Phosphorus pentoxide supported on silica gel (P2O5/SiO2) has been used as an efficient and reusable catalyst for the one‐pot pseudo four‐component synthesis of 2,4,5‐trisubstituted imidazoles from benzil or benzoin, aldehydes, and ammonium acetate. It was also used for four‐component preparation of 1,2,4,5‐tetrasubstituted imidazoles from benzil or benzoin, aldehydes, primary amine, and ammonium acetate under thermal solvent‐free conditions. The remarkable features of this new procedure are high conversions, cleaner reaction, simple experimental and work‐up procedures and also the catalyst can be easily separated from the reaction mixture and reused several times without any loss of its activity.  相似文献

An unprecedented reactivity profile of biochemically relevant R‐benzofuroxan (R=H, Me, Cl), with high structural diversity and molecular complexity on a selective {Ru(acac)2} (acac=acetylacetonate) platform, in conjugation with EtOH solvent mediation, is revealed. This led to the development of monomeric [RuIII(acac)2(L1R)] ( 1 a – 1 c ; L1R=2‐nitrosoanilido derivatives) and dimeric [{RuII(acac)2}2(L2R)] ( 2 a – 2 b ; L2R=(1E,2E)‐N1,N2‐bis(2‐nitrosophenyl)ethane‐1,2‐diimine derivatives) complexes in one pot with a change in the metal redox conditions. The functionalization of benzofuroxan in 1 and 2 implied in situ reduction of N=O to NH? in the former and solvent‐assisted multiple N?C coupling in the latter. The aforesaid transformation processes were authenticated through structural elucidation of representative complexes, and evaluated by their spectroscopic/electrochemical features, along with C2D5OD labeling and monitoring of the impact of substituents (R) in the benzofuroxan framework on the product distribution process. The noninnocent potential of newly developed L1 and L2 in 1 and 2 , respectively, was also probed by spectroelectrochemistry in combination with DFT calculations.  相似文献

以(溴二氟甲基)三甲基硅烷(TMSCF2Br)为二氟卡宾源,利用其兼具TMS转移特性及自活化特性,仅在催化量的n-Bu4NBr的催化启动下,直接完成甲基酮的烯醇化-二氟环丙烷化反应以及与卤正离子的开环卤化反应,并使用卤负离子作为卤源,采用其原位氧化形成卤正离子的方法实现了偕二氟环丙烷硅醚的开环-卤化,合成了β-卤代-α,α-二氟代酮类物质.  相似文献

A self diastereoselective, simple metal free and efficient branch domino reaction gave multiple heteroaryl substituted (±) cyclohexanols with five chiral centres in >95% yields. The reactions that occur are Claisen Schmidt condensation followed by Michael addition and Aldol reactions of heteroaryl carbaldehydes and acetyl pyridine derivatives. Mechanistic study of the reactions shows excellent self diastereoselectivity (dr > 99%) in the intermediate steps which results selectively in the formation of one set of enantiomers out of sixteen possible enantiomeric pairs. The self diastereoselectivity of reaction in all the steps dominates due to the steric hindrance induced by the bulky heteroaryl groups. The stereochemistry of the synthesized compounds is established using single crystal XRD.  相似文献

近年来,多米诺反应作为一种合成复杂分子的高效手段已得到有机合成化学家的广泛关注。该反应过程中,不需改变反应条件和添加试剂,中间体也无需分离和提纯,实现了原子经济和环境友好。通过C-H键活化直接构建碳-碳键和碳-杂原子键,大大拓展了传统偶联反应的底物范围,同样具有高原子经济性,已经广泛地作为多米诺反应中的一个高效步骤。此外,钯催化剂运用广泛,能够与多种官能团兼容,是多米诺反应的理想金属催化剂。本文综述了基于钯催化C-H键活化的多米诺反应的最新研究进展,以反应中钯的价态变化进行分类,介绍有关反应的特点、优势及其在天然产物合成中的应用。  相似文献

Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of various arenediazonium salts with ArSi(OR)3 and KArBF3 have been achieved in good to excellent yields under simple aerobic conditions in water at room temperature. The functional group tolerance makes these transformations as attractive alternatives to the traditional cross-coupling approaches. Furthermore, the sequence can also be performed in a one-pot domino process, omitting the isolation of the intermediate arenediazonium salt.  相似文献
