the hydrophilic OEG side chains placed at the periphery of the mesoglobules in direct contact with the surrounding water controlled the size of mesoglobules and their stability. The determination of peroxidase activities is the basis for enzyme‐labeled bioaffinity assays, peroxidase‐mimicking DNAzymes‐ and nanoparticles‐based assays, and characterization of the catalytic functions of peroxidase mimetics. Here, a facile, sensitive, and cost‐effective solvent polymeric membrane‐based peroxidase detection platform is described that utilizes reaction intermediates with different pKa values from those of substrates and final products. Several key but long‐debated intermediates in the peroxidative oxidation of o‐phenylenediamine (o‐PD) have been identified and their charge states have been estimated. By using a solvent polymeric membrane functionalized by an appropriate substituted tetraphenylborate as a receptor, those cationic intermediates could be transferred into the membrane from the aqueous phase to induce a large cationic potential response. Thus, the potentiometric indication of the o‐PD oxidation catalyzed by peroxidase or its mimetics can be fulfilled. Horseradish peroxidase has been detected with a detection limit at least two orders of magnitude lower than those obtained by spectrophotometric techniques and traditional membrane‐based methods. As an example of peroxidase mimetics, G‐quadruplex DNAzymes were probed by the intermediate‐sensitive membrane and a label‐free thrombin detection protocol was developed based on the catalytic activity of the thrombin‐binding G‐quadruplex aptamer.  相似文献

A unique natural polymer based colon specific drug carrier was prepared from carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and acrylic acid (AAc) in aqueous solution employing γ‐radiation induced copolymerization and crosslinking. The effect of preparation conditions such as the natural polymer content and irradiation dose on gelation process was investigated. The swelling behavior of the prepared hydrogels was characterized by investigating the time and pH dependent swelling of the (CMC/AAc) hydrogels of different CMC content. The effects of the hydrogel composition and pH of the swelling medium on the swelling indices were estimated. The results show that the increment in the CMC content in the feed solution enhances the gelation process. The results also show the dependence of the swelling indices on both hydrogel composition and pH value of the swelling medium. To evaluate the ability of the prepared hydrogel to be used as a colon‐specific drug carrier, the release profile of theophylline was studied as a function of time at pH 1 and pH 7.  相似文献

Correlation of the current-voltage and temperature dependence of the electrical conductivity with the molecular structure data including infrared and ultraviolet spectra of ligand [2,2,4,4-tetrachloro-1,3-diphenyl-2,4-bi(5-imino-4-cyano-3-methylthiopyazo-1-yl-methylcarbodi-thioate)cyclodiphosph(V)zane and its copper complex have been investigated. The result of the electrical conductivity, energy gaps obtained from electrical conductivity in the solid state was consistent with those of semiconductor materials.  相似文献

Nanogels consist of three dimensionally cross‐linked hydrophilic polymer chains and can thus be easily modified through functionalization of the polymeric building blocks, for example to yield stimuli‐sensitive materials. For drug transport and intracellular release, redox‐sensitive systems are especially of interest, as the intracellular space is reductive. In this study, parameters that allow preparation of nanogels with tunable size between 150 and 350 nm are systematically evaluated and identified. Most importantly, a new and mild oxidation catalyst, alloxan, is introduced for the preparation of the nanogels. This broadens the range of possible payloads to more‐sensitive molecules. Particle stability, degradation in cytosolic conditions, and cytocompatibility in concentrations up to 10 mg · mL?1 are demonstrated.

通过双参数Copula分析上证指数和恒生指数的尾部相关性,并与单参数Copula及混合Copula进行比较分析,参数估计使用半参数估计法,结果表明:与单参数Clayton Copula、Gumbel-Hougaard Copula以及由两者组成的混合Copula相比,双参数BB1 Copula对数据具有更好的拟合效果;且通过分析发现两股市的上尾相关性大于下尾相关性.  相似文献

大多数关于环境库兹涅茨曲线的实证研究隐含地假定地区间环境质量彼此独立,这种对空间相关性的忽视可能导致实证结果的偏误。本文利用2007年中国275个地级及以上城市的数据,对纳入FDI和空间相关性的环境库兹涅茨扩展模型进行了实证检验。研究结果发现:环境库兹涅茨倒U型曲线是否存在很大程度上取决于污染指标以及估计方法的选取;FDI并不一定导致城市环境的恶化;空间相关是影响城市环境质量的重要因素,一个城市的污染物排放受到邻近城市的影响。  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the infrared absorption cross-sections of CFC-113 (1,1,2-trichlorotrifluoroethane) in a pure vapor phase has been recorded in the 600-1250 cm−1 spectral region using Fourier transform spectroscopy. Spectra at 0.05 cm−1 resolution have been used to derive the integrated band strengths of the five main absorption bands over a range of temperatures from 223 to 283 K. Our results show good agreement with previously published data. The new cross-sections will allow more accurate retrieval of atmospheric CFC-113 concentrations using infrared spectroscopic techniques.  相似文献
