A novel and concise method for the construction of γ‐nitro ketones and 1,3‐dinitro compounds with chemoselective acyl transfer has been presented under basic conditions via one‐pot reactions. These reactions feature high atom‐ and step‐economic possess, mild condition and simple operation for one‐pot synthesis of aliphatic nitro compounds. Three types of sulfides bearing a propargyl or an alkynyl moiety have been studied in cyclocarbopalladation/cross-coupling domino palladium-catalyzed sequences. The reactivity of different types of sulfured starting materials has been compared as well as the difference in behavior of these compounds depending on the type of cross coupling ending the domino sequence. It appeared that these cascades were constantly more efficient on the propargyl benzyl thioether. In addition, it has been demonstrated that domino sequences ending with Stille, Suzuki–Miyaura, or Mizoroki–Heck lead efficiently and selectively to the desired cyclized products. Notably, when the introduction of an alkyne is targeted at the end of the cascade, it appeared that the Sonogashira coupling leads every time to the desired cyclic product in the mixture with the product resulting from the direct coupling between the aryl moiety of the substrate and the alkyne used as partner. Finishing the domino sequence with a Stille coupling instead of a Sonogashira one allowed improving significantly the ratio of the mixture in favor of the desired cyclized compound. 相似文献

A green and efficient method for direct preparation of 3-cyanopyridine from aromatic aldehydes is reported. A series of novel 4-aryl-2-amino-6-(naphthalene-1-yl)-3-cyanopyridine derivates were successfully prepared by one-pot synthesis of three-component domino reactions including aromatic aldehydes, 1-acetylnaphthalene, and dicyanomethane in the presence of ammonium acetate in a solution of ethanol under microwave irradiation. This synthetic method for these compounds possesses many advantages including greater yield and shorter reaction times compared with traditional methods. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by means of high-resolution mass spectrometry, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and infrared. Moreover, the results of their fluorescent spectra showed that these compounds have good fluorescence intensity excited by the visible light wavelength of 416 nm. 相似文献

Alum is found to catalyze efficiently the one-pot, three-component condensation of aldehydes, α/β-naphthol, and dimedone to afford various 12-substituted-8,9,10,12-tetrahydrobenzoxanthen-11-ones in excellent yields. A study of the organocatalytic activity of N‐heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) in the Michael addition of 1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds has allowed us to identify 1,3‐bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)imidazol‐2‐ylidene (IPr) as an excellent catalyst for this transformation (up to 99 % yield with a 2.5 mol % catalyst loading), and the reaction was found to be of broad scope. Two early applications of this unprecedented catalytic activity of NHCs are described, that is, the domino carbocyclization reactions of simple cyclic 1,3‐dicarbonyl and malonic acid derivatives, which allow stereoselective access to bridged bicyclic compounds, and the stereoselective synthesis of cyclohexanols (or cyclohexene). The formal synthesis of hemiterpene spirooxindole alkaloids elacomine (1) and isoelacomine (2) is described. Heck reaction of protected iodoanilines with 5,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-2-one or six-membered unsaturated lactams was investigated. The coupling product was readily converted to a carbamoyl chloride with an incorporated diene unit. The spiro(pyrrolidine-3,3'-oxindole) skeleton, which corresponds to the carbon skeleton of 1 and 2, was efficiently constructed from this intermediate by using a domino palladium-catalyzed Heck reaction and bismuth-catalyzed hydroamination. An isolated byproduct of the reaction could also be converted to the spirooxindole skeleton. 相似文献

A unified synthetic strategy for the asymmetric syntheses of the natural products diversonol and lachnone C was developed by using the domino vinylogous aldol-oxa-Michael reaction as the enantioselective key step. Further transformations include dihydroxylation, lactol-opening by a Wittig-reaction, and lactonization. The obtained chromone lactones, a class of mycotoxins, can further be converted to tetrahydroxanthones by a Dieckmann condensation. This general method allows for the first time the enantioselective access to these classes of natural products and should be applicable to other members of the tetrahydroxanthone and chromone lactone families. 相似文献
