Theoretical and experimental analysis of the effects of the series resistance on luminous efficacy in GaN-based light emitting diodes

In this paper, a new equivalent circuit model of GaN-based light emitting diodes （LEDs） is established. The impact of the series resistance to luminous efficacy is simulated using the MATLAB software. GaN-based LEDs with different n- contact electrode materials （LEDs with Ni/Au and LEDs with Cr/Au） are fabricated. By comparing and analyzing the results of performances, we concluded that both the series resistance and the carrier loss could affect the luminous efficacy severely. LEDs with lower series resistance have higher luminous efficacy and its efficiency droop is alleviated simultaneously. To improve luminous efficacy, the fabrication process should be optimized for lower series resistance.     

Efficacy,Beliefs, and Investment in Step-Level Public Goods

A central concept for understanding social dilemma behavior is the efficacy of an actor's cooperative behavior in terms of increasing group well-being. We report a decision and game theoretical analysis of efficacy in step-level public goods (SPGs). Previous research shows a positive relation between efficacy and contributions to SPGs and explains this relation by a purely motivational account. We show, however, that from a decision and game theory perspective an increasing relationship is not general, but only follows from very specific assumptions about players’ information and beliefs. We offer 3 examples of how the predicted efficacy–contribution relation depends on players’ information and beliefs. We discuss the implications of our results for the social psychology of efficacy in social dilemmas.     

马来酸噻吗洛尔眼用凝胶剂的含量测定及药效研究

用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定了马来酸噻吗洛尔眼用凝胶剂中噻吗洛尔的含量,并对制剂的药效进行了考察.色谱条件:Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-三乙胺(50∶50∶0.1,磷酸调节pH值到5.0),流动相流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长295 nm,柱温30℃.在上述色谱条件下,分别进行了线性、精密度、稳定性、回收率、样品含量测定等实验.结果表明,本检测方法简便、精确,适于马来酸噻吗洛尔眼用凝胶剂中噻吗洛尔含量的测定.该药物凝胶剂的药效优于滴眼液.     

一个临床试验模型中的参数检验和估计改进

讨论有不服从发生时，临床试验数据EV模型中的参数估计和检验问题．在以前结果的基础上，文中给出模型中公共参数的一个改进估计，提出了一个药物治疗效果的检验方法．最后通过模拟研究考察上述估计和检验的效果。     

Sign tests using ranked set sampling with unequal set sizes

This paper considers sign test under ranked set sampling with unequal set sizes (RSSU), and proposes weighted sign tests associated with judgment ranks. The optimal weight vector is shown to be distribution-free, and RSSU is shown to be more efficient than ranked set sampling.

职前化学教师教学目标观的调查研究——基于化学核心素养的视角

从化学核心素养的视角测查204名职前化学教师的教学目标观（包括期望观和效能观）。探索性与验证性因子分析结果表明,职前教师的期望观和效能观均能由4因子或5因子结构解释。另外,基于2种因子结构进行配对样本t检验发现,职前教师的期望观水平显著高于其效能观水平。

双倍剂量生血宁片治疗慢性肾脏病3～4期肾性贫血的疗效观察

目的分析在慢性肾脏病3~4期肾性贫血患者治疗中,双倍剂量生血宁片的临床应用疗效。方法选取江西省九江市中医院于2014年2月至2015年2月收治的62例慢性肾脏病3~4期肾性贫血患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者服用常规剂量的生血宁片接受治疗,观察组患者则在对照组患者基础上服用双倍剂量生血宁片,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及Hb、SF、TAST等指标情况。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果明显好于对照组,主要生理指标改善情况也比对照组患者更为明显,两组患者数据经对比后差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在慢性肾脏病3~4期肾性贫血患者的治疗中,双倍剂量生血宁片的应用效果较好,值得推广应用。     

Anticancer potential of novel 5-Fluorouracil co-crystals against MCF7 breast and SW480 colon cancer cell lines along with docking studies

In the present investigation, 5-Fluorouracil co-crystals with four cyclic dimers of amino acids (Glycine, Tryptophane, Leucine and Alanine conformers are prepared via co-crystallization route, with an aim to improve its anticancer effectiveness and to minimize its associated drawbacks. The prepared co-crystals were characterized by FTIR and PXRD techniques. FTIR revealed the presence of respective functional groups in the prepared co-crystals. Frequencies (v) of NH (3416 cm^?1) and carbonyl group (1671 cm^?1) in the 5-Fu (FTIR) spectrum were considerably moved in all co-crystal’s spectra exhibiting the development of new interactions. 5-Fu peak at 2θ = 28.48° was visibly transformed in the co-crystal’s graphs of PXRD. MTT assays was studied on MCF7 breast and SW480 colon cancer cell lines using 0.78 to 200 μg mL^?1 dose concentration. Co-crystals with Tryptophane and Leucine cyclic dimers revealed highest potential (99 % and 100 %) respectively, against colon cancer cell line Likewise Alanine and Tryptophane dimers furnished promising efficiency (100 %) against MCF7 cell line Genetic Optimization for Ligand Docking/GOLD was applied to evaluate the latent anti-tumor behaviors against the proteins [C-myc. (PDB ID: 6G6K, Thymidylate synthase (PDB ID:1HVY) and protein kinase (PDB ID: 2X18). Results revealed that the developed 5-Fluorouracil co-crystals have promising antitumor efficacy as compared to already reported 5-Fu co-crystals and 5-Fu alone.
